Very pleased with their honest work and customer service! They were clear about the cost before beginning the work and they kept me informed of the schedule throughout their work. I especially appreciated the report they provided that had photos that showed the issues they found. I’ll definitely go back to them the next time I need a mechanic.

Favorite auto shop now! They communicated often and clearly. Walked me through all that was needed and took any questions or concerns I had with my vehicle into account. As long as I live in the area, I will be coming here every time.

We have been to several auto shops in Utah county, this is the best one. My car wouldn’t start, and they didn’t give up until the problem got solved. I needed extensive work done on my front headlights, they charged me $275, a different shop in Springville wanted at least $2,000! They are friendly, professional, polite, and guarantee their work. They give you a loaner car while they work on your vehicle. The mechanics are ASE certified. We have found our local trusted repair shop.

Broke down on the side of the highway had to get towed in had never used these guys before, and I tell you what they were amazing. They got us in immediately fixed my truck, which was a pain in the butt. It was from the last mechanics mistake. I couldn't recommend them enough super professional and very reasonably priced. I took my car to them to have the brakes replaced. When they called me after inspecting the vehicle, they were very honest when discussing the repairs that they thought my vehicle actually needed apart from the brakes. Near the end of the day, they called me to let me know that they had just barely gotten my car back to be worked on, but they still managed to get the job done before closing time. I would highly recommend them!

I’ve taken two cars here and my experience has been excellent: Pros: - Clear communication. Absolutely no pressure to do certain recommended services and I was easily able to decline services that weren’t in my budget. - Quick, Friendly Service - Provided an online inspection report with different levels of priority based on recommended service intervals. - Free Carfax report with service!! - Labor is priced at industry standard Cons: - Parts & Fluid prices are quite inflated. This is pretty standard for most shops, but it can still be good to cross shop. For example I was quoted around $68 per spark plug and was able to get oem spark plugs online for $10 each. They did not mind if I brought my own parts or fluids.

I am here a year after my last review and am blown away by how honest they are. They didn't do an extra oil change that we thought we needed but really didn't. This is such an honest company! And the prices are still really great! I would recommend them for sure. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I went here for an emssions test because they have the best pricing that I could find in Payson ($30 test only, $35 for test and OntheSpot renewal).They have a cool office with a personalized, small-business feel. The workers were straightforward and timely.

I had a late night emergency and randomly chose to tow my car here to AutoWorks. I am so glad that I did. The staff were accommodating, knowledgable, and honest. Their electronic progress tracker kept me updated and provided in-depth inspection and repair reports. AutoWorks has made a customer for life.

I always have the best experience here. These guys go above and beyond and help my car situation with things I didn’t even Plan to have them fix! Just on a whim I asked if they could help me put back on my front visor and they fixed it no problem at all and didn’t even charge me.

The car was worked on in SLC where it had the engine replaced. Auto Works Car Care Recommended an oil change and full inspection of the car. Went over car inspection with me and the car looked great and will return in 5K miles to have it done again.

Helped with a warranty claim with one vehicle and was great. Took a second vehicle in for a check with a specific problem, they ended up doing a full check of the vehicle and charged me $100 that I didn’t know they would do and the diagnosis wasn’t quite accurate. One part I need is very cheap but the quote to refinance is quite steep. Their work is good, diagnosis is questionable, prices fairly steep. I’m a little frustrated about

Love these guys, I’ve personally been and have had experience with a lot of auto shops I will always go here then most places; this fine shop has my full trust when it comes to helping me get my classics cars on the road again. I’ve dropped a project at their door step and still they were willing to help me with from as big as getting a 51 year old car back using its ignition the right way. From as small as tuning my carb. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Honesty, quality, and good old fashioned friendly service is what these guys do. We've taken our cars there for nearly their full 25 years in business and we've never been unhappy with their work. They've worked on our older AND newer cars and always do a great job for us. They're a GREAT bunch of people!

I really appreciate the employees here. They are genuine and caring and honest. They took good care of me and my car when I needed new tires and registration and they took care of my daughter and her car last week when she needed help with her thermometer. I highly recommend!

The team at AutoWorks Car care were super helpful and friendly. I needed to get tires replaced and they were able to fit me in early in the morning and got the work done within two hours. Excellent service, I highly recommend.

Such a friendly staff! Easy to communicate with. These guys had my vehicle repairs done in just a few days time and did a great job! This was the second time I’ve used AutoWorks Car Care. Honestly, the number one reason I choose them is the old fashioned friendly family service atmosphere they treat you with. Their quality work certainly is important to me, but it is to them as well. I believe the price of their service matches the work that they have done. I intend to continue them as my service company.
