Never received any communication or tracking information. I called their phone line only to learn that they have no message services for their contact phone number. I further texted just in case it was a mobile number and it bounce back immediately indicating it was a landline. PayPal is processing a refund for me now...
In today's world; if you're going to have an online retail business for products, you really should have the appropriate contact methods in place for your customers.
I would consider attempting a repurchase if I was confident that I would receive the product with timely and appropriate communication. I would also probably update this crummy review reflecting differently upon my current experience.
I reached out to RiftWild in search of a very hard to find motorcycle part. They didn't have it, but reached out to nearly 40 other salvage yards to find one for me. They went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to work with them! I highly recommend them!
