Had some hiccups but they made everything alright I appreciate them a lot they did what they said they would and got me my harness for a decent price I'll definitely be coming back

I'd been here a couple years ago, it was ok, but today when I went, wow, what a difference, Moses was really nice and helpful, as well as others there too, I live in salt lake and am not in Orem often, but rather than have to wait around for them to pull all the things I wanted, they offered to deliver them to me at work later! I will definitely go back.
They are one of the only places to carry a newer Audi that I needed parts from. When a new license plate bracket was $140 and they had it at $5 and looked around in the lot for the car with me it was appreciated. Some people might have bad experiences but they have always been good to me and I will keep coming back for my needs
Nice place to get used European car parts... They pull the part for you. Receptionist is really nice and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable too... They are right off the freeway so their place is easy to get too.. . I'd recommend this place to my friends and kin....
After looking for some harder to find parts for my new euro ride and only finding super expensive stuff from Germany I was delivered from my hardship on my first visit here! Moses and his son are amazing! Family owned business. A ton of inventory to choose from. They also offer parts and cars that aren’t European built. Went out of their way to help us, very nice and fair business.
The staff at Russ’s European Only is very helpful. I needed a spark plug wire for my 98 Volvo v70 and had no issue getting it. Their inventory of European cars is fantastic. I will definitely use them again.
JR was awesome to work with. We walked out into the yard and I showed him what I needed we talked price which was very reasonable and said he would have his guys pull it and he would call me when It was ready. Moises and the crew were super helpful and nice! They stayed late at the shop for me to come by about my dented VW Passat. The auto body shop was going to charge me $830 to replace a dented lift gate, but Moises told me he would trade me one in great condition and install it for $400!! Great price. They installed the new door, and it looks awesome after a good wash!
Wow, I was looking for a spare tire and Russ's guys went above and beyond to get me the spare tire. He took a tire from a different year and model, checked it to make sure the bolts would fit then pulled the wheel drum from the same year and model to make sure it fit as well. It was great. Thanks guys. You saved me a hundreds of dollars.
Jesslyn took care of me when went there to get a headlamp, turns out the headlamp had some unseen broken parts on the inside. I went back to return it with no hassle at all. Overall excellent customer service, the place needs some more room though and it definitely could use some remodeling, however that doesn't matter as long as the prices are right, which they were for the headlight.
