We really enjoyed our friendly, knowledgeable and helpful experience at Ace Auto Utah. Grace was knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. She helped us and gave us so many options and information. Teddy stepped in to help with initial paperwork and made the process seamless. The establishment was clean and organized and very welcoming. Grace walked us through the process of completing the sale and gave us transparency with the whole experience. Will definitely recommend them to family , friends and anyone looking for an automobile and a positive buying experience.
Normally I am very wary of car dealers and have had my fair share of bad experiences. I found a car on KSL that fit the bill for what my family was looking for. I nervously called and asked if it was available and was pleasantly surprised to hear a kind man named Teddy answer the phone. He was professional, kind, and informative.
My family and I drove down to Ace Auto and when we arrived Teddy came out and greeted us and pulled up the car immediately.
He was incredibly honest and suggested that I use my own credit union for financing and to sell my car privately. His honesty and transparency was something I had not experienced before. He answered all my questions about the vehicle and was knowledgeable and thorough.
We took a test drive to our credit union and got our check. We came back signed the papers and they made us lunch and gave us a bag of chocolates.
I really appreciated that the licensing and registration was taken care of in-house and they removed all the papers and stickers that were on the car from the lot. He put the temp tag on and gave me a $20 to get a car wash.
I’ve never experienced this type of customer service and would highly recommend this place to buy a car from. I’ll be sending family and friends here for a good experience, quality cars, and great customer service.

Teddy was very friendly and had great customer service his dad Alex is also like the embodiment of Canadian kindness even though he's prolly British (judging by his accent) but Alex is low key super chill and even offered to give me a ride home from the dealership when I said I got dropped off. Teddy gave me a big bag of these fancy chocolates, and when he found out I was in the military he gave me 100 dollars worth of gift cards to Rand R BBQ. 10/10 customer service 10/10 experience purchasing a car from ace auto, definitely will be returning in the future and telling all my family/bros about. I can't lie ace auto is just valid. absolutely immaculate.

2 Full stars for the great salesmanship and friendly staff! A great big thank you to Grace! I was searching for a new Chevy truck, but only needed something for off road hunting expeditions. So that meant it didn’t have to be pretty or even a decade young, it just needed to run and have 4 wheel drive. I don’t usually brave the option of purchasing sight unseen - and especially without a personal test drive, but I trusted them with their own mechanics evaluation, plus I added a 3rd party evaluation through a service department. Unfortunately, their mechanic didn’t do the job I expected. This was obviously an auction purchase for the dealership as they had no idea the level of damage this vehicle contained. Upon receipt of the vehicle (chartered delivery), I found the vehicle to be non-functioning and unsafe. While it at least rolled forward in two wheel drive, 4WD did not function at all. At this point in time, I have dropped more money in repairs, than I spent purchasing the truck. The dealership’s lack of attention to detail (forgiving option) or blatant negligence on selling vehicles without regard to their safety and reliability should be a major factor in whether you choose to do business with them.
We had such a great experience with Grace and Teddy. They were so responsive and worked with us every step of the way, explaining all of the details. Grace even bought us an ENTIRE package of chocolates because our kids loved them. Definitely recommend for a nice used vehicle!
I bought a Dodge Charger from here and they had excellent customer service! All of the employees who helped me, especially Grace, were super nice! Would recommend purchasing here! Edit: I had a few issues with my car a few months after buying, but all of the employees here were very kind and got my car to their mechanic, who fixed it up the day of! Even the dealership owner stepped in to help out. Overall they have taken great care of me and my car.

I just bought my first car here! I went once to look at one of their cars, but I wanted to keep looking around before I bought a car. I ended up coming back because they were by far the best dealership I'd experienced, and I got the car. Teddy was very honest, helpful, and understanding, and because of him I feel good about my purchase. Very grateful for both Teddy and the dealership!

Teddy at Ace was amazing- I always struggle going to dealerships because of the different experiences with the sales staff but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me to explain and help me understand the different things to look for. He also worked with me on a few of the small issues I had w the car to resolve my concerns. I plan on referring my friends and family as this was the best car buying experience I have had!

Ace Auto Utah was fantastic! We just bought this 2012 dodge caravan SE for our company and it’s great. It had corrosion on the battery terminal but after asking about it there was no questions asked they just got it fixed and ready to go. They were really great about taking care of their vehicles and were so kind about testing there vehicles with also getting us a quote as well. It was a super easy process buying a car at Ace Auto. Theo or Teddy and his pops were the best and took great care of us here at Specialty Painting! Thanks again guys!!
Working with Teddy and his father was an excellent experience. I had my own mechanic come in to inspect the truck I was planning to buy and they were more than accommodating. Good, honest folks and a safe place to buy a car or truck. Be smart still, get the car you want to buy inspected before signing on the dotted line, but know that these people are as above board as they come.
This place is amazing! Wish I could of went back in time and bought from them sooner! Their vehicles are very well taken care of! Most are former police vehicle with excellent maintenance! Upgraded Suspension, larger Amp Alternator, Radiator, engine, Transmission, even larger brakes! The best part of Driving is coming to a stop when you need it. Everyone treated us very nicely and with respect. Would definitely recommend! They have very nice warranty that fits your needs it feels so nice to drive and people slow down and are less likely to pull out infront of you because at 1st glance it looks as if you are law enforcement but it is legal to drive with a guard and spot light. If you would like it removed they have vehicles that will fit your desire. My life has been great having a vehicle I can depend on.
