Teddy at Ace was amazing- I always struggle going to dealerships because of the different experiences with the sales staff but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me to explain and help me understand the different things to look for. He also worked with me on a few of the small issues I had w the car to resolve my concerns. I plan on referring my friends and family as this was the best car buying experience I have had!

Ace auto was great to work with. We were in the process of purchasing a car from them but then we backed out because we found something else that better fit our needs. Ace Auto Utah was fantastic! We just bought this 2012 dodge caravan SE for our company and it’s great. It had corrosion on the battery terminal but after asking about it there was no questions asked they just got it fixed and ready to go. They were really great about taking care of their vehicles and were so kind about testing there vehicles with also getting us a quote as well. It was a super easy process buying a car at Ace Auto. From the first phone call, to the day I picked up the Jeep, it was an honest experience working with Ace Auto. I needed it to be that way due to the distance between my home and the dealership. After building a trust with Teddy, I put a deposit on the vehicle, sight unseen, and even purchased without even a test drive. I love the Jeep and it is exactly as I was told it would be. I look foreword to my next vehicle purchased through Ace Auto Utah LLC.
They have a facility down the street from where I live. There is usually wrecked cars there so I would assume that it’s the place they fix the totaled cars before they sell them. Well multiple times per day there are people driving Ace auto cars up my street going very fast. There are a lot of kids that live on this street, as well as my own kids, and cars speeding up the street is very dangerous. It’s disappointing seeing this kind of behavior from a local business.

I’m going to now include a picture of the sign out front of the business down the street from me. As clearly shown on the sign the logo is exactly the same as ace auto Utah in Orem. More importantly the address on the sign clearly directly shows that the business headquarters is the same address as this ace auto Utah in Orem. If the claim is that these businesses are not affiliated with one another then ace auto Utah in Orem should probably take these guys to court for copyright infringement and for tainting their name with the poor behavior of the people at this establishment.

Working with Teddy and his father was an excellent experience. I had my own mechanic come in to inspect the truck I was planning to buy and they were more than accommodating. Good, honest folks and a safe place to buy a car or truck. Be smart still, get the car you want to buy inspected before signing on the dotted line, but know that these people are as above board as they come.
This was the easiest process I’ve ever been through!!! My guy Teddy treated me like gold and went way and above to help me!!

Khi was super helpful. There was a little problem on the 2016 Impala. They promptly fixed before the sale. He was patient as we worked the deal while I was out of town.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Excellent customer service, especially from Khi, and such transparency from everyone. We were so appreciative of the honesty and care that Khi gave us! We found the exact car we were looking for and it was awesome! They had apparently only gotten the car in a few days before and said they hadn’t been able to completely look it over, but Khi told us to make a list of things that need to be looked at, and they would take care of it. We came back the next day and EVERYTHING had been taken care of! There was one interior thing they couldn’t fix because they didn’t have the parts, but they took $30 off our purchase so we could buy the parts and get it fixed. Khi also Venmoed us $12 to get a car wash because it hadn’t gotten one yet! Super amazing experience!! Buy your cars here!!

I had a great experience buying my daughter’s car from Ace Auto. Teddy, our salesman, was super nice and I really appreciated that he was not pushy and did not put any pressure on us to buy the car. He was super personable. The Ace Auto team are all very friendly. Our paperwork was drawn up quickly. I feel like the price of the car was fair and that they are an honest business. They encouraged us to reach out to them, if we have any problems with the car and they would work with us to get it fixed. Customer service and satisfaction seems to be important to them. My daughter and I are super happy with the car that we bought from them.
This place is amazing! Wish I could of went back in time and bought from them sooner! Their vehicles are very well taken care of! Most are former police vehicle with excellent maintenance! Upgraded Suspension, larger Amp Alternator, Radiator, engine, Transmission, even larger brakes! The best part of Driving is coming to a stop when you need it. Everyone treated us very nicely and with respect. Would definitely recommend! They have very nice warranty that fits your needs it feels so nice to drive and people slow down and are less likely to pull out infront of you because at 1st glance it looks as if you are law enforcement but it is legal to drive with a guard and spot light. If you would like it removed they have vehicles that will fit your desire. My life has been great having a vehicle I can depend on.
