I understand some people may have had a great experience with this towing and some may have not. The person I spoke with on the phone was the rudest person ever. Very disrespectful. A towing truck came on scene to tow my vehicle after waiting 3hours versus the 90 mins ETA he said at first. Then because of his rudeness behavior, my wife got angry. He then instructed the driver who already drove my car to the bed of the truck to pull the car back. When the insurance company contacted him to find out the reason, he said to them that I was drunk, that he doesn’t deal with drunk people. Normally when a towing driver feels threatened on the scene, he has been trained to call the cops. This driver just took off, meaning that I was not in any way a threat to him. Stay away from this kind of company.
Dan is super professional from start to finish. He is very fair and helpful If you’re in a car bind I would call him any time for a tow. Thank you for being so great.
We were in a huge bind, with a malfunctioning car, and a short time frame to get it to a mechanic, on a Saturday evening. Dan answered his phone right away, and was able to get us where we needed to go, on our crazy time frame.

Stole my identifications! My ssn and my ID and refuses to give them back :) still in a mess about it from last year. Just waiting for the day when someone gets their hands on these items and completely ruins my life over it. Thanks Dan. You're literally a waste of air and space.
Dan’s towing is one of the best companies in the area. I highly recommend him. I’ve read some of the bad reviews on here and they are just mad they broke the rules. Or to police had their vehicles towed. Everyone has a job to do. If you don’t like the prices don’t break the rules simple!
My husbands car got sent here because it broke down on the freeway late at night and a cop had it towed. We were told it would be $270 BY THE OWNER. We went to get it and he was going to charge us $400 to get it out or $300 to sign the title to him. He refused to go back to the price he said it would be so we had no choice but to pay what he demanded for it. Whatever you do, stay away from this towing company!!
$400 for a 4 mile tow even though I was the victim of a hit and run. Another $400 for a week of storage before highway patrol quit searching for the other driver. Stay away from this guy. If the cops call him while you are getting loaded in an ambulance, get your car back ASAP.
Car broke down, and Dan's towing came and got the car and towed it to my house. Got the job done quick and efficiently. Thankful for his help so late at night. Thank you
Dan. I simply cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, kindness and empathy. My car was stolen in Tooele on 14 April. It was recovered in Pleasant Grove the morning of the 30th. You sir are a great example of compassion. I wish you many years of success.
Dan is scum. Worst towing company. Charges you extra for his 15 year old son to sit in his car. Haha. Please call West Coast Towing instead. They are the best and completely help you in any situation.
This Guy Is The Worst!
The owner of the company Dan is horrible. I tried to get a car out of impound and he demanded cash and no other option to pay. I had to call the state to get clarification on what my rights were. Dan of Dan's Towing you have to accept 2 forms of payment outside of cash, and debit is considered cash. Never have I been treated with such disrespect. My co-workers were also treated as if the were lairs all because he didn't want to take a check or credit card. The almighty dollar sure will make people very hateful and this company treated us as such.
