These guys did a great job recovering my truck in some very rough terrain. Great personalities. Very eager to help and just all around attitudes. Due to the severity and location of the recovery they knocked it out of the park. Thanks for the help stay safe out there

I called to have my car towed from my house to a mechanic that was less than a mile away from my house they charged me $92 ridiculous 3 weeks before that I had my car towed from Murry to Orem that was $96 so it's ridiculous Larry's charged me $92 for less than a mile down the road I will not recommend these people at all and on top of that they charge me $15 for gas for their truck and they were an hour and a half late picking it up rip off never use them
Was towing my boat up sheep creek road to Strawberry yesterday and about 3/4 of the way there lost the hub on the boat trailer and entire wheel came off. It was undrivable and needed a tow. I had enough cell service to make phone calls and called Larry's Towing. They said to send pictures of the boat to make sure they send the right size trailer/equipment. Unable to text the pictures due to poor cell service. Called her back with actual measurements of the boat and trailer. She informed me that the manager was insisting we send pictures or they could not send a tow truck. I explained to her that we were "in the wilderness" and could try to email them, but the texts would not go through. She was insistent that if we did not send pictures, even though they had exact measurements, they would not send a tow truck. My wife explained to her again we were "in the wilderness" "in the middle of a lane of traffic" without the ability to move the trailer as it had no wheel and was dragging and sparking on the road. Also explained to her we had tried calling other tow companies and they did not have a big enough flat bed and told us to call Larry's. The rep at Larry's continued to repeat "the manager said we have to have pictures to send a tow truck." My wife said to her in tears "so you will not send a tow truck if the pictures will not go through due to poor cell service out in the wilderness?" She answered yes. We were left totally stranded. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting on the road trying to figure out what to do, a family member suggested Heber Valley Towing, we called and they were there in an hour and got us home, charging less than Larry's too. Totally dismayed and disgusted at the treatment we received from Larry's Towing who totally left us stranded. Will never attempt to call them again...totally worthless.
Whoever the owner of one of the trucks is, they continue to park it behind my home and neighborhood overnight. Stop parking your tow vehicle behind the neighborhood in American Fork. I’ll be reporting to the police you’re parking a commercial vehicle on a residential road.

"They Took Everything – Including My Mother's Ashes"
Larry’s Towing Company took my RV—my home—and has refused to allow me to retrieve anything from it. Inside were essential items: my medication, my clothing, my tools, and most heartbreakingly, my mother’s ashes. I even offered to give up ownership of the RV just to recover her remains. They still said no.
One of their employees told me, “I don’t buy your sad sob story. This is a business.” I wasn’t asking for sympathy—I just wanted my mother back.
Along with her ashes, they also took Native American cultural items, including sacred eagle feathers. These aren’t just “things”—they’re sacred and irreplaceable.
They tried to get me to sign a waiver of liability, and they demanded exorbitant tow and storage fees just to access my belongings. This isn’t just towing—it feels like extortion.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me in Utah. My previous RV was taken, and no one told me where it had gone. Everything I owned, everything I had built, was lost.
Proverbs 22:23 says:
“The Lord will take up their case and will plunder the souls of those who plunder them.”
I hold onto that truth. Because what they stole wasn’t just an RV. They took my home, my dignity, and the memory of my mother. I’ve wiped the dust from my feet.
These people will rob you, they had me pay $1990, for 3 hour of services on top of that they charged me a hour for the towing truck to make it back to their shop, although all they did was take my truck out of ditch and had me follow them 2 miles back on the main road. I wasn’t tow to their shop or any shop for that matter. if you don’t want to get rob, don’t do business with these people. This isn’t a legitimate business, this place is scam.
Very courteous and helpful. Was able to get my belongings before my car was towed by the insurance company because of their quick thinking. I felt like they really went above and beyond.

My car is so low that several other tow companies rejected to even bother trying to tow it, which was frustrating in the beginning but I'm glad it worked out how it worked out because now I found my new favorite towing company! Our van broke down on the freeway, called roadside assistance through our insurance company which is a little scary as you never know who you are going to get, but Cole with Larry's Towing exceeded all expectations. Very fast and friendly service and I felt Cole took extra care in getting our van on and off the truck. Highly recommend!
Just got dropped off after a tire exploded and I was stuck with no replacement. Just wanted to leave a compliment.
Cole was my driver. He was a long haul driver out of California turned tow truck driver. His skills are apparent, he was a very vigilant driver. He was also super nice to talk to and seemed to really like his job. No one wants to have to say that they had to get their car towed, as it usually follows something bad. But this being my first tow, it put me at ease. I would hope that all my drivers are equally good in the case I needed it again. Really set the bar high I think.

We were extremely impressed with our service tonight. LARRY'S sent Jacob to help us when our car wouldn't start up at East Lawn cemetery. Jacob was prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. He started our car and even followed us to where we left it for service, making sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much!
They were prompt, efficient and handled my car with car. My alternator and battery had died on the freeway so it was hard to describe how to find me but the driver found me without incident. I would recommend their services.
Where to begin...Larry's Towing is heartless. They take advantage of young adults trying to navigate life. They charge an arm and a leg and have hidden fees. I have confirmed with 100% proof that they choose their prices and can charge whatever they feel like to whomever they feel like. I'll use small words so they can be sure to understand... they lie, they cheat and they manipulate others. Sadly even the Holiday season has no effect on their icy heart. It's best to steer clear of this towing company at all costs. Mcdonald's would have more compassion than them. Their employees are just as bad. Zack and Larry should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they don't have children because I would be truly ashamed to have either one as a father or even a son. They've hit a real low for human indecency. I've never been more disappointed in a company or person. I heard they're being taken to court as well so if that doesn't say all you need to know about them them I don't know what will.

Wow I can't believe you saved someone from a traffic accident by towing their car!! You're such a hero, pat on the back for you! You must prevent a lot of accidents and save a lot of people. We had to tow a Class A RV and after calling so many places that quoted astronomical starting prices, not to mention they did not seem confident in their ability to tow without damage, we finally found Larry's. Not only do they have great customer service but they also did it for under $1,000 & it was done quickly and efficiently. It was surprisingly the most painless process once we found them... I plan on using them from the get go for all my future towing needs! A++
This is the first time I used Larry's Towing and I'm NOT very impressed. I should have gone with another company but they came recommended by a friend. Both time and billing estimates were way off. I was told the driver would be there within the hour and it was closer to 2 hours before he arrived. Google maps lists the drive time to be around 27 minutes and that was on a clear Sunday morning with minimal traffic. Every time I called into dispatch for an update on the drivers status and why he hadn't arrived, the lady was polite but a little short with me. I ended up paying $260+ for a 10 minute winch out from a snow bank. He hooked up the winch and dragged me backwards 10 feet. I know it was my own doing that got me into this predicament, but waiting for a couple hours in the cold and having a company drag their feet when you're paying them $150/hour is bad business in my opinion. The driver was pleasant and professional, just slow (and it was definitely to his and the companies advantage). I've used various towing companies in the past and this is the most I have ever paid for this type of issue. I won't be using them again.
The driver of this car ran a stop sign in a smiths parking lot yesterday where I was crossing and then wanted to play chicken with me. I told him to stop and he slammed on his brakes and f bombed me. I don't know how you could hire such reckless driver. He is going to end up hurting or killing someone. Also how would treat a random pedestrian shows you his respect for other people.
I have been using Larry's towing since the 1970's and have been very happy with their service. Larry and Kirsten are hard working good folks. We use their heavy haul services the past several years and they do a great job and their prices are good. Chuck, their heavy driver is great to work with. Thank you all for the decades of great service lets keep it going!
I had my truck (which has full coverage insurance) and camp trailer towed there over the weekend after I had an accident and rolled them both on their side. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Chuck, was amazing as well as the two at the front window Zack and the other whose name I can't remember. I was well taken care of by them. My only complaint is, I wanted my personal belongings out of them the next day. The lady who handles the billing, I'm assuming, treated me as if I had done something wrong and would not let me get my belongings until she knew the tow and storage bill was going to get paid by me or the insurance. I understand they want to get paid, but come on, the truck is fully covered, obviously they are going to get paid by the insurance company. I now know that I had every right to gather my personal belongings, and shouldn't have had to go through the nonsense of calling my insurance and waiting 45 min. By the time all that was cleared up, I only had 30 minutes to clean out ALL my belongings from both trailer and truck before Larry's closed. I forgot to get the outside compartments on the trailer because we were rushed. I now have to arrange to somehow get the items from the outside compartments before my insurance company comes and gets tows them to their yard today. I would definitely use them again only because the driver Chuck, and the two at the front window treated me like I was human and that this was an accident, which was out of my control, and I didn't do anything wrong. Thanks for taking care of me guys!
Was helped by Brian and Kenyan, who showed up right on schedule. They were dependable and fun to talk to. Got me squared away with no hangups. Now I'm back on the road. Thanks for great service.
The guy who helped us out was awesome! Best parts of my towing experience with them:
-He arrived in a timely manner
-He was patient with our difficult directions (we were at the Stewart Falls trailhead, with no solid address to give him)
-He was a super friendly guy, especially for 12am when he came to help
-He let my friend and I charge our dead phones in the truck
-After dropping off my car at the repair shop, he waited at the site an extra 10 minutes with me to make sure I had found a ride home
The guy deserves a raise. You could tell he really liked to help people, and he didn't try to just rush through things so he could get back home. I wish I had remembered his name. If the rest of the guys at Larry's are anything like him, I'd heartily recommend this service to anyone.
