I really wanted to give these guys a good review. I liked the young lady who helped me at the front desk but the part ended up being broken when I received it. I was replacing the window motor in my mini cooper and found a compatible part. They initially gave me the price of the motor and then added on an additional cost because they had to sell it with the regulator. I took it home to replace and found it was missing a clip and and the regulator was off the track. Completely useless. When I asked for help to resolve the issue, they were willing to look at the parts to see what was missing and asked for photos. The photos were sent and I got no response. The following day, I asked for updates and they still haven't gotten back to me. They are willing to sell incomplete and broken parts and leave you hanging. Do not buy from here unless you are familiar with the parts and aren't paying cash.
I called them and asked if they had a specific part and a specific car. The woman on the phone said they'd look and call me back but she didn't call me back. Or even send a text. Probably didn't even look
