Had a tire go out on the freeway. My car doesn’t have a spare (by design). Called these guys up and Armondo helped me out right away. Came right over, fast hookup to the tow, drive like an expert. Friendly. Great experience and sure helped me out
This is by far the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. They damaged my truck while handling it and then forced me to sign a waiver to avoid taking responsibility. On top of that, they charged me $600 and never even fixed the problem.
They are unprofessional, abusive, and completely disrespectful. Instead of helping customers, they threaten and pressure them. Their behavior is disgusting, and they treat people differently based on race and color, which is absolutely unacceptable.
In short: they are scammers, liars, and thieves. Nasty, unreliable, and only out to steal your money. Stay away from this company at all costs!

First Aid Towing saved my day!! I work out of my truck and in construction. Heading north on I15 to start my work day my truck completely shut down because of an emissions sensor being dirty. Stranded on the side of the freeway - not knowing what to do - I called a couple of tow truck services but they didn't sound promising. Called First Aid Towing and they were onsite to grab my truck in 20 minutes. They were incredible. Were able to tow my truck to the nearest dealership. The owner was who responded and I was so incredibly impressed. Affordable, super quick and reliable!! If I ever need another tow truck - I will most definitely be calling you. Still have your card tucked in my wallet. Thank you for your quick help!! Was able to rent a car and still make all of my service repair appointments for the day.
I thought I needed the tow after failing to jump start my car, but he took the liberty to try it again and got it working. I'm happy I didn't have to pay extra for the tow. Appreciate the kind service I got :)

I was stranded on the side of the freeway and they rescued me in only 15 minutes! My rescuer was polite and friendly. He took us to an autoshop he recommended because we were far from home.
I got a flat tire and couldn’t get it off on my own, so I called First Aid Towing. The guy that answered seemed annoyed when he answered and when I told him what was wrong he just said “yeah we’re kinda busy, call someone else.” I was shocked and just said “Oh okay, thank you?” It’s just unprofessional to not even attempt to give a timeline or any type of help and write me off like that. The customer service was not what everyone’s been talking about.
Had my car die on me and gave First Aid towing a call, I was able to get my car towed quick without any problem. It was quick and easy and didn't cost as much as I was expecting.
Amazing service, was super quick to come and get me. I was at the ski resort and parking was very tight and difficult and he pulled me out no problem. Definitely would recommend and use again if ever in the situation again.

The whole process was smooth, and the pricing was very fair, with no surprise fees. I really appreciated their fast response and great service. First Aid Towing, Armando, to the rescue. Car died today in Orem. I used Google to search for "Roadside Assistance" and he was the first one that came up. I called, not because he was the first one, he had 301 reviews and 100% 5*. I called, he answered first ring and was there in 25 min. I had no idea what to do so he took me to CJae's, which was a great recommendation. I would surely use both him again. Now he'll have 302 5* reviews.
First Aid came to the rescue today!! We were stranded on a very busy off-ramp of I15 - and the tow truck came in less than 10min. My truck was quickly removed from traffic and I was driven to the local Ford dealership to fix a broken alternator. Fast, courteous and professional!! Thanks Armando!!
