Our transmission went out about 60 miles west of our destination. Jake's responded quickly and towed us into Salt Lake City at 10pm at a reasonable price. We were charged what we were quoted, no B.S. fees or extra charges when we were done. Words can not express the appreciation i have for these guys. We had called roadside assistance with State Farm, and neither of the two guys they contacted for us wanted to actually do the work. Jake's was most helpful and kept us from having to spend the night on the side of the road. Thanks again.

Will definitely recommend Jake’s!! Broke down Saturday night in UT. Called to see if they would be willing to take us back home (Elko,NV) and he said he would do it! Jake had great communication told us it would be a bit as he was finishing a drop! He called back to let us know he would be heading out soon, he heard our toddler fussing and came out right away! Got us home, no questions asked at a perfect price!!

Timing belt went out right before I got on I-80. Jake was there in 20 minutes, and the price was half of what I was expecting. Definitely a number to keep
We were stuck in the west desert on Labor Day. Our car had two blown tires, and our camp trailer was parked at our campsite. They came out quickly, and they were able to tow both the car and the camp trailer back to civilization. Very friendly and helpful at a reasonable price.
I am a fan of Jake's. My vehicle broke down on the highway. They towed it into Salt Lake for an reasonable price and they are fun to talk with on the ride there. They are very much appreciated!
Unfortunately Jake had to help us out. He was professional and dragged out totaled car out of a fence. We don’t have a choice to pick the service but I would call them again if I needed something a bit more planned.
I was on vacation with my nine year old. We blew two tires on a back road. I searched and ended up calling for help from my family back in MN. They got in touch with Jakes- and they made an extremely rough experience for my daughter- so much better! They towed us to SLC to get a different rental car - on a Friday night.
They saved me from an upset child - and helped save our vacation.

These guys are awesome! Had some issues towing a truck back to my house on a Sunday and within 20 minutes of my initial phone call, a driver showed up and got me picked up. Super reasonable pricing and the driver was so nice and friendly! Use them for sure!
My friend and I got stuck in a mud hole, and we were high-centered in the middle of nowhere close to Grantsville/Tooele, we tried contacting a towing company they said it was $500 to come help, we tried our insurance company, they got ahold of a few different towing companies and no one would come tow us out… we were stuck for 6 hours— we canceled our insurance tow, and called jake’s. He was so kind, and so helpful, he got to us within 1.5- 2 hours, pulled us out, helped us get turned around and led us all the way out to the main road. We would’ve still been stuck if he didn’t come help us last night! We’re very grateful towards him! He was incredible, and he cost literally half of what the first tow company quoted us! He was so quick, and kind, and helpful. Literally was amazing!!

Lost a wheel on the highway. Called Jake, he gave me a fair quote and honored it. Arrived when he said he would. Loaded and unloaded my truck safely. Hooked up properly to 4 mounts (a lot of guys are lazy and only hook up to 2). Knew what he was doing, was accurate with his eta, and all at a fair price. Highly recommend.
