I made a call and it was answered. The driver arrived loaded my truck and delivered it. I did not have much interaction but he seemed very friendly. You could tell by his function that he had lots of experience. I will call again if I am ever in need of another tow. Hopefully he wont have to press his ability so far next time. He really came through
Call these guys if you ever get stuck. They know what they’re doing. We got stuck in some slick mud near some salt flats in Tooele county and they saved us. Unbelievably fair prices as well. 10/10, would get stuck again.
These guys are awesome! I hit a patch of ice in a snow storm on the I-80 and slid off the road into some brush and mud. Gave them a call and they were hooked up to my car within about 30 minutes and pulled me right out. I felt like the price was fair and they made a sucky situation suck less. Thanks guys!
If you don't need your car for several weeks, then go here. The work is good when they finally get to it. And they they say 2 to 3 weeks it is more like 3-4.
They did excellent with my jetta and as busy as they are I was shocked st how well they did being understaffed. It's a great family owned establishment and always feel welcomed when I come in. I highly recommend Westside auto especially if you own a jetta.
A small town family run business that makes everyone feel welcome. It may take a couple days to get your vehicle in, but you know that it will be taken care of. If you love a family atmosphere for sure, visit this little auto shop. Always the treasure every time!
They have taken over 6 months to fix a head, broke oil lines and forgot to install the oil retaining nut, wouldn't start work until it was paid upfront, and they won't call you to update you, you better check on it yourself
I was not surprised to see such a high rating for this company, considering they were are angels when we were in distress, the highways were not maintained, and snow was everywhere. We slid off the freeway right off exit 179.

15 miles away tried to charge almost $1000 to help us … called Bail Out

Don't waste your money! They don't do what they said they did. Obviously it's run down because they always have a help wanted sign up. The junk cars all over their lot shoulda been a sign.
Arnie is definitely one of the greats! He was the only tow truck who was able and willing to come out and get us on Memorial Weekend, when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere (we later found out that we were in the BlackRock canyon part of Eureka).
Arnie got us towed out of there on a holiday weekend, back to his shop, and he even found ways to help me save money on the repairs. His office girls even brought ice cream out today, while I waited for him to finish putting the wheels back on!
Arnie could have charged any price he wanted, or at least inflated the parts prices, because with this situation I was in, I had absolutely no other options—but instead he kept the prices low and helped us out!! He’s a good man, with good integrity. He was transparent and honest about everything from the start to the finish! My automobile is even better now than it was before and I’m glad it broke so that it could be fixed by Arnie! 10 out of 10 for sure.
I don’t live in Grantsville, but if I did, I would take all of my automotive issues to him. #OneOfTheGreats

Our trip from WA to OK came to a quick pause when my husband decided to pull off of the highway to get a “better picture” of the reflection of the mountain on the lake. We quickly learned that salt sucks and crossed Utah off of our retirement list. Our F250 super duty has pulled dozens of people out of all situations but the couple who stopped to help us ended up leaving us with both passenger tires stuck vs the front passenger only being stuck from the beginning. It got dark- we were 3 hours behind schedule- and the law enforcement officer suggested WestSide. We were very thankful because the service time was quick, the gentleman who responded was so kind and knew exactly what his game plan was, and the pricing was very reasonable for an after hours situation. We immediately drove into town to spray out our undercarriage and the driver made super to follow us just to be safe. We hope we don’t ever deal with this again however if we do, we hope we have a tow near by like you guys!!!! Thanks again!

Excellent!! Especially on a Saturday. Our truck broke down, they tiowed us to the shop and grabbed the parts we needed and fixed the problem on the spot!
I love coming here for the advice and questions I have. Everyone that works here does an amazing job and they're very friendly. My dad went to them for years and they always treated us amazingly. I just love the atmosphere of the shop and they are very fair in their prices and do quality work
My 78 Ranger broke it's alternator bracket somehow on my road trip and these folks were diligent about getting me safely on the road again. They made me a custom bracket so it doesn't happen again. I should add that I was towed into Westside late afternoon, they stayed till 9:30pm to be sure I was in better repair and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Thanks Westside! You guys are Awesome!
Had a very positive experience with this company - and the owners in particular. Were able to diagnose the problem, and recommended replacing only the coil that was causing the problem (there is a total of 6). Were able to fit us in after hearing our scheduling difficulties and needing to have the car back in time to be able to transport out of town guests. Highly recommend! In fact, we are now taking our truck to them to have the clutch replaced (can't complain that I got 150k+ miles out of it!), a tune up, and a look at the power steering pump. Like working with them!
I have had life-long experience with this business. Well, let's say 20+ years experience with just myself. These are good people that truly care about their community and their customers. I have no problem recommending them whatsoever.
THE OWNER IS A CROOK. They took a week to notify me that my toyota truck was impounded there because of the accident I was in. They charged me $250 because they took their time to notify me. They also over priced the repair. My wife was with me and we both thought they acted like they wanted my 93 toyota 4x4 truck. So they jacked up the price on the impound. And the owner kept saying that it would cost too much to fix even though the auto body guy said it wasn't that bad. I was in an accident they took advantage of a bad situation. Go to Sorenson Auto that guy is honest.
This place is DISHONEST and CROOKED!
Fast friendly service, knowledgeable, and also had cheap, quality used parts. Brand new power steering pump 35$ and he pulled it too, maybe 10 mins. Sweet
I owe the fact that my car is still running to these guys. My family and I have been going to them for years and I don't plan on seeing any other family of mechanics in the span of my life. These are the only guys I trust to work on my car.
