I took my Land Rover in to get the alignment done on it. The team was very thorough on what they had to do to it to get it back inline. At a much better price than I thought. Thanks again for the great job to get my vehicle driving straight again.

Master AutoTech did fantastic work on my Challenger. They replaced the automatic transmission mount and my drive line. I didn't have an appointment but they looked at it that day. They replaced the transmission mount that day and replaced the driveline the next morning. They even gave me a ride home. Fantastic employees and fantastic work. I would recommend this shop. Fast & Accurate. My 2000 GMC Work Van did not pass emissions. They quickly analyzed the issue and Emissions passed and when they finished, I don't think the van has ever ran this good since I got the Van 15 Years ago. I am Very pleased with there work.

Wow. Just wow. Brought both my cars in and in 3 hours they changed the oil on both, trip checked both, and replaced a cracked serpentine belt. Amazing service and great pricing. Its hard to find a good car place and this is one i would DEFINITELY recommend.
So I went to a shop i was told about because I was having problems with my pickup. They kept clearing my engine light and couldn't figure out what was going on. I took it here and they ran the Diagnostics and found the problem real quick. My truck is fixed and running great.
I was very surprised as your tech Christian and Joe was amazing! Gave me a good price and they had my exhaust in in a half an hour. They also cleared my engine light codes n told me I may possibly have some issues with my evaporative system and a possible gas leak. I will definitely be going to this shop because this is literally the best experience I've had in a long time at an automotive repair shop. My daughters car started making a noise on Friday night and Saturday morning they were were able to get us in and get it diagnosed in less than an hour. Although our news was bad and the car was not worth repair they treated us great and charged a very reasonable rate for the time they spent on our car. I would highly recommend Master Auto to anyone in the Salt Lake area.

The catalytic converter was dragging under my Mazda. I didn’t know how much was wrong with it, but it was really noisy!!! They hooked it back up & replaced a section of the exhaust that needed replacing. Just a bit over $200. 😁 I was worried it needed a whole exhaust system. I soooo appreciate their honesty & awesome customer service!!! I highly recommend them!!! ❤️
Brought my car into master auto tech because my grandmas gone through them for years and they are great! I dropped my car off and had quite a few things that needed to be done on it and they had it done way before the end of the day and their pricing is better than going to a dealership forsure! Always have a good experience here, they are honest and deliver good customer service. (:
Dropped my truck off for an AC Diagnostic, and ended up getting quoted for a full replacement for the system, with minimal insight on what the actual issue was. When I went in and asked what was going on they said, everything is working but not great so they couldn’t find the issue. If you’re going to offer AC diagnostics, I think you should be able to leave with clear direction on what needs to be replaced or tuned up. Getting quoted $2,300 for a new compressor, and condenser when they aren’t even sure either is faulty seemed like overkill to me. Paid $160 for an A/C diagnosis that came back inconclusive.
I would give 1 star, but I will say that Joe at the front counter was very nice, kind, and cordial.
They welded my exhaust on, but did the worst damn job on it. Exhaust leaks all the way through, they didn’t take it back off to weld it, so it leaks on the top, quoted me $200 for a small resonator delete and muffler welded on and charged me $400. When they welded the hangers on the exhaust they didn’t straighten them so it has pulled the bushings off to the side and ripped the new ones they also charged me for. Not to mention the horrible welds too. Very very disappointed.
Awesome to work with. Brought my car I had recently purchased in without an appointment. We chatted about what I needed done on my car (basic tail pipe installation, as they had been cut off). Quick inspection, came out with a price and time frame. Few hours later and bam. New tail pipes. Definitely worth visiting and having repairs done.

Good service, I had broken exhaust manifold studs on my Jeep. They took good care of me and my Jeep (Lucille). It's was also done sooner than they told me. Went back for IM and they got me right in towards the end of the day. I'm bad with names but the dude at the counter is very helpful, and they have decent prices. Thanks again guys.
