Everything is over priced. Self check outs should not be allowed to create more jobs. Their getting donations and the prices should reflect that. I can get new clothes for a few dollars more.

Holy price gouging batman Legally someone should look into how they are pricing things here Now I only work here and I only persoanlly know that some people here are stealing things Maybe just look into it Pricing the Pokémon cards we went threw prior for 40 is only to cover up some of the issue ya know

look, i’m here all the time. i don’t usually leave bad reviews, the employees are wonderful, except one. i shit you not i avoid this woman like the plague, she’s pushy as hell and just has a nasty attitude. the store was closing, my mom and i were going through our carts before we walked to the isle to check out, and at this point, we both told her WE WERE LEAVING. i’m not kidding when i say this, she came right up behind us, and stood over our shoulder, she broke my personal space bubble and about scared the hell out of me when i turned around and saw her staring into my soul. i told her we were leaving again and just slowly turned around and walked away. i also want to add, we were not the only ones in the store either, there were about 15-20 other people who were also on their way out of the store. i genuinely need to know if this is a universal experience for others as well. other than this the store isn’t too bad (i also promise im not a mean person, but if i saw that happen to someone else i’d feel the same way)

Love it. Always a treasure hunt in a good way. I like coming here whenever I have the chance.

The “sale of the day tags” are pretty much non-existent because the workers are busy pulling them from the racks & the prices are so high for used items. I’d rather pay a few bucks more & go to Ross!!!

We are from out of town and saw it near our hotel, nice clean store and a lot of fun to shop at

The prices are disappointing for this being a thrift store and knowing that so much of what is DONATED still ends up at the DUMP. They need to lower prices so they get people buying more, and then the store has to deal with less to get rid of other ways, while helping the community and the planet. Instead of Savers or other bigger thrift options, I recommend checking out the locally owned and operated PRELOVED locations (Sandy, Riverton, Provo, and a bunch of others). They have new stock rotating through weekly, the money spent goes directly to LOCAL people in the community, and Tuesday-Friday they do discounts up to 90% off. On a Thursday or Friday, I can get quality items for cents on the dollar at the PRELOVED locations. Savers cannot compare to that, even with their 50% off deals.

It’s not fun. They have stuff here marked up for ridiculous prices. Not as bad as the Savers in Midvale but pretty close. The people that shop here are rude, inconsiderate and miserable. Holding the doors for people and smiling gets you a stank face response and people pretending you don’t exist. It’s just this area I guess. The employees are more friendly and they seem like they don’t wanna be there. The place is pretty clean though. It seems well organized so I’ll give them that. The markup of used, dirty and broken items is absolutely insane though. All in all don’t like coming here and don’t really plan on coming back unless I’m bored. Honestly who ever runs the prices needs to realize these items are used and you get them for free. Even if the money goes to a good cause, you’re not gonna sell them by jacking the prices up. It’s not thrifting when you’re still getting ripped off.

I love coming here but had a really rude interaction with one of the employees there. Peggy was so rude. I’ve been coming here for YEARS!!! Never has any employee been rude like the way she was. She needs better training in customer service that’s for sure.

I love Savers! Lower prices on used puzzles at all locations, like the $2.49 the Redwood location has, would be nice!

Everything is insanely priced! For stuff they get for free they’re pricey. And they make you self check out. Why am I doing someone else’s job?! and you have to pay for bags. The store it’s self smells and isn’t clean whatsoever. Won’t recommend shopping or donating here. I definitely won’t be. I’d rather donate to the homeless or to the other side thrift at least they price things well and it’s for a good cause.

4 workers standing around. Made eye contact with a few of them. None of them offered to help me look at locked away jewelry, i stood there for about 8 minutes. Wanted to buy potentially 5 articles of jewelry and left with nothing.

UHG!! I went to Savers today to look for some puzzles. I ended up looking around at the other sections as one does at a thrift store and I just got more and more frustrated. The prices are so freaking high! The base price for women's jeans is $8.99 which is higher than Goodwill and Deseret Industries. Their dresses usually start around $10.99 which is WAY higher than Goodwill and DI. And don't even get me started on the shoes. $14.99 for a thrashed pair of Danskos. $16.99 for a dirty pair of Brooks. Oh and the figurines! The figurines section is ridiculous. Like actually laughable. Deseret Industries has most of their figurines at around $1-$5. Savers has their figurines marked at $6.99+. I went to look in the men's shirt section and literally every shirt was around $10.99! They mark up name brands which is so stupid. Just make a standard price for a category of clothing. Dear Savers, make your jeans price for both men's and women's $7.99 no matter the brand. Or better yet $5.99 It just makes me so mad that Savers is so greedy. They aren't Savers, They are Swindlers.

This store location is locking the doors way over 30 minutes before scheduled hours. They don't permit entry to customers and pressure shoppers to line up and finish their browsing aisles by 7:30pm. Just so that they can clock out at exactly 8pm on a Friday night. Shame on management.

Savers you need to get a grip on reality. Still not having dressing bc of Covid is ridiculous. It’s been 5 years and companies still crying “well we changed bc Covid” are just taking advantage of their customers. You’re not saving anyone money and being charitable by having people buy things that may not fit. Wasted an hour of my time and didn’t buy anything bc I don’t know how anything looks. Don’t give me crap about “you can exchange” I want to return it if it doesn’t fit. You should not feel good or charitable about your business model.

Honestly love it here This is where I got all my stylish and good looming clothes but it's still a thrift store and it's hard to find something good

I’m an avid thrifter and this location has been my go-to location for almost 9 years now. The pricing is getting a bit out of control. I’ve found brand items that are from Walmart, $3-5 brand new- and y’all are selling it for MORE. A little research may do you guys some good. Pricing USED things fairly is key for thrifting. Please take a step back and rethink your prices a little. Also…. Your return or should I say exchange only policy is garbage. You guys took out the dressing rooms after Covid so people can’t try on their finds before purchasing and then you only allow exchange?? That is beyond ridiculous. And to add to the absurdity of it, you can only exchange that same day. No store credit to come back another time. If management cares about their shoppers you guys will ease up on your return policy, or at least bring back the dressing rooms!

These prices are out of control. Why do they think anyone would pay $10+ for a pair of used jeans ? Self check out. No bags unless you pay for them. Terrible business model. The store is clean and organized. The employees work hard .. the prices are not their fault. However … don’t bother going in. Seriously .. who is pricing this stuff ?!?

Yearly tradition is to go on my birthday to all the savers in the valley. This has to be one of my favorite ones as their jewelry selection is always huge. Never disappoint and always a fun day.

I loved the staff! Wade and Zaiden I think their names were.. need a raise!!! I have germ issues and I wanted this shoe but it didn't have any sizing on it. I asked for a sanitary wipe and they were both so quick to help and they were so nice. I genuinely recommend this place. Always the best finds to be honest.

Note: This review only applies to the book/DVD section of the store. I gave three stars for the huge variety. However, it was a nightmare looking for books (and DVDs) I wanted. I found volumes of series on two different shelves, a volume of a children's series in the adult section, etc. And who wants to find copies of different Mission Impossible movies on opposite sides of the aisle? I will literally help with sorting for free, I have all the time in the world.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Prices are absurdly high for a second hand store, they charge tax (unlike DI and goodwill), they don't have fitting rooms, and staff is utterly useless. They failed to give me a receipt and refused to take back damaged merchandise literally the same day it was purchased. No returns, which is ridiculous with no fitting rooms, and I can't exchange without the receipt they didn't give me. Save yourself the time and money and just go to literally any other second hand store.

The staff here are really helpful and friendly. They just need to get better at pricing things/ pay more attention - whoever is doing that part. I frequently find items with the original price tags that are lower priced than what savers has them at. Like a sweatshirt on clearance from Walmart for $5 will be sitting on the rack here with a $10.99 savers price tag on it lol. Pay more attention, y'all! But all in all it's still got lots to offer and I find all kinds of fun stuff for my toddlers to play with here for super cheap. Love you, Savers!

This store is nice and usually has a great selection. The staff is always very kind to me. My biggest frustration lately has been the price gouging. It's ridiculous how high basic items are being priced. They're marking USED DONATIONS at or above market pricing for BRAND NEW items. It's really disappointing to see them doing this. I understand competitive pricing but when you boast being a charitable store you cannot act this way

i love this location usually- especially the staff. very welcoming. the selection of clothing is nice. but i am HORRIFIED over what i saw yesterday- some tall tall woman in management yelled at a CUSTOMER until they were in TEARS!!! she was wanting to buy something and was told that she wasnt allowed to pick it up later even though she had PAID! shocking and horrible way to treat your customers and to not think any other store goer would notice. talk about hostile atmosphere.

Tried multiple times to donate at this location and there is always an excuse why they won’t allow it. Today really takes the cake. Come at 10am. They tell me to come back at noon. Come back at noon they don’t have any employees. Come back again at 2 and they say they are full and come back another day. With a truckload of stuff on a Sunday. Awesome. Deseret industries on Monday instead of going to work it is I guess.

I love the thrill of the hunt at Savers. When I say you NEVER know what will find....that's what I mean!!!! From creepy dolls, to psychotic art and hand made ash trays, every trip is an adventure...and I love it
