Disappointed in the service I got at this location. I online ordered an OEM approved battery for my 4runner (24F-DLG) and when I got there for the install they said it wouldn't fit and installed a 35-DLG instead. The 4runner did turn on with the 35 after the install but it sounded awful, like it was being started for the first time in 6 months and it didn't sound like that before the battery died. The guy that installed it said it could be because the battery he installed had sat for awhile. I said OK but ran some errands after and it never got any better. I learned that while both the 24F & 35 will fit in a 4runner, the 24F is the OEM preferred one which is also what the AutoZone website itself said so I don't know why the guy was insistent it wouldn't fit.
I went to another South Jordan AutoZone location and told them what happened and they installed the 24F and lo and behold, it fit perfectly and when I started it it started up like a dream. I personally wouldn't come back here again and will be using the other location.
Cam is a rockstar. Went above and beyond to fix another locations screw up. Knowledgeable about products and made solid recommendations. John was fantastic too and very helpful. This is my go to store now even though there are a few closer locations.
When I walked in I was immediately greeted with warm Christmas wishes from Wayne. He was very kind, helpful, and he price-matched a premium part for cheaper and gave me a 10% discount just for "taking too long" to help me
Miguel A. was excellent with his service. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He set me up with a rewards program and helped me to benefit from it in my first visit. I’ve never really been a fan of auto parts stores but Miguel has got me wanting to come back to the South Jordan store.
I had such a great experience at this location! I don't know anything about cars, but Wayne helped me figure out the kind of windshield wipers that I needed, and even helped me put them on my car as well. He showed incredible customer service, as well as outstanding kindness to me which is very rare these days. I was very impressed with the level of service here and left with a smile on my face. I went in to get new wiper blades and Miguel was a lifesaver! I had no idea what I was doing, and he made the process so easy. He explained everything well and even helped me install them! Definitely will use them again!
Associate Chris Morley was very helpful and patient with other customers that kept coming up to him, while he was trying to execute AutoZone service to my truck.

Great staff at this location. They are very helpful when it comes to free battery charging , or finding the right components. I have used them for battery test and recharging which AutoZone does it for free.
After the dealership caused a check engine light on our car and wanted to charge me 170 diagnostic fee. I came here had a young man help with running codes and he showed me the part I might need. I asked to show me if its easy to change and where it was. We opened the hood and discovered that the dealership left the air filter out and he fixed it and the engine light went away automatically! He was so nice and helpful and I've always loved this store!!! Thank you for saving me money!!!
Go to this Location!! AutoZone generally has great service, but this experience was the best I’ve ever had. James saved my butt with a few different things. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me out. He troubleshooted with me, gave me tips from his own experience, taught me how to fix a my coolant leak, and was fun to talk to! I could tell he actually wanted to do what would help me in the long run. James is the GOAT Give that man a raise!
Battery problems seem to happen at night in the cold. After having to jump start my CRV, I went to AutoZone to have my battery and alternator checked. I had a bad battery. Lucas was so helpful to remove the bad battery and install the new one. He even brought some humor to the situation and made me laugh, which I appreciated, since car problems cause me anxiety and stress. Thank you Lucas for all your help, you are awesome!

Went to get some HT silicone spray for my exhaust pipes I wrapped. The guy told me they didn't have it even though it showed online in stock. I gave part # and he found it telling me it's just like any other spray, whatever that means. Then I asked for the steel straps to hold the wrap same thing without look said they don't have it then found it after telling him yes they do have it & part #.
I've always had great service from knowledgeable staff at this location. My wife's convertible Mustang is 17 years old and still going strong. In many ways due to the parts and recommendations I get from these guys. This visit was a part for my truck. I do my own repairs when I'm able because I do it with love and know it's done right. I need to work with the best to back my work.
Ralph is a Rockstar!! He was extremely helpful with my new windshield wipers. He showed me how to install them before I left and made sure I understood the installation process. Great customer service! Highly recommend this location!
I came into this Auto Zone because of a blinker issue. The first employee who helped me told me they didn’t carry the correct piece, so I left and soon enough came back this Auto Zone. The second employee who helped me was the best employee I have had an experience with in a while. He came over, helped me with a few things, and gave me more information and advice than any other mechanic. He said he was a PM manager and I wasn’t surprised because of his professionalism and kindness. It’s nice as a woman to go into an auto shop and not be judged for having a car issue, and I can say confidently that I will be back to this location if another issue arises!! Thank you!!
I went to another location and only got 5 out of 6 spark plug wires and they were unwilling to help us and made us feel inferior like we didn't know what we were doing. So I came to this one and James, the store manager did an exchange for all 6 wires. He was fast efficient and kind.
Stopped by a few weeks ago around closing to pick up some oil. The cashier that I worked with was happy to help me select the right product, and even went out of his way to give me paper towels to help with clean up. Amazing customer service!
The gentleman working tonight was absolutely amazing! He was kind and so helpful to me as I don't have much knowledge on cars. He helped me change one of my headlights and walk me through step by step how it was done so that I would learn how to do it on my own next time.

They have a wide variety of parts and tools in stock and if they don't have what I need, they're more than happy to order it for me. I always leave feeling confident that my car is in good hands. My key fob was nearly dead and I worried I wouldn't be able to drive my car if it quit working. So, I went to this location for a battery for my key fob and a very nice gentleman who worked there was nice enough to replace the battery for me. I left with peace of mind worth more (to me) than the cost of the battery I purchased.
I was having some issues finding the right light bulbs for my rear break and stop lights until I went in here today and one of the gentlemen not only helped me find the right light bulbs for my Kia but helped install and make sure it was working for me. He was so nice and helpful I sure do appreciate it!
Fantastic service and professionalism! Wayne and James are the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Always willing to return or refund parts with issues, and they don't have an ego like most auto parts employees do. They have saved my butt when I've been in a pinch multiple times over the past few years. Best autozone in the valley! Thanks a lot guys!!!!
We came to this location for an emergency battery change. Ray helped us out and was amazing. He let us borrow tools and showed us step by step how to replace a battery. We were very impressed by the high level of customer service. Highly recommend this location.
I stopped by after previously replacing my battery myself, and wanted to test if the alternator was still functioning. Immediately I was treated by Ralph who, from the beginning, went above and beyond for me. He tested our battery, starter, and alternator and saw that we had made a mistake when securing the battery. He taught me how to correctly and safely attach the battery, then proceeded to clean up my mess at no extra charge to me He was cordial and polite, but most of all he was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of before leaving the store. For any future questions and help, I will make sure to return to this location and ask for Ralph’s help again.
The Manager, James was amazing help and showed the best customer service I have ever experienced. He helped me to clear my engine light before emissions testing by selling me a product to clean the catalytic converter and explaining specifically how to use it. I stopped by for his help a number of times and he always took the time to explain and help me personally. He possibly saved me $1000 for a new catalytic converter. I rate this AutoZone 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you James!
