I would not get their boneless Korean fried chicken. It’s quite misleading. It’s not the texture and crispiness of Korean fried chicken at all. You feel like you’re eating a far worse version of Panda Express.

In the mood for Korean, then this place won't disappoint. Limited menu, but the kinds of items you'd expect to see on the menu, these are some great choices, hearty, plenty of meat (especially if you order a bit extra. everything we tried was amazing for flavor, volume and freshness/quality. There was definitely enough to take home after giving it our best effort to plow through it all!
The restaurant was clean, but you don't really interact with anyone, just order from a kiosk, order gets called, you sit down and grab your own utensils, straws, napkins, and just sit at one of the tables and enjoy.Jan 30, 2026 -
Food tasted great. I went at a busy time and it took maybe 20 minutes to get my food. I was disappointed that the only traditional Korean side dish that they offered was kimchi. They were out of the japchae plate that I wanted. The portions are huge, so no complaints there.

We absolutely love the food here. A family favorite. If the owner is reading this, I do have one concern: why do you put tomatoes on the Chicken Katsu sandwich each and every time we order delivery (DoorDash)? They make the sandwich an unwieldy, soupy mess. It’s not listed as an ingredient that can be held and you’ve opted not to take special instructions. When I eat in the restaurant there aren’t any. Make it make sense. DoorDash spite? I hear they screw restaurants.

I took my sister's to dinner here this evening. The restaurant was clean. They did use reusable plastic cups for drinks, which is never my favorite because they feel less clean than a disposable or glass cup. The bathrooms were cleaner than I expected for a local restaurant.
The food here was very good. I got there kids fried chicken and rice, Korean tacos, fried chicken appetizer, fries, and two custom bowls. I personally didn't try the bowls, but my sisters were very happy with the flavor. The fried chicken had a good flavor, but I would have liked some more crunch. The tacos were very good. The fries were well cut and cooked. The kids meal was nice as well. Overall the prices were fairly high, but portions are big enough for most people to split a meal.
The service was an introvert's dream. Kiosk ordering, with self-service napkins, straws, and to-go boxes. The only downside here is that the soda fountain asnt aelf-serve.Dec 19, 2025 -
Wow, my wife surprised me with my first tasting of the Angry Korean. FIRE!!!!!!!! She ordered me the spicy pork with all the fixings, so tasty, nice serving size. I will definitely be stopping in for some other yummy grindz. Passion fruit drink to wash it all down and so refreshing. This place is a must if you enjoy great food.

The quality and quantity of food you can get here is nuts. All for a great price too. My bowl tasted great. From my experience this restaurant usually isn’t too crowded either and you can always find a table. If you’re hungry for good Korean food, this is the perfect place.

Hey, if angry Koreans are making food like this we need more in our lives. The fried rice bowl with the gooey egg on top was beautiful! I love the self serve kiosks, and the variety of options. I will be back for more.

The food here was so flavorful and cooked to order.
We ordered a beef bowl and tacos and loved both entrees. The beef bowl was huge!
They have lots of different food/sauce options. I can't wait to come back and try their cheese steak!Nov 02, 2025 -
The Angry Korean is a must try. Has a wide variety of options, all good, all super fresh. We got the Katsu fries and the spicy chicken bowl. Huge portions, well spiced, and well sauced. The fries were perfectly fried. My husband devoured his bowl in 5 mins flat. You even order from a kiosk for maximum ease. We will be back for sure.

Really delicious food. We ordered 3 dishes and all were wonderful. I loved the self serve for water and utensils. I also appreciate the reusable dishes. The fried chicken was my favorite.

This is SERIOUSLY the best food I've ever had in my life! Every single time I try something new on the menu I'm completely blown away at how good it is!! Straight up phenomenal. And the guys that work there are cooler than the other side of your pillow. This place straight up rules. I could seriously cry it's so delicious. Thank you Angry Korean District!!

First time for everyone in our group. We all ordered something different and everybody really enjoyed the food. I'm a pretty picky eater and my food was excellent. It is a bit pricey, but you get a lot of food. So the price is fair. The whole place was clean, even the bathroom. Definitely come back!

YUMM! I got the tofu bowl which was amazing & great portion! The passion dirty soda hit the spot too! Cant wait to try more!
You self order with card or order at the window with cash. Spacious inside and they offer self serve lemon water.Jun 07, 2025 -
Super excellent food prepared to order and was very tasty. They do try to push using the kiosks for ordering and just call your name when the order is up. No real interactions with staff. Good atmosphere though. Loved the fries with katsu and the burrito

Incredible food, and something for everyone on the menu. The beef bulgogi Bowl is a great choice for first timers.
Whatever they put in their spices in the fried chicken, makes me crave it fortnightly.May 17, 2025 -
The food here is absolutely amazing. My hubby and I stopped in before a movie to try it out and we were very pleasantly surprised. We had the beef bulgogi fried rice and the chicken bulgogi tacos. The beef was tender and lean, which I was surprised at and the rice wasn’t too greasy. The egg was perfectly cooked so the yolk added to the sauce when it was broken. The tacos were also delicious. Also had a strawberry lemonade. Not sure why someone would complain about the price. This is what food costs now. $12 is more than fair for the great food you’re getting.
We will be craving this in a week or so. The place is simple, but nice. Go give them your business. You’ll be back.Dec 07, 2024 -
This place was SOOOO yummy! We got a spicy pork & bulgogi bowl, & a Korean fried chicken appetizer. The staff was very nice, I made some modifications to my bowl which they happily helped with. The flavors were super good and it felt super authentic! Definitely would recommend.

New favorite Korean BBQ spot! The kimchi fried rice was so flavorful and I loved that it was served on a skillet. Stayed hot and the crunch from the rice was so good. I ordered the Korean BBQ flavor wings. Also SO GOOD. Crispy and delicious! I do wish they had a spicy and less sweet sauce flavor option for the wings. My sisters ordered the shrimp and chicken rice bowls with different additions and they both gave 5 stars!

Came on a date with my husband on a Friday night. Ordering was quick and easy at a touchpad. Food took a minute to come out, but was delicious. We ordered the katsu chicken bowl and the junkyard fries. The chicken was a little too crispy for me, but both dishes were delicious and I can’t wait to return to try other dishes.

This place was really quite good. I got the beef bulgogi bowl with egg and sweet potato noodles and the Katsu fries. Both excellent. Had to order at a kiosk and clean up my own table. No big deal. The restaurant is pretty open and loud, but not more than you would expect at a place like this. Everyone behind the counter was helpful when I needed refills or extra sauce.

I took a good friend of mine to Angry Korean and we did not leave disappointed nor hungry. About $20 per person and the bowls were huge and packed with flavor! You order on iPads and our food was ready in under 10 minutes. Seating was self serve and had an industrial feel to it. Great lunch spot to meet up and discuss business with friends. I recommend coming during lunch and eating here!

Eating here today was good, but not the best experience I've had with other Asian restaurants. The food tasted fresh, yet it seemed relatively overpriced for what I received and it took longer to get my food. Overall, I liked it but was looking for better.

Really enjoyed this restaurant and experience! For anyone paying with cards, you place your order on the tablets when you first walk in. Menu items can be modified to an extent as well. They call your order name and you go pick it up at the counter.
Everything is prepared fresh, so the wait is a little longer than your average eatery.
The flavors were on point though! I couldn't taste much of the Korean influence on the cheesesteaks, but they were so good. The mandu was also delicious.
The deluxe bowls are quite large and are very much like bibimbap but with japchae added and fewer/different veggies.
I wished I could have tasted more typical Korean flavors (gochu, sesame oils, ssamjang etc.) since Korean food is one of my favorites. Regardless, the food was delicious.
It is on the pricy side, but food portions are a good size. However I'm unsure if they do free refills for drinks because you're not allowed to fill your own cup.** edit - as per the reply, soft drinks are refillable!
Two Phillies, one fry, two drinks and mandu were $60 after tax and tip.
Pls clean up after yourself when you're done, and put your dishes in the designated area!Jul 06, 2022 -
Staff is super friendly. Good tastes really good. Japchae (noodles) are really flavorful. For perspective if you haven't been here, I'd describe the rice bowl as similar to cupbop but 10x more flavorful. It's also most expensive. Expect to pay around $15-18 per bowl. Our preference is to get order to go. Seating area is clean and has great style but the seating is uncomfortable. So I stand corrected. We returned and while I still think it's pricey, it's better Korean bowls than other options nearby.

Great little Korean fusion joint. Their kimchi was delicious and spot on. The Katsu chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Thought the portion sizes were good. Would defiantly go back to this place.May 05, 2021 -
Best Korean BBQ (and more) around! We've been to a few places, and these guys have it nailed down. We order the Beef Bulgogi and the pork buns. Even the rice and egg taste great, salad dressing ... It's all good.

My husband and I went here tonight for dinner, and it was great! The restaurant is quiet and wasn’t crowded, and the woman who helped us was extremely kind and very polite. The restaurant was also very clean. I would recommend parking behind the building instead of in the slanted spaces in front of it as there is way more parking available back there. We both had the garlic/ginger chicken in a rice bowl, and it was amazing! The chicken was lean and tasted yummy, and everything was very fresh. My husband loved being able to break the egg yolk and stir it in with the rest of the components. The little pot stickers taste similarly to a spring roll, which wasn’t my favorite, but mostly because I’m a huge fan of standard pot stickers. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!

We tried this restaurant tonight with our kids. We got the junkyard fries and Korean chili wings for appetizers. They were both really good.
For our entrees, we got the bulgogi beef bowl, spicy chicken bowl, katsu chicken bowl, the steak bowl, and the beef cheese steak.
All the meats were really good! The spicy chicken is pretty spicy but good. The steak was amazing.
Most of my kids liked what they got. (One of them didn't. )
The servings size is huge!
Our server was sooo good. She was super nice and kept our drinks very filled.
The cream soda was really good!! My kids think it tastes like butter beer.Jan 18, 2020 -
We tried a Bulgogi Bowl and a Garlic Chicken Bowl. Both were great, but I especially loved the flavor of the chicken. I'm not usually a runny egg fan but I loved it with the rice. The contrast of textures and flavors was great. Our kids cleaned their plates too! The place is small but luckily we got there when they opened for dinner so we didn't have to wait. It was also really clean and the service was friendly.
