I went in needing to have my battery tested. It came back as failed. Dusty was super awesome and made sure he got everything replaced as needed and that I was well taken care of. He truly took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and all of my questions were answered.
My car needed a battery reset after the new battery was installed (I didn’t even know this was a thing). I’m glad he took the time to go through all of the proper steps to make sure each was done correctly. Once that was completed, there was another thing that needed to be reset for everything to be registered and working properly.
Between Dusty and Christopher, I left with the battery being installed properly and my car issues gone. Super grateful for their help and professionalism.Dec 31, 2025 -

I was in need of new windshield wipers And I didn't know which ones to get. Larry N at the South Jordan store was so very helpful and friendly! He walked me through what would be the best selection for the winter and I purchased them and he put them on my car for me. There should be more people like him in the world. I'm very happy that I went to AutoZone in South Jordan today. I will definitely come back..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10 Stars if I could!) Exceptional Service from Chris and Lawrence!
I had to write this review immediately after leaving this AutoZone location. Tonight, my wife called me with a dead car battery. After getting a jump, we headed straight here, and even though it was already after 8 PM—nearly closing time—Chris and Lawrence were ready and eager to help.
It was clear they had both had a long day, but they still went completely out of their way to get our issue properly diagnosed and the dead battery problem resolved, all while keeping a genuinely positive attitude and a smile on their faces. I'm sure this put them slightly behind on their closing duties, but I am incredibly thankful that they were there for us.
I would recommend this specific AutoZone location to anyone based on this level of service. I am so glad that there are still a few people out there that put customers needs over anything else, and I really wish more companies could get back to that standard. During my recent visit, I experienced exceptional assistance when my headlight was out. The store manager went above and beyond to ensure I received the help I needed. Although I regret forgetting his name, I want to acknowledge his respectful attitude and dedication to creating a positive experience.
His professionalism and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier. He demonstrated genuine care for customer needs, providing thorough and courteous service throughout the interaction. Not impressed. Parts not in stock, go to another store. Went to the location East of Redwood Road on Jordan Pkwy, excellent service. Very helpful, had everything. Recommend my second stop location.

Took my battery in to get it checked out they said it was fully charged and nothing was wrong with it come to find out the battery was the problem so I don't know if it was their machine that was bad or what

Store never opens in time. They might as well set their hrs for a different time frame because the guy who opens has a serious problem with this.

I just wanna say that trayson J was so helpful he help with placing my battery on something I could not do such a great employee he was very professional and kind thank you autozone for having trayson as a employee to help customers like my self that have no clue about placing a battery on a car .

If I could give a negative score I would. I went in with my wife this past weekend and there was only one store clerk but the store was NOT busy. We got what we needed and waited in line. The store clerk acknowledged us and told us sorry for our long wait. We politely stated it was fine. 10 min later another lady walked in and got her things and she was in back of us . The lady told the clerk to help us but then he bypassed us and helped her making us wait again. The customer that came in after us told the clerk to help us 3 times! He ignored her and us until we decided to leave! We will never come back to autozone! We have choices and don’t need to be treated like complete trash !

The manager there (Morley??) is fantastic. Double tasks & is very welcoming & helpful. He’s made my experience dealing with my car not so scary, I know I can go into this location & get the help I need. That man deserves a vacation & much more.

Needed some parts to work on my car. This is the only day I have to do it. I'm here at 9:15 am and the doors are locked, all lights off. The sign says they open at 9. No cars in the parking lot.

Needed a headlight bulb replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I figured out how to access it, but neither I nor a friend were able to get the old bulb out. Dustin @ Autozone in South Jordan faught with it for a good while, even scraped up his hand a bit, but he was able to get the old one out and the new one in. Thanks, Dustin!

The manager's service truly exceeded expectations. Their product knowledge was impressive and very helpful. I felt confident in my purchase thanks to their assistance. I am very pleased with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this establishment to others.

I've had to go in a few times recently and all 3 times they solved my problem for me. One of the times, one of the guy (I think Dusty?) was multi-tasking and helping like 3 differnt people at the same time. He ran a battery and alternator test and then replaced the battery for me. And more recently, the manager helps me do a warranty exchange. Nice work!

Noticed my teenager’s car wipers were shredded, so I took my son to Autozone for replacements. I taught him how to find the car’s make, model, and year, and he relayed the info to Dustin, an employee who was incredibly kind and patient. Even though my son wasn’t confident, Dustin helped us pick the right wipers and showed us how to install them (even though we still needed additional help, which he was willing to provide!). Great service—knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly! We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent experience. I showed up with a battery issue just as the store was getting ready to close. Chris and Dusty could not have been more kind and accommodating. I was pretty embarrassed to learn that my issue was so my a loose connection. I hope not to have the need for many auto part purchases, but as the needs arise, I will be taking my business to this location!

I want to leave a HUGE shout out for the auto zone in south jordan, UT @ 3735 w south jordan parkway. The manager Chris and his tech crew, esp. Dusty. They went so above and beyond to help us troubleshoot and fix our cars. But they didn’t just do it, they went way out of their way to teach us about our vehicles, and what was wrongs, and how to fix them, and how to care for them, and how to prevent problems in the future! Who does that?! it was mind blowing! It’s amazing to know such great people still exist in the world! Thanks you guys!

Great service ! This morning I had to get a new battery for my car and called ahead to see if they had what I needed and also if they were able to install it. Corbin was very kind and helpful and although the weather was terrible he changed my battery. Thank you Corbin for your help.

I wanted to give a shout out to employee Chris. Today was the third time he has helped at their store over the past couple of months. He is always upbeat, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Today, while I was there, the store was understaffed and the manager was visibly uptight and coming down hard on Chris. That didn’t phase Chris—he stayed positive, didn’t take it personally (as far as I observed, anyway), and offered suggestions on how to get through the difficulty of the current situation. I was very impressed with his ability to take a stressful situation in stride.

Tori was awesome! He helped me pick a new battery, change it out and he went the extra mile to clean out my terminals. Then he noticed the air filter wasn’t in correctly so he fixed that too! All while cracking jokes and keeping it fun. This man deserves a raise.

I have been a huge supporter of AutoZone and spend thousands of dollars with them over the years. But the service I got tonight was embarrassing. I would expect horrible service from teenage workers. But the two employees were in the 40s and 50s. From the minute I walked in they acted irritated that a customer came through the door. I asked for a part and the employee gave me several numbers and told me to go find it. After looking for 10 minutes and having one employee stare at me offering no assistance, I left. I went to my car and ordered the parts on Amazon. I want to support brick and mortar stores. But with horrible service I fear they will continue to disappear.

Even though I was a bit salty in the beginning, the younger employee never lost his cool.
Quite knowledgeable and helpful. I was nice towards the end but, I should have been nicer from the beginning.

The people that work here are helpful but their parts are so unreliable that I don't think it's worth shopping here. I bought a pair of rotors that warped after a year. I bought some windshield wipers several weeks ago that are already non-functional and I've purchased a couple of batteries. The batteries have been all right. I've included a video of the windshield wipers in action you can see they don't clean the window off.

I had the best experience I probably could have. 2 very nice men were working. I explained my battery trouble, and they instantly came out check it. I went in to purchase a battery, and Tory was incredibly kind and willing to continue helping me out. It completely made my day and I am very thankful. Installed the battery perfectly and my car runs amazing! Thank you!!
