Our car battery died down the street from this store, and we were not able to jump it. Joe was incredibly helpful in figuring out a solution so I didn't need to call a tow truck. I ended up buying a new battery from the store and he installed it for me and also tested my alternator for me (which was bad). Great service.

The manager, Conner, was awesome!! He replaced my battery for me, which turned out to not be such an easy task. I would absolutely return to this location.
The lady I spoke on the phone with to order a part from their warehouse was wonderful. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. When I went in to pick the item up however the gentlemen behind the counter was less than thrilled to be there... Overall satisfied though.

This location has always been great. Joseph helped me recently locate the parts that I needed. He even came out to take a look at the car and gave his assessment. A new radiator was what we determined the car needed. We purchased the radiator and had it put in. The car now runs great!

I cannot say enough good things about Pablo at the 106th & Redwood location! He was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to assist with my dead car battery! He changed out the battery in a couple of minutes and I was on my way. Thanks again Pablo!!!

Very friendly and happy employees. Clean store, stocked shelves, nice and air conditioned. I needed a specific part and they knew exactly what I needed even though my description was terrible. They made me feel confident in my project by explaining what the common hiccups were with other people that had done the same project. Overall best experience I've had in an auto parts store. I'm not a feminist or anything, but I thought it was really cool that only girls were working here when I went and they totally knew what they were talking about, I certainly didn't. They also switched out my car battery for me, it was so nice! It was a good price on the battery too.
If you ever go to this location and see a guy with long hair go to him; he is the nicest most helpful person to deal with. He really went above and beyond to help me and I cant thank him enough, he really embodies customer service and just genuine caring.

Fabulous service, fair prices. I had a bad battery I needed to replace. They loaned me every tool I asked for to make a quick change in the parking lot and even gave me a jug of water to wash the terminals after cleaning them. They were so helpful and I was on the road again quickly.
