My husband and I just bought our first bikes and it couldn’t have been a better experience:)
Zane was our sales man, and he was great at making sure we test rode enough bikes to know what is the best fit for us!
Matt was awesome to work with as well, he was real with us, and felt super honest which we really appreciated!
Then we worked with Megan, and loved working with her to! She never rushed us (even though they were closing soon) and she was so kind.

Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it! Honda World absolutely crushed it for us. Tayler was phenomenal to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire buying process effortless. Briggs in accessories went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, and Steve in finance made things incredibly smooth and stress-free.
We walked away with dirt bikes and gear for the whole family for Christmas, and it couldn’t have been easier or more enjoyable. This team truly cares and delivers top-notch service. I came into Honda World last week to checkout their CRF 250’s, since I’ve wanted a dirt bike for so long. Tayler came up to me and started chatting with me like he would to one of his friends and just talked about the bike and the loves of motocross. He didn’t push me into trying to buy it or anything like that which I really liked as a lot of salesman aren’t like that. He just kept it super chill and showed me around while I was thinking of what I wanted to do. I decided I wanted to go over some numbers and see if it’s something that would work for me. The sales Manager Matt, was super cool and did his absolute best to get me a deal that would work for both Honda and I which was super cool! Long story short, was such a good experience and super hyped I was able to leave with a brand new 2026 CRF 250r! Thanks to Tayler and Matt.

Had my 2002 Honda Foreman in need of help before I put snow blade on for winter. Called, brought it in, had a call back on needs / repairs. All done and ready to go next day! ( really needed it done soon too )
Went to pick it up and Jason hopped on it and drove around and pulled it up on my trailer fast! Awesome!
I had questions about repairs and he went over exactly each and every one of them! I had questions on gasoline and he broke it ALL down so I could understand how important even the small stuff was! ( I felt like I had a class from a lab technician of Chevron ! Totally on it!

I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received at Honda World by Jason, Daniel and many others. I purchased a Talon from a third party but brought it into them to get it serviced and add a couple things that were lacking. First time owner so appreciated that they took their time to explain everything without making me feel like a rookie.

Had to have some work done on my 4dr Talon. Unfortunately it was rolled and needed some repairs.
From the day I dropped it off Jason and his crew were amazing! They got all the replacement parts ordered and installed and even suggested a few minor upgrades while it was in the shop.
Timing for the completion of the repair was perfect and Jason worked with me on every question and request.
I would highly recommend this Honda dealership service department for any upgrades or repairs!

Zane and his manager assisted me with a ATV that I purchased back in March that didn’t meet my needs. They gave me almost my full purchase price back as a credit on a new machine!
They even offered to pick up the old machine and deliver the new one.
Their Black Friday deal on a free snow plow was the icing on the cake.
Super knowledgeable, incredible customer service and support from the Management,Sales and Service people!

Had the service department rebuild the carb on an older bike. Quality of the work was great and Jason and Daniel were great to work with. Reasonable price and no pressure to upsell. They offered additional services, which were appropriate, but did not pressure when I opted to delay those. Great work.

Honda world went above and beyond with my motorcycle claim and couldn’t be happier. They completed the claim in a reasonable amount of time and installed parts on my bike claim that wasn’t in the original claim in a reasonable amount of time. Two of the staff personally helped me with parts and the direction I should go. Bike came out better than when it went in.

I’ll keep it short and simple. I was told they could match a local dealership on the out the door pricing of a Honda 450. Sent photos, vin, hours etc of my trade in and they assured me we were good to go. seemed like we were on the same page. I showed up and everyone was super friendly. The tone changed when they gave me my out the door price. Quoted me almost double the original agreed upon price. Just basically said whatever to get me in the front door then out of nowhere decided to double the original out the door price. Which came out to about another $2k.. this is just a warning. Business is business but it seemed like a common tactic to get people down to the dealership. Buyer beware

Jason was awesome and super helpful to work with on the service on my ATV. He clearly explained pricing before we proceeded with the work and helped resolve all problems I was having with it. He also provided other recommendations for service that I hadn’t thought about. All the folks I’ve dealt with at Honda World have been great to work with. I won’t take my service anywhere else.

I have been using Honda World for over 10 years for service on multiple bikes. The service department has always been up front about what they can do and how much it costs. The work is top of the line and my bike has given me years of fun because of their good work. I can without hesitation recommend then for anything you need doing. If it needs doing only the best should do it.

They worked as quickly as they could, and everyone there was a homie. Got my bike fixed fast once all the parts were in, helped me out with insurance, and tuned up my motorcycle too. The repair is perfect, and much quality was put into it. Jason, one of the mechanics I think, repaired my bike and was super quick and efficient with his job. He makes it obvious he enjoys what he does and only wants the best for the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle itself, in this case, me and my motorcycle. 10/10 place, would recommend.

Had the pleasure of purchasing a talon from Ethan and it was a great experience. Everything between looking, follow up info, and down to the purchase and pick up was handled very well and professionally. Rob the sales manager also made sure everything went according to plan and made sure everything was in perfect order on and after the purchase, all around great experience and I'm confident it will continue through maintenance and eventually other equipment purchases.

Fantastic Place and everyone seems to really enjoy. Their job. I worked with Ethan and while I only came in to look at electric dirt bikes, they ended up having exactly what I wanted and were able to come in at a very competitive sales price.
The paper work for an electric Dirtbike is as simple as buying a normal bicycle. No Title or plates or registration, just a receipt for the purchase.
I bought the new Talaria Sting R MX5. Sweet little machine for my needs. I travel a lot and for the weight, capacity and utility of the bike, it’s perfect for my needs.
Excited to get out there and ride. Put it to the test and ‘clipped’ it will do 60MPH no problem, but, 40MPH is a very comfortable cruising speed.

Did a lot of research shopping for a Side -By-Side and visited a couple of Dealerships. My son recommended Honda World. Best advice since I decided on the new Honda Talon. Friendly and awesome Customer service. Rob Coats and Joe Shield was very helpful and took the time to give us the information about the Talons. New Proud owner of a Talon and they had my accessories installed in a couple of days with a new trailer just in time for our planned ride. They set me up with the Mechanics and explained to me the Break-in procedure before I picked up my new Talon. Our entire experience with their Team was awesome! I would definitely recommend Honda World if you’re looking to shop for a new SBS, Motorcycle, or Dirt Bike.
