Jason was awesome and super helpful to work with on the service on my ATV. He clearly explained pricing before we proceeded with the work and helped resolve all problems I was having with it. He also provided other recommendations for service that I hadn’t thought about. All the folks I’ve dealt with at Honda World have been great to work with. I won’t take my service anywhere else.

I have been using Honda World for over 10 years for service on multiple bikes. The service department has always been up front about what they can do and how much it costs. The work is top of the line and my bike has given me years of fun because of their good work. I can without hesitation recommend then for anything you need doing. If it needs doing only the best should do it.

Great service... these folks take care of my Goldwing like it was their own. They found a problem and went to a huge effort to get me back on the road. And, if you have a Goldwing get the Michelin tires, better handling, better ride... sooo much better than original tires.

I was helped by Daniel in service! He was very kind and helpful! Daniel also was on top of letting me know what further work needed to be done on my bike and gave me a very helpful list with prices and time to do the fix. I've been a second time and got helped by Jason. Once again they took great care of my bike and we're really quick at getting it back to me. This is the place I recommend my friends to go to.

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Shadow Phantom, and from the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a genuinely friendly and non-pushy sales team. They made the buying process smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions without any pressure. Fast forward to my 600-mile break-in maintenance—again, the staff exceeded expectations. I brought my bike in and they had it serviced and ready the next day. The team was courteous, efficient, and clearly committed to great customer service. If you're looking for a place that values your time and respects your decisions, this is it. Highly recommend for both sales and service!

These guys are nice enough, they seem to know their stuff, but do yourself a favor and find a gently used machine off of KSL or another website and avoid all the extra fees they tack on to the purchase price. I ended up having to pay a $572.00 "Freight Fee", a $395.00 "Dealer Prep Fee" and a $299.00 "Document Fee." Paying $1266.00 in junk fees feels like a rip off and they didn't even honor the price they listed on KSL. The sales manager came over and made up some story about the pricing online was for a machine without ABS, even though the listing did not specify this distinction. It was pretty obvious he was not telling the truth. At the end of the day, I just felt taken advantage of by these guys, I will probably never buy another machine from them.

Went in for my first service on my 2024 talon and the shop found a few issues outside the basic service I approved the other service on some items I had installed at different shop and like normal the shop still had my Talon ready super fast and corrected. I am very appreciative of the shop crew always above and beyond

They worked as quickly as they could, and everyone there was a homie. Got my bike fixed fast once all the parts were in, helped me out with insurance, and tuned up my motorcycle too. The repair is perfect, and much quality was put into it. Jason, one of the mechanics I think, repaired my bike and was super quick and efficient with his job. He makes it obvious he enjoys what he does and only wants the best for the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle itself, in this case, me and my motorcycle. 10/10 place, would recommend.

Today I picked up my fifth or six machine I bought from them over the past many many years… Last year I purchased a CRF 450, today I picked up a Honda foreman, Taylor is the guy to talk to! I did everything over the phone and got it ready to pick up, picked everything up this morning. It was exactly perfectly the way I wanted it ready to go and just what I expected. Thank you, Taylor. Had a great experience with Jason at Honda World service department. Took my 2018 Goldwing in for an oil change. He honored my appointment time, accomplished the service, was able to add 2 tires to the service that was not scheduled and did not try to up sell me on a lot of unnecessary items. He came out and personally cleaned my bike and installed my new license plate. Great job. I will be back.

My Honda World service experience was a breath of fresh air. Danial and others all seam very knowledgeable and it no wonder. They all have bikes and ride as well. There are many motorcycle shops and some much closer to my home but it's well worth the extra drive. They have a new customer in me.

Love this place. Always tons of cool bikes and gear in stock. The best part though is the staff! Everyone is awesome to talk bikes with. From Cade in sales, to Alex at the parts desk, or Jason in service and everyone in between! Always a good time checking out Hondas with the folks there and they've all helped me out a bunch. Jason and his team absolutely killed it! Dropped off a tire and wheel the day before I was supposed to head out of town crossing my fingers they would get to it in time for me to head out the next morning. Not only did they get it done but they got it done before they even opened! Everyone there was so nice and knowledgeable.

Hands down the best motorcycle service shop in America. Service Rep Jason texted me throughout the process to keep me aware of repairs. Employee of the year for sure. It was also an insurance claim and these went to bat for me to get the most for my dollar. Great professional service.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This was my first time working with HondaWorld. They REALLY took good care of me. I’m a first time bike owner and they were really patient in explaining things to me. I also spent 6 years in sales so I can quickly tell when someone is being authentic or not. I had my 3 year old daughter with me as well and they were really nice to her. I can tell these people really care about their customers as well as making sure their customers bikes are thoroughly and professionally handled. Great Job HondaWorld! You definitely are a 5 star company to work with

I recently visited Honda World South Jordan to test ride a motorcycle, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Had the pleasure of purchasing a talon from Ethan and it was a great experience. Everything between looking, follow up info, and down to the purchase and pick up was handled very well and professionally. Rob the sales manager also made sure everything went according to plan and made sure everything was in perfect order on and after the purchase, all around great experience and I'm confident it will continue through maintenance and eventually other equipment purchases.

Always a pleasure going into Honda World. 10/4/24, going to add to this for these guys. Went for a sxs ride up in Heber to cascade springs on a sponsored ride they had posted . We did not realize there was a $10 parking fee and Honda world covered it for multiple people, including a friend of mine who did not get his talon from them. Then they supplied Jimmy John’s for lunch. Tell me who does this kind of thing anymore? Not to many. A company like this is more than a company. Thanks again. See ya soon. Update5/17.. had a service done and the service department went above and beyond. These guys always make sure your ride is ready and don’t make you go broke.

I called in to inquire about having someone do a pre-purchase inspection on a motorcycle I was looking at from a private seller and I was transferred to Jason. He was incredibly kind and helpful and made everything easy for me. He was very flexible about arranging everything with the seller and really helped me out. He looked everything over and made me feel a lot more comfortable about it all. It was great overall experience and even the lady who directed my call was patient and kind. I highly recommend checking them out if you need assistance.

Fantastic Place and everyone seems to really enjoy. Their job. I worked with Ethan and while I only came in to look at electric dirt bikes, they ended up having exactly what I wanted and were able to come in at a very competitive sales price. The paper work for an electric Dirtbike is as simple as buying a normal bicycle. No Title or plates or registration, just a receipt for the purchase. I bought the new Talaria Sting R MX5. Sweet little machine for my needs. I travel a lot and for the weight, capacity and utility of the bike, it’s perfect for my needs. Excited to get out there and ride. Put it to the test and ‘clipped’ it will do 60MPH no problem, but, 40MPH is a very comfortable cruising speed. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would ci wider buying from them again in the future.

I gotta say, these guys are ACTUALLY legit. I accidentally arrived here thinking it was a different Honda Dealer in Orem shopping for the 2025 Rebel. Came by accident, even gave them the name of the wrong salesman, and they sent me over to Zane their sales guy... Who come to find out they have the very same bike I'm looking for (because they have everything, because Honda knows they will sell it, they are really good at making deals). They ended up battling for my business and really earning it too, I ended up going home with 2 bikes for my trade in. Which btw I totally got the best trade-in value here, not even close... (One other dealership was willing to match them, but told me they would not have offered me that otherwise.) That's not it, post sale... Everything I was told was honored, and more. They delivered both bikes to my home, honored a warranty claim involving installing a brand new gas tank on the rebel. My Honda Navi battery also was crap dead from day one, and they came BACK and picked them up, replaced the battery and gas tank no questions asked and delivered them BACK AGAIN to my house. All while I ate popcorn or did whatever. Loved my experience here, will go back. Zane (sales), Rob (sales manager), and Rhees (delivery/tech) these are your guys. They didn't even ask me to give them a review, just felt it was earned.

When I wrecked my Talon, I took it to the service department at Honda World. I cannot say enough about Daniel at the service desk - His customer service was stellar! He helped me get a crash assessment completed and he did a fantastic job working with my insurance company. Daniel took pictures and helped them fully understand the extent of the damage so they could make the right decision with my insurance claim. He was knowledgeable with the insurance process and kept me informed. He genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I was super impressed. Thank you Daniel!

Did a lot of research shopping for a Side -By-Side and visited a couple of Dealerships. My son recommended Honda World. Best advice since I decided on the new Honda Talon. Friendly and awesome Customer service. Rob Coats and Joe Shield was very helpful and took the time to give us the information about the Talons. New Proud owner of a Talon and they had my accessories installed in a couple of days with a new trailer just in time for our planned ride. They set me up with the Mechanics and explained to me the Break-in procedure before I picked up my new Talon. Our entire experience with their Team was awesome! I would definitely recommend Honda World if you’re looking to shop for a new SBS, Motorcycle, or Dirt Bike.

This was my first time taking my bike to Honda World, and I was very impressed with the service. Jason took care of me from beginning to end and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They were able to get all of the service I needed done even sooner than I had hoped. The attention to detail was great. For example, my left hand grip was sliding off just a little bit when I dropped it off. I didn’t tell them about it but when I picked it up, it had been fixed. My bike is running super smooth. Thank you for the excellent service.
