Absolute joke Nobody picks up the phone. I had to drive an hour and a half to go order the part. They sent me the wrong part. Put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Call back again get somebody instantly put me on hold. Places is an absolute joke go anywhere but here.

Not a very welcoming and/or accommodating environment. Customer service not great. They’re very set on a “if you don’t like it go somewhere else attitude”.

Have done business with LKQ and Keystone for many disappointing years. The only thing that is worse than the quality of their parts is their accounting department. If we are ever able to avoid buying from them, we do. If you enjoy getting late statements and then your account shut down the next day, this is the place!

They sent us the wrong part. Ordered an ECU for a Mazda, we got an ECU for a Ford Truck. Had to return it.

They stop answering their phones long before their posted closing time. I've tried calling since during different times of the day. Seems like maybe the issue is that they don't answer their phones at all. A lot of good giving me the direct number (the same that I already use) to handle my concerns when nobody answers!

I've left at least 6 voicemails over the last three weeks with no contact. Their lines only go to voicemail more than 90% of the time and if you have a warranty issue and actually reach someone, then they transfer you to a rep's line which will go to voicemail and then the call will not be returned. Until they improve, i will not be working with the SLC division any further.

These guys own a company called Green Bean Batteries. They sell refurbished hybrid batteries. DO NOT BUY! Green Bean is a scam. They will not answer phone or emails regarding warranty or anything for that matter.

Absolutely garbage customer service called about part and the sales rep on the phone tried to upcharge me 100 dollars after telling him his price was wrong he then proceeded to gaslight and tell me that he told me the right price to begin with then hung up on me and stopped answering my calls

Part fit great and was easier that hunting one down and pulling it myself, and a fair price on this item. There was some crinkle with my experience in that I did not expect them to be as particular about loading as they were, but we worked it out and hopefully I remember next time to expect it.

Sitting on hold for 22 minutes now and thought I’d come leave a google review since I’m still waiting. Called this morning for a receiver, was quoted $100 and maybe a day out since all their inventory is still in the vehicles and need to be dismantled. To make sure we are quoting the right part, I told the rep I’ll come in since I’m local and close by with pictures of what I’m after. I get there and speak with Edwin. He had a few questions on the vehicle to make sure it’s a match. A few questions I couldn’t answer so instead, Edwin printed out a copy of the different possible part numbers and I planned to go strip the ride and match the part to what’s on the list. I call back and the rep that took my call had a hard time just finding the account. When he did find the account he called it a “dead account” because my last order was back in 2023. Things we’re really awkward at this point. I said “so you found it and it’s active and i can order now?” And it was like he kept pressing me about the fact that my last order was back in 2023. He finally takes my part number and tells me this - I have this part out in AZ, I can have it here next week and it’s $26X.XX. I was like . Let’s take it back to when I went in and spoke with Edwin and he printed out the part number sheets for me. Edwin told me - I can get a hold of ANY of these parts as they are all local between the salt lake and tooele location. So when the annoying rep that quoted me $260 for the part I already knew, this is bs. I told him, I went in person and Edwin printed out the part numbers and told me they were all local. He then transferred me to Edwin. I had to leave a voicemail. I got a call back maybe 10-15 later from someone telling me that Edwin got the message and that I’m 6 callers behind but that he will call me back today. I called back anyway and waited…. Here I am 25-30 min of waiting. I just finished talking to Edwin and I gave him the same part number I gave to Mr $26X.00 and gave me the price of $190. If these calls are truly recorded… please listen to them, and if possible, specifically mine. $260 dude doesn’t like his job.

We are happy to do business with LKQ, Utah, especially because of their representative, Brian. From my experience dealing with LKQ, I’ve learned that sticking with a specific representative is key to receiving good service. Before Brian, we had another excellent representative, but he left the company. After that, we went through several other representatives and even avoided working with LKQ for a time. However, when we needed a part, we decided to give them another chance and were fortunate to find Brian, who has been excellent to work with. We recommend LKQ, provided you find a reliable rep.

I went here to buy a part for my car from the beginning they had horrible customer service, I ended up buying the part I needed but they made me wait multiple business days to have it shipped and then ended up shipping the wrong part I returned the part after the fact and still the customer service was horrible, they advised me the money would be back on my card 24-48 hours it’s been over a week and I still have not got my money back, when I called they still gave me horrible customer service and said they were transferring me to another department but ended up hanging up on me Never will recommend this place to anyone ever.

Worst customer service I’ve received! I called asking about a part, I told them thank you I won’t be needing it. They still sent me the part ! I called 30 min before they closed I was put on hold until 4:59 pm that the call dropped. Never again am I considering these people for my car parts. Disgusting the way they treat people.

By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from a parts recycler. The counter people were extremely rude and condescending. I don’t believe I will be using these guys ever again. EDIT: I reached out to these guys and was ignored.

LKQ is the best. Put the wrong shipping address and it cost them money to change it but they didn’t charge me!!! I would highly recommend them!

Tried ordering a part several times, over the course of 2 weeks, they sent me the wrong part 2x. I needed the part in black and both times it was grey, after repeatedly telling them it was black. For this final try this past monday when I called they said they would have it to me tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I called wednesday, the guy claimed that I didn't call and tell them the 1st part was wrong, and requested a new one, so I had to do a new request for the correct part again. It arrived today and again was the incorrect part so I handed it back to the driver and just request a refund. Doubt I'll try to order a part from them again.

I’m not one to write reviews but people who are thinking of using this company should take their business elsewhere. First off when we called about a price estimate, one of the sales reps blatantly lied to us about price and what would be included. We needed a bumper and we were told multiple times that this company had a paint shop and a paint job was included in the price. We’ve never used this company before and didn’t have any reason to think he’d lie to us. We needed three different parts and he told us that he would order them and we could come pick them up on Thursday. He told us to just say his name when we got to the little walk in store and he’d come down from his office. My husband multiple times on the phone said and the paint job is included right? The sales rep said the paint job was included in the price. We wait the week and head to lkq ready to pick up the parts. When we arrive we mention the sales rep name and the store worker told us that he doesn’t leave his office. We told her about the parts we were there to pick up. Non of the parts were ordered. He lied about that. She did have the bumper in stock though. We asked how long it takes for the paint job before we could take it home. She’s literally bewildered. They don’t do paint! Nor do they have their own paint shop. She kept us waiting for an hour and a half while she would look something up and then she’d help any customer who came in before looking at us and asking my husband for phone number for the thousandth time. We were there first but obviously we weren’t her priority. Finally she gets the parts ordered and says we’d have to come back again to pick them up. We were not happy. We also live an hour away and took time out of our busy schedules to go to LKQ. As we pay for the parts, There’s an issue with the keypad. she said the payment didn’t go through but we saw on the computer that she had to click a button that showed this would be a duplicate charge. After that she told us that the parts would be there on Tuesday but that she would call us. The parts came on Thursday! We waited two weeks for those stupid parts. We came today. And they had double charged us on the parts which both charges went through. We were absolutely done. We went into the with store no acknowledgement from the lady up front and stood there weirdly until another worker saw us. We talked to him about everything and he finally helped us and got things sorted out. It took a half hour for him to do twice as much as the other worker did for us and she took an hour and a half. I can confidently say. We’ll never use this place again. I don’t like to be lied to. We were absolutely scammed and then received horrible customer service. There are cheaper places to get your parts with ten times less hassle. Go to a local salvage yard before you come here.

This place is hands down the best place to get all of your automotive needs I have dealt with Francisco for years and the guy has been nothing short of amazing hes highly skilled in the automotive world understands cars and repair body work very well has saved me multiple times by asking me the right questions and don't diligent work to make sure he got me the right parts I do not get that anywhere else he saves me by helping me understand what I'm getting and the value in it and also by showing me the right part that I need he asks me for a Vin and does research again I do not get that anywhere else this guy is one of the best parts professional in the entire state of Utah! and I have pretty much dealt with every parts place as I am a 20 year plus a dealer and Auto Body Shop, Francisco are a dying breed and I wanna thank him for his service over the years

This company has the absolutely worst service I have ever seen. You can't get a person to answer the phones! How do these guys stay in business? One time I got the wrong part from them and sent it back, but they messed up their paperwork and they made it my fault. That is about when things started not only going downhill, but falling of a cliff. I run a shop and used to buy parts from them, but now I can't because they never even pick up the phone! My experience with them has been poor. I started avoiding these guys back in 2014 but once in a while I call to check in and like I said, never there.

Absolutely the worst company you will deal with. Commercial account and can never get anyone to pick up the phone. If you talk with different salesman you get different prices. Impossible to return items. Called in over 87 times (only picked up 8 times) on just one (new) item to return. Never could pickup because no one would generate paperwork. The driver felt sorry for me and took it back finally 1 day before it could no longer be taken back. Also had to throw away $841 in parts that needed to be returned because they would not issue paperwork for the driver to pick up these new keystone parts. I called in within a day of delivery but they were never picked up and they will not take them back after 30 days. I called in 54 times 2 weeks ago and got them to pick up 2 times. This week I called in 71 times and they picked up 4 times. Use to be the best company out there, now the worst. If you want to deal with this company you need to hire a person part time to do it.

Fantastic availability of new and used auto parts. Plus the used parts come with a 6 month warranty. I've ordered several parts from used engines to new body panels and have always bee pleased with them. Cody is my salesman and he treats us right.

I don't know how this is a publicly traded company. You call them a dozen times and they never answer. They don't have a call center or any way for you to talk to someone. They also have all commission paid sales reps. If you talk to four different people they will give you four different prices. All $$$$ motivated. Don't buy their stock, don't buy their used parts.

Hey man, so iv only known about this place for a couple months. So I have a three star until I get more experienced with them. That said, these dudes straight up had the parts I needed and had them shipped from the Vegas location to Utah within 24 he's, they told me it may be 48hrs but will call me in the morning to let me know which. To my surprise they did call me, which is rare for companies to actually take time to follow threw. Anyways I missed the call but he left me a Voice mail letting me know it would be there and it was only 24 hrs. From when I called them unroll it was in my hands across state line. It was exactly what I needed and in pretty much perfect "mint" condition for 1/4 the price I seen new online. I'd say great deal. Im gonna try them again tomorrow as I need another part, hence why I'm on here. Hope I get these same results. So far, so good. Cam from Payson, ut
