From my experience dealing with LKQ, I’ve learned that sticking with a specific representative is key to receiving good service. Before Brian, we had another excellent representative, but he left the company. After that, we went through several other representatives and even avoided working with LKQ for a time. However, when we needed a part, we decided to give them another chance and were fortunate to find Brian, who has been excellent to work with. We recommend LKQ, provided you find a reliable rep.
DONT DO BUSINESSES HERE! Absolutely garbage customer service called about part and the sales rep on the phone tried to upcharge me 100 dollars after telling him his price was wrong he tried gaslighted me that he told me the right price to begin with then hung up on me and stopped answering my calls
Worst customer service I’ve received! I called asking about a part, I told them thank you I won’t be needing it. They still sent me the part ! I called 30 min before they closed I was put on hold until 4:59 pm that the call dropped. Never again am I considering these people for my car parts. Disgusting the way they treat people.
