The service was quick and the most adorable I found. I checked at least a dozen companies and QR Towing text me within minutes with a great offer. Alejandro was professional and courteous. I wouldl definitely use QR Towing again if I have a need.
Got a flat tire on I-15 at about 10:30 pm. My insurance roadside assistance could not find anybody. Calle QR Towing and they came in 30 minutes. They towed the car to a tire shop. One hour into our Thanksgiving trip and we had to tow the car. Thanks for being so responsive to our predicament so we could get one way quickly.
This tow company is the best they go above and beyond. I've used them several times and they are consistent on price, timeless, professionalism and more. Alejandro is the best tow truck driver he takes care of everything and he is so detail oriented I felt safe from day 1. I wont call anyone else if I have a tow issue. He is top of the line. Thank you so much for the care, great customer service and smiles the whole way through. I truly have used a lot of towing services in the past but this one is by far my favorite. No matter how old your kids get when they call and say they are broke down you worry. I tried to use my insurance roadside and after waiting 2 hours I finally called QR towing. They were there in 20 minutes and took great care of us. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend them.
After my vehicle was towed following a car accident, I discovered that several of my personal belongings were missing. When I addressed the issue with the owner, they refused to take responsibility. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism DO BETTER! I would never recommend this place to anyone!”After speaking with the Sheriff’s Department, we were informed that they reviewed the body camera footage from every officer on scene. They confirmed that no officer entered the vehicle or removed any personal property. Given this information, we are left with only two possible explanations: either my personal belongings somehow disappeared on their own, or they were taken while the vehicle was in the custody of the towing company.
I’ve never dealt with a company as careless and unprofessional as this towing service. After my friend’s vehicle was taken to their lot, we discovered that personal items including expensive belongings and a legally owned firearm were missing. These items were present before the tow and gone afterward, and the company showed zero urgency or accountability when it was brought up.
The staff was dismissive, rude, and acted like the concerns were an inconvenience to them. Their communication was terrible, and trying to get answers felt like hitting a wall.
Whether the items were misplaced, mishandled, or something else happened, the fact remains: the property was not returned and the company offered no real explanation.
I would never trust this business again.
If you care about your vehicle or your belongings, avoid this towing company at all costs.
Avoid this company at all cost!! If google allowed negative stars this company would receive it EVERYONE BEWARE!!! The last thing you need to be worried about after a rollover is your personal belongings. This company will steal your belongings and refuse to take accountability. If you see this company pull up to tow your vehicle refuse and call someone else. While my friends car was in transit to the tow yard after a rollover accident. The driver took it upon himself to pull over and ransacked the vehicle and stole everything from the vehicle phone chargers, cameras, even a fire arm! If they are willing to take a FIRE ARM!! You can only imagine what other illegal crimes they are willing to commit. When given the chance to return items with no questions asked the owner played dumb and hung up.
Extremely friendly and responsive. Very transparent with pricing and helped me get my car where it needed to go! Would recommend to anyone needing a towing service.

So amazing! I’d been trying for DAYS to find a towing company to move my old motorcycle to my new house… 5 no shows, 3 companies that said they’d call me when they were ready and never heard from them. I was wildly frustrated and running out of time. Called these guys, they showed up in an hour, waited for me to get there, towed me with ease. He was SO friendly, professional, knowledgeable… and an hour and a half later, it was done!! These guys will be my FIRST call next time I’m in need! Do yourself a favor, and save yourself some serious hassle… call these guys!!
Zero star review! First and foremost, this is a difficult place to find due to it being tucked behind a bunch of semi truck businesses/building and other industrial machinery. To add to the level of difficulty the company office is even harder to find. I recommend calling the towing company for help. The owner of QR Towing LLC (Tomas) is a joke and he will not hear you out. Billing/reception team seem to be uneducated and do not know what is going on with your vehicle and payment. The girl that helped me was nice but lack customer service skills and basic social skills. The receptionist and I finish with my transaction and she didn’t give me an invoice/receipt or direction of my damaged vehicle to collect my belongings. Yet I had to ask her all those questions and she still was not sure of what answer to give me. In addition, she kept looking down and looking at her phone. In conclusion, this place is an absolute joke and every be safe out there, so you do not need to deal with people who are unprofessional and rude.
I recently (yesterday) had the absolute worst experience with QR towing. The driver who arrived claimed he didn't speak English making it very difficult to do a business transaction. Come to find out a couple hours later that he very clearly could speak English. It felt as though there was a deliberate lack of effort to assist or make the process smoother. In addition to the poor communication there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy which only made a stressful situation worse. I would expect more respectful and transparent service from a company in this industry, esp being in a business where we rely on them in a urgent situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend QR towing based on this experience.
We are so grateful that QR Towing came to help us. We were returning our uhaul rental, and in the process of taking pictures, the door closed and locked. It was running with the keys in the ignition so we couldn't leave it. He came in the middle of the night and quickly got the van unlocked. I highly recommend them! He was very kind and generous. It was impressive how great they were with communicating the scheduling/timing of service. Overall, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Got ball joints put on and three days later almost crashed when I hit a pothole. Front tire folded up. Tom was there in 15 minutes hooked the Duramax and gave me a ride home

My wife and I were on an adventure today for our 21st wedding anniversary, we were in the middle of the west desert on paved road when our tire strut snapped after going over a set of horrible railroad tracks. We got 5-6 other quotes, almost tried to rent a truck and do it our selves, but QR towing saved our day! Our car was 90 miles 1-2hrs driving outside of where we live. Tom with QR towing is who we reached on our sixth price quote he was the best price by far. Tom was professional and courteous on the phone and took our information and payment and was off to retrieve our car immediately. In 4 1/2 hrs we have our car back Thank you Tom Best price, customer service and time.

After being stranded in the middle of the road by our insurance towing company. I called QR Towing to see if they could help. I hired QR towing to repossess I vehicle I owned that my ex boyfriend did not return. I was highly impressed with their level of professionalism. We did have to involve the police in the repossession, and I was happy with the outcome. They had to attempt 3 times until successful to get my vehicle back.
My car overheated and to avoid further damage I needed a tow truck to get it to a mechanic. QR towing did not disappoint. The service was on time, fair pricing, very professional from beginning to end. The gentleman even offered me a ride to the mechanic shop. I’ll be referring this service with friends and family.
