So amazing! I’d been trying for DAYS to find a towing company to move my old motorcycle to my new house… 5 no shows, 3 companies that said they’d call me when they were ready and never heard from them. I was wildly frustrated and running out of time. Called these guys, they showed up in an hour, waited for me to get there, towed me with ease. He was SO friendly, professional, knowledgeable… and an hour and a half later, it was done!! These guys will be my FIRST call next time I’m in need! Do yourself a favor, and save yourself some serious hassle… call these guys!!
Zero star review! First and foremost, this is a difficult place to find due to it being tucked behind a bunch of semi truck businesses/building and other industrial machinery. To add to the level of difficulty the company office is even harder to find. I recommend calling the towing company for help. The owner of QR Towing LLC (Tomas) is a joke and he will not hear you out. Billing/reception team seem to be uneducated and do not know what is going on with your vehicle and payment. The girl that helped me was nice but lack customer service skills and basic social skills. The receptionist and I finish with my transaction and she didn’t give me an invoice/receipt or direction of my damaged vehicle to collect my belongings. Yet I had to ask her all those questions and she still was not sure of what answer to give me. In addition, she kept looking down and looking at her phone. In conclusion, this place is an absolute joke and every be safe out there, so you do not need to deal with people who are unprofessional and rude.
I recently (yesterday) had the absolute worst experience with QR towing. The driver who arrived claimed he didn't speak English making it very difficult to do a business transaction. Come to find out a couple hours later that he very clearly could speak English. It felt as though there was a deliberate lack of effort to assist or make the process smoother. In addition to the poor communication there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy which only made a stressful situation worse. I would expect more respectful and transparent service from a company in this industry, esp being in a business where we rely on them in a urgent situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend QR towing based on this experience.
We are so grateful that QR Towing came to help us. We were returning our uhaul rental, and in the process of taking pictures, the door closed and locked. It was running with the keys in the ignition so we couldn't leave it. He came in the middle of the night and quickly got the van unlocked. I highly recommend them! He was very kind and generous. It was impressive how great they were with communicating the scheduling/timing of service. Overall, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Got ball joints put on and three days later almost crashed when I hit a pothole. Front tire folded up. Tom was there in 15 minutes hooked the Duramax and gave me a ride home

My wife and I were on an adventure today for our 21st wedding anniversary, we were in the middle of the west desert on paved road when our tire strut snapped after going over a set of horrible railroad tracks. We got 5-6 other quotes, almost tried to rent a truck and do it our selves, but QR towing saved our day! Our car was 90 miles 1-2hrs driving outside of where we live. Tom with QR towing is who we reached on our sixth price quote he was the best price by far. Tom was professional and courteous on the phone and took our information and payment and was off to retrieve our car immediately. In 4 1/2 hrs we have our car back Thank you Tom Best price, customer service and time.

After an unfortunate accident that was the other driver's fault, This tow company arrived to tow the vehicle away. when they loaded the car, the driver scraped the exhaust pipes on the road and scuffed them up. I did take a video of it and sent it to the company. The response was that i would have to sue them or take them to court because they are not going to pay for it. It is a shame when people don't take pride in their work and owner ship when something happens. This company didn't even offer to work anything out. Just flat refused. The take away is that they won't take care of your car and place the responsibility on you.

Overall the experience was excellent. If I had another problem with my battery I would hope for comparable service.

After being stranded in the middle of the road by our insurance towing company. I called QR Towing to see if they could help. Aye Tomas who actually owns the company, came in clutch! His services are reasonably priced. He was the only tow company that called me back. He was pretty fast as far as getting my car towed to my property.
I hired QR towing to repossess I vehicle I owned that my ex boyfriend did not return. I was highly impressed with their level of professionalism. We did have to involve the police in the repossession, and I was happy with the outcome. They had to attempt 3 times until successful to get my vehicle back.
My car overheated and to avoid further damage I needed a tow truck to get it to a mechanic. QR towing did not disappoint. The service was on time, fair pricing, very professional from beginning to end. The gentleman even offered me a ride to the mechanic shop. I’ll be referring this service with friends and family.
