I'm from the state of Washington. I found this wrecking yard as I was going through a long list online. An employee at this place clearly knows how to talk to people. Worst wrecking yard ever! I drove two hours because we decided on a price over their Facebook page got there and it was double the price. They had the worst customer service ever do not recommend unless you want to pay way more then originally negotiated. Good luck

LAZY!!! CANNOT GET OUT OF THERE CHAIR TO EVEN SEE IF THEY HAVE A PART. TELL YOU THEY HAVE ONE AND WHEN YOU GO IN TO PICKUP IT IS BROKEN OR NOT THERE! THERE DELIVERY SERVICE IS A JOKE! WE BUY 5 TO 10K IN PARTS A MONTH AND MOST YARDS GIVE US GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICING. THEY ARE USSUALLY THE HIGHEST PRICE IN THE VALLEY BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE THAT DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS! IF YOU SEE A POSITIVE COMMENT ON THIS PLACE I WILL BET IT IS A RELATION ON ONE OF THERE FRIENDS.
Received great help on the phone with this company today. I was not to familiar with all I needed to know for the part I was looking for. The man I spoke with was very patient with my questions and gave me the help I needed. Thanks Labrum's!
I had a very positive experience with Labrum. I had a major engine failure and replaced the engine in my car with one from their yard. The new engine works great besides a noise that we determined to be the timing chain. I was disappointed and frustrated, but I called Gary and he was very willing to work things out with me. I recommend giving these honest people a try if you're looking for a good wrecking yard.
Had a great and easy time getting a car part I needed. Call ahead to make sure your part is there. The tail light I needed was exactly as described. I think you can park right in front, but wasn't completely sure and parked on the street around the corner. Quotes over the phone exactly matched what I paid for in person. Excellent service.
Five stars because I absolutely love Gary Labrum, he is the Bomb! If you want to work with an honest man who will help you get what it is you need he is the man. These guys were awesome and friendly. They stand behind their parts. They were upfront and honest, when the part didn’t work I as able to take it back and get full refund. They even ordered one from down south and called me when in. So went back and picked it up, was great. Saved me hundreds. Would definitely buy parts from them again.
Found the impossible, the elusive third brake light pigtail for my Acura. I called with my make, model, and year range, they had one. The gentleman called me back to confirm, then he cut it out and had it waiting at the counter. Best $25 spent in quite some time. Wish I'd gone there first.
This family owned business is fair and usually has what I need. They have a lot of experience and knowledge and if they don't have it, they usually can get one for me. First choice in used parts
4 stars because they had what I needed when others did not. Minus one star because their pricing is much higher than other salvage yards. The lady I delt with was kind and even threw in some rubber bumpers I needed for my door at no cost.
Went to All Truck & Car down the street. They told me that it would be $75 and take a day to cut a pigtail section of the wire harness off. Called Labrum and they only charged $35 and took 5 minutes to cut that same section. I cant vouch for the one star reviews on here because every person has a different experience, but to me Labrum did exactly what I paid them for, and saved me time and money over the competition.
When I asked if he would price match a rim in similar condition at another junkyard in SLC, he said no. The kicker is i said i was going to take a look at the other one first and might be back for that one too, he said it'd be an extra ten bucks when i came back. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time, owner seems to have little patience if you don't want to pay for their comparitively high prices.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to haggle on the price of a damaged part and suggested I could get the part elsewhere. They said if I returned they would add $50. Don't waste your time here!
I am very pleased to give these guys a 5 star review. They always do everything they can to make it right. A lot of the negative reviews on here are people that come looking for a literal miracle, a part that hasnt been manufactured for 20 or 30 years and either get mad they don't have it, or even more mad if its used. This is one of the best located junkyards as most others are way west, north, or south.
