Excellent service! TJ helped me with a completely dead battery and was incredibly detailed and patient throughout the whole process. He not only solved the problem quickly but also explained every step and gave me valuable tips to avoid the same issue in the future. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about his customers.

These guys are seriously the best! My carburetor on my '68 mustang went bad and I was stranded on the side of the road. These guys showed up super fast. As soon as he saw that it was a restored classic, he pulled out some special soft padded tow straps so that he wouldn't hurt any of my fresh paint on my axles or undercarriage. I didn't even ask him to do that, he just did it. That kind of attention to detail is hard to come by these days. Thanks marvel towing!
From the dispatcher to TJ the driver, my experience with this company was outstanding in every way. The dispatcher had a calm and friendly way about her. TJ was professional in every way. He arrived in a timely manner, he safely got me and my car off the freeway and to my destination. I could hang out with that guy he was so friendly.
Our car broke down on the side of the road and we had called a few different companies to get our car towed directly to the dealership to get fixed. All of them told us it was going to take 4 hours, until we called these guys. They told us an hour and a half, showed up in less than an hour.
We also never had to go through the process of getting our car towed away and didn’t know how it was going to work exactly. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process and communicated promptly also after dropping off our car.
While anyone would always hope to never have to call a tow truck, if this ever happens to us again, we’ll be giving them a call next time too!
Jack came and helped me after my battery completely died. I even tried to jump the car myself but it didn't work. He was super transparent and let me know exactly what to expect both in pricing and process. Marvel is awesome to work with!
I was in a stressful situation but it was quickly remedied with this company. From my very first call to the office to the tow truck driving away, this was a 10/10 experience. Amber (please let this be the right name) was so nice and the call was quick but not rushed. And TJ (the driver) was so great!! Funny, nice, fast (but safe). And for all this great service, I only paid $150. If you need a tow, please utilize this company. You will not be disappointed!!
My front tire blew while going 80mph on the highway. Scary stuff. Not so scary with how fast Marvel's service was and the price at which they came through with. Recommended 100%!
Great experience! Dispatch was kind and professional and helped me get a quote and a tow quickly. Marvin took great care in towing my car and helped me safely get it off the shoulder of a very dangerous part of I-15. He was incredibly fair with his rates and found a way to get me a discount. Marvin also insisted on dropping me off at my apartment on his way back to his garage with no extra charge. Seriously can’t say enough good things about the Marvel Towing team!
Their dispatcher was friendly and efficient. They were very fast in getting to my location. Other companies had a 2-3 hour wait time and they were there in about 20 minutes. Marvin was knowledgeable about quickly hooking up an EV and gave me a ride to the nearest tire shop. He also made sure to make it so my blown tire wouldn’t damage my car. Prices are reasonable.
Driving on a free way, I heard a pop and the low air icon appeared on my car screen. I exited free way and parked at a closest gas station. After I called Marvel roadside assistance, it took only 15 min for TJ to come. He quickly installed my spare tire and I was driving again, in another 15 min. Thank you, TJ, for your quick help!
Marvel Towing is Awesome! We recently had a work vehicle with a problem, Marvel showed up promptly and provided AMAZING SERVICE! Their technician showed us how to make a temporary roadside repair so we could AVOID TOWING! (Then he even followed us to the mechanic to make sure we made it safely!) What a great way to win a customer for life! We are so thankful for your help!
My Land Cruiser suddenly wouldn't start in a gas station parking lot. I asked for a tow to the local dealer and Jack came to my rescue! Jack informed me the security system can be finicky and cuts power to the fuel pump as an anti-theft measure. To my amazement he started the truck right up, saving me a large bill in repairs. He was a huge help and super kind. He even asked me to call when I got home to inform him I made it home safely. Thanks Jack!
TJ was great!! We Had an old forklift that was being picked up. It had a tree stump growing through it and it wasn’t running, but he managed to maneuver it onto his tow truck with a little bit of patience and time. He was friendly and very professional! Would highly recommended!
My son slid off a narrow section of road trying to get it off the way of a garbage truck. Tj came out and was able to get us back on the road safely and quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable about the best way to get us out. He took the precautions necessary to avoid making the situation worse. Thanks again Tj for your help. My car's lower ball joint popped off and I was fortunate for Marvel Towing to towed my car by to my house. Jodey the phone operator was very professional and caring to make sure I was OK. Juan the driver was a really cool dude. We had a good conversation about cars (he's a car guy), so that help eased my stress during the moment a lot. He went extra to nicely put my car in the garage so I can work on it. Overall, Jodey and Juan are very professional and easy to work with. Heaven forbid me for having to call a towing company again, but if that were to happen, Marvel would be the one.
Although it was a busy night and it took longer than normal to get to me, Anthony came in ready to assist, and that he did!
I had no idea my vehicle's battery was elsewhere, but he found it and went to work. Having a mechanical background made it easy for him to troubleshoot. He saved me from having to buy a new battery, and then ran test after test to make sure I would not have any issues.

I had a great experience with Anthony when he came to replace my dead car battery. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly and professional, making sure to explain exactly what he was doing at each step. He walked me through the entire process, which was really helpful, especially since I don’t know much about cars. Despite working quickly, he was thorough and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Anthony from Marvel Towing was beyond great when I was in a bind! I stupidly left my headlights on and my battery died. He not only came within 10 minutes of me calling AAA, he tested and super charged my battery and gave me great advice about when to buy a new one. He tested my alternator and showed me where my battery had come loose from its mount, too. My tires were a bit low because of the colder weather, and he went the extra mile and pumped them up while my battery charged. Very kind, super informative, and really helpful. Thanks, Anthony!
GREAT service from start to finish. I requested a tow through AAA and quickly received a call from the dispatcher (Amber I think?) that set it up. The driver (Nick) later called me sooner than expected and said he’d be to me in 20 minutes. My truck was in a tight, and tricky location but he got it done. He then towed it to the shop for me and sent me a text letting me know when he dropped it off.
Fast, friendly, and cost was less than I expected!
I highly recommend them.
The best towing experience I have had. I had 4 other companies come out to tow my car. None of them were successful until I called McNeil’s. My car was parked in my parking garage with difficult turns & many other cars. TJ masterfully got my car out without any issues. I’m glad I called this company and will call them again if I have any other issues in the future.
Dispatch "Amber" was very pleasant and patient with me asking for details of my location as well as my health. Officers talking to me as traffic is driving by causing distracting noise; dispatch was kind & considerate in repeating questions so that I could provide information.
The officer was very adament about my vehicle getting towed as soon as possible. According to the information on my cell it said it would take 59 mins.
Not too long after speaking with dispatch, I received the call from the T.J. who was nearby and clarifying my location. Not too long after, T.J. was at my aid with the tow truck within 7 mins. With a smile and a cheerful spirit he checked if I was okay, received information of what happened as he accessed my vehicle.
Needless to say, we made it to my home where my husband awaited for our arrival smiling, and shaking T.J.'s hand, thanking him as well.
Small world, but T.J. comes from a family both hubby and I love and adore, especially his mother.

I requested towing through AAA and Clarence from McNeil's was dispatched out to help. My experience and the service I received was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, friendly, and communicated everything that was going on really well. He took just a little bit of extra time and actually got my car to run and got me safely to my destination. A car that we thought was completely incapable of turning over. I hope he is the one they send out every time I need help. Clarence was awesome. Thanks for the assist!
Today I had Jayson help me get my 2020 Jeep Wrangler towed to the dealership in SLC from Midvale/WJ. This is the second time in 4000 miles I’ve have my Jeep overheat, and the last time it occurred it took four months to have the full engine replaced. So needles to say when it happened again late last night/early this morning, I was grateful how AAA was able to connect me with McNeil’s Towing and Jayson.
It went from a 90-minute eta to a 15-minute eta, and he beat me to my Jeep as it was at a friend’s place. He was extremely helpful and looked at the engine compartment and underneath my Jeep to help me get some ideas of what the problems could be, even though he isn’t a mechanic (as he told me a few times in a fun and funny way).
He made a very stressful situation better due to caring about his work, and making sure I was taken care of as a customer. He knew where to go and how to get everything taken care of for me since the dealerships are closed on Sundays. We had a fun time, great conversation, and as a consumer I felt extremely taken care of and am highly satisfied with my experience! I’d recommend Jayson at McNeil’s Towing 10/10!
