1810 bucks for something that takes 45 minutes, to get a truck out of a row, then lift truck and set truck on trailer. Was done in 45 minutes from start to finish. What a rip off!
My wife and I broke down on the side of the road with three crying kids in the back, on the way back from park city to Salt Lake City. Lucky enough, Dylan was 1/4 mile ahead of us helping a semi. He quickly helped us out when we needed it most. Thank you Dylan. Truly a great guy.
The dispatcher lied on the phone failed to show up at the agreed time, even though I called ahead of time. Then lied again just kept saying the driver is on the way several times. So 7 hours later never actually did anything. The dispatcher just didn’t care. Should be Bollocks not Bullocks .
Good equipment. The wrecker driver, Jake showed up when they said they would. He was fast, efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company to any one.
Just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Dylan! Our driver laid our side dump and tractor on its side and he did an amazing job putting it rubber side down with no damage! Dylan is a ROCKSTAR!! He is very professional and thought things thru before pulling the truck over and destroying my truck.

After a long rough day with a persistent problem on my truck it was a great relief to have a professional tow my rig. Kameron took care of my truck quickly and safely back to the dealership. Tyler got me out of a jamb during pm rush hour traffic south bound on I-15 near Lehi a couple of days ago. Hooked up my truck and trailer quickly and efficiently under trying conditions. I needed a trailer hitched up and was told the estimated wait time would be 60-90 minutes. Dylan was at my location in under 20 minutes. He greeted me kindly, had my trailer up and work finished within 5 minutes. Dylan made what would have been a stressful situation, one of ease. This towing company is so bad customer service. Peterbilt advised this company to me. But, they are waste of my time. I gave to the towing order. They said 3 hours later sending driver and sending statement. I waited 4 hours. Then, called back to dispatch. But another dispatch answered. He said I don’t have your order, you can call first received dispatch, but she didn’t answer my call. I called back talked supervisor. He didn’t taker off my order, he just ignored.

I have to tell you about CHUCK he was our tow truck driver. I've never experinced such a Patient, Kind, Friendly and Concerned tow truck driver like Chuck.
We are OTR trucker and needed a tow (blown out tire, gas leakage). Chuck came But he wasnt informed a tire was needed in order to tow my truck almost 4 hrs away & the person to bring the tire was 2 hrs way & would still need 1.5 hours to change & put tire on.
Chuck was offered the option to leave & someone else would come back out later. MY GUY CHUCK! HE STAYED!!
He knew all that we had been through for nearly 20 hours prior to him getting to us & made sure we weren't stranded. He even spoke to companies involved & shared his disappointment in how they handled our situation. He is an 30+ year experienced driver and Loves what he does and you can tell! He was extremely helpful!
We Need More People Like CHUCK
Kameron from Bullocks towing came to the rescue we had a 110 ton Crane That weighs 130,000 pounds we were stuck trying to get out of a steep driveway. This is not the first time I’ve used Bullocks Towing Kameron along with Ken Redman towed one of the same cranes out of a ski resort in Park City Ivans Crane Inc trust in tow company of Bullocks when we need a tow we need the best as we are dealing with lot of weight !! Kameron did this last tow on his own !! If you’re ever in a bad situation, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ask for Ken or Kameron Their professionals
Broke down in my sleeper in the worst spot on the interstate. Chuck was dispatched to handle the tow. He definitely knows his stuff. Very professional. Made sure I was taken care of when Penske didn’t do their part on bringing out a working sub unit. I don’t wish to break down but if I’m treated like this I wouldn’t mind breaking down and having these guys out!
My driver Ken was friendly, professional, arrived in a timely fashion and was very safe with my loaded truck and trailer! Hate you have to get towed but let me tell ya if you are in the Salt Lake City area and you need a tow then you need to call the folks here! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

Hired these guys to load up a day cab onto my step deck. Starting from the call, the customer service was outstanding. Joe was on point with timing and knew what wrecker to send. The drivers that showed up didn’t play around. I told them what I wanted and they showed out and got it done. They didn’t try to milk the time like other companies. Definitely recommend and they got my business down the line.
I have used bullocks towing for many things, from unloading heavy machinery to moving equipment. All these guys are very professional and do whatever they can to get your job done. They are surgically precise when they operate their trucks, never need to worry about how them while they work. Very careful and awesome.
Worked with Ken and Dylan on a call to recover two pieces of company equipment from a roadside drainage ditch that had been flooded out. They did a hell of a job engineering solutions for the recovery of said equipment. Would happily recommend them, and would definitely call for personal use in the future.
My husband, myself and my two young children were driving in the left lane on the freeway yesterday between 4-4:30. For quite a while there was a driver of this company following way too close to the back of the car were our children were. We were up to speed with traffic and we’re going 80 mph. When traffic started to slow down this driver got extremely close to the point where I thought I was going to loose both of my children. This driver did not care and proceeded to drive close to the back of the car. When we were able to get some distance between our car and the semi, another car had got behind us where I witnessed the semi truck driver do the same thing to the car behind us. Since when are semi trucks supposed to travel on the left lane and since when was it acceptable to endanger the lives of families. The picture I have is just how close we were being followed. I could not even snap a picture of when the driver almost hitting the back of the car where my children were since I was shaking in fear for their lives.
As a company driver I can say my experience with Dylan this evening was pretty good and he seemed like a really good representation of the company. I have absolutely 0 complaints. The price seemed reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
They were great, I was able to leave my truck after it broke down to get home and clean out a parking spot. They found my truck and got it back quick and safe. The driver was really friendly and knowledgeable, he let my kids check out his rig and showed them some of the awesome features and as kids the horn was their favorite. Definitely worth the money.
They loaded our other truck unto our RGN trailer, and Ryan did a great job helping our driver to hold the truck till he could secure it with chains so it doesn't roll forward. Bullocks had the best price around, they had great communication and we would definitely use them again when in the area.
