I locked my keys in my vehicle and was quoted $135 for a simple lockout service. That’s outrageous considering Salt Lake Towing did the exact same thing for just $40. It only took about 10 minutes, including the drive over. There's no need to overcharge people in stressful situations — it feels like price gouging. I recommend calling around before agreeing to anything. There are definitely more honest and affordable options out there.

inconsiderate and unaccommodating. When they dropped the box truck they towed in they didn't drop off in correct location so it was block other trucks and business operation. When asked to move the truck so not to block business operations, they refused. Common sense to not block a business when dropping off a truck, job not done in a professional manner. Would not recommend!
So glad I went through these guys! Cheapest I could find in my time of need and he even popped the hood and force started my diesel. He was fast friendly and I will recommend to anyone I know and would definitely use their service again!
This place damaged my car big time. I know they drove it . They also did not put all wheel drive vehicle on a flat bed . Causing transmission problems. There un professional and Jerks
We broke down on the side of I-15 and had 3 small kids in the car. Every other tow truck place I called said 1hr out. When I called here, he said 45min-1hr and I told him my situation and he said he'd leave right then. It only took 15 minutes and we were able to get our family out of a dangerous situation. He was friendly and everything! I highly recommend this company!

Quick and on time. Car tow had me wait two hours and then told me they didn’t have a credit card machine on hand and they could do it Monday (my car would be towed to the junkyard by then). Tucker towing was quick and very accommodating.
I waited 6 hours for progressive roadside assistance before I decided to call other tow agencies. I waited on hold forever and never spoke to a person at any of the agencies I called except this one. They had a nice guy out to tow my car within 20 mins. Decent and fair price. Highly recommend.
This was my second experience with AMR Auto Repair and Tucker Towing, and I'm happy to say it was just as good as the first one. Shane is awesome and genuine in providing great service without ripping you off. I had to get my headlight replaced and he started by quoting me the worst-case-scenario, but luckily I paid much lower than the initial quote! Also his sister at the front desk is great too, very sweet (I can't remember her name-sorry!). I highly recommend going here if you want great service without being ripped a new one with costs. These guys are awesome couldn’t get any other tow company to tow my moms motor home when her wheels fell off in the road. Called these guys and they were there quickly. Now it’s at their shop. This company’s # is already programmed into my phone cuz I’ll call them first if I ever need a tow.
After my insurance vehicle assistance line struck out with other so called 24 hour towing companies, Tuckers answered the phone even though their website said they were closed. After freezing at the airport for three hours, I was so glad to find a company that cares.
The weekend guys got me out of a jam and we're fair honest, and got me back on the road in a jiffy! Don't mind the oil, and Grease! Their extremely busy fixing broke Stuff
Never get a tow from this incompetent company! Long story short, after giving this company info on my RV they asked me to provide pics which I sent a myriad of to them. Finally after two hours the driver showed up and said his truck does not support my RV!!! more than that happened but I am too angry to write anymore!

Had my first experience with Tucker Towing this past week. These guys are great. I'll definitely be calling them again if the need arises. I completely forgot the name of the guy who came, but he was great. He gave an accurate ETA, which is always nice. I was planning to have my car towed from my house to the auto shop because the battery was dead and we could not get the hood opened -- tried many things from youtube tutorials. The tow guy wanted to try to get the hood opened himself. After 15 minutes he had it opened and changed my battery. He said he wanted to save me a towing if possible, per his boss's training of employees. Only paid for the house call - under $100 - a gave him a nice tip. I'm definitely won over to this business.
Excellent service, Gary even took a moment to figure out what was wrong with my car, and that it just needed a quick 5 minute fix, no parts or anything. Saved me a mechanic's visit and bill. Timely and very efficient, was even early after another company left me hanging for HOURS. Really couldn't be happier.
I called at least 6 different towing companies who advertised 55 dollars 24 hour service towing but when we called they were rude unprofessional and wanted us to wait 90 minutes and charge double the price. When we called tucker towing they were extremely nice and gave us a fair and reasonable price. We spoke to a man named Shane and he was very understanding and could tell he genuinely wanted to help. I will never use another towing company again and will recommend to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend AMR Auto & Towing. Today is one of those huge snow days, with cars crashing and slid-offs happening everywhere. I was one of those unfortunate drivers, sliding my car into a chainlink fence. After calling several towing companies and getting super high price quotes and 3-4 hour waits, I reached AMR. They were here in less than 20 minutes and got my car out safe, with minimal damage. Rick was friendly and did a great job. On a day like today, the good separates from the bad, and AMR proved the are excellent. Thank you!
