Selling our VW Tiguan to Tane was an absolute breath of fresh air after a nightmare experience with the dealership. For weeks, I could barely get updates about our car’s status- sometimes going a week or more without hearing anything. After paying $3,800 for repairs, the dealership finally told us the engine was condemned due to metal shavings in the oil and offered no goodwill or assistance, even though we’d just purchased the car used in April.

Big Tane is the man! I moved downtown to a city across the country from Utah soon after wrecking my car and desperately needed to get it off my hands since I no longer needed the vehicle.
