  I found them polite but a huge waste of time. They had tons of questions about the vehicle and it took 15-20 minutes answering. They let me know that they would send an offer through text and several hours later they offered me 69 dollars. Pick a Part asked my year make and model and instantly offered me 250. 30 second phone call for 250 or 20 minute phone call for 69. The only advantage they have is they offer free pickup. But a tow doesn’t cost that much.
