AAA set us up with All Ways towing when we had a breakdown on the 15. Brian arrived very quickly, got is loaded up and took us where we needed to be. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend All Ways Towing without hesitation.

If you need help with towing in the Cedar City area these are the guys you want to help you. We lost power on our OLD Motorhome coming northbound on I-16 around Pintura. We tried to get help through the AAA 800 line but they had a hard time realizing we were in our RV... We called All Ways towing directly and (on Sunday) logan worked it from his end to link us into AAA and to a live person....after all was said and done AAA, issued the work order for towing to another towing company. Before Logan got off the phone with me he suggested that I contact the assigned towing company to make sure they understood where we located and get an estimated ETA... I did just that, and in the conversation with the other company we learned that that company did not have the right equipment to tow Motorhomes..... OH NO.... I called Logan back and asked his advise and he said he would help out and contact AAA again and make sure that they knew what equipment needed to be sent to help us.... I was hoping at this point that AAA would send All Ways to our rescue... They did YEAH!! If you have a need towing, All Ways has the TOOLS... This company and crew were willing to help us even they might not have received the payday....Logan made sure that the right equipment was sent to our aid, he helped make sure thing were right with AAA etc...Thanks Logan !!!

Thanks to Allways towing and driver Matt, they helped me tow my car for 50 miles to a dealership. The price was also reasonable, and I highly recommend using Allways towing services. ????

This review is long, long overdue. My husband and I broke down 10 miles outside of Pioche, NV (2 hours away from them!) last summer and had a hard time finding anyone who could tow our truck and travel trailer. Not only did they get our truck loaded, allow all 3 of us to ride in the truck, but also took our travel trailer to our RV park in Cedar City and dropped off our truck. Then when we needed it moved to a storage place, they came thru again. This is an excellent company and I would use them again! (Although, no offense, I hope to not need towing again!)

Hands down, we had the best experience with, Logan, at AllWays. He got to us in good time, was proficient in loading our vehicle, was kind, good natured, genuinely sympathetic for our plight, and helped us find a place that would coordinate with our insurance company for the repairs. Logan and his team are simply amazing. We've used their services numerous times over the last 7 years. They've rescued us from being stuck in the sand, sliding off the road in the snow, and several roadside service needs. They are quick, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them. Raymond helped us today, even with a few bumps along the way on our end, he stayed helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend. If you ever need a tow in this area call them ask for Logan. Very speedy very professional. My road side was having trouble find a tow after a pipe from a truck took out my radiator and windshield. so I called them and Logan came out and saved us. People like them are why I support all emergency vehicles on these roads and the slow down move over movement. Thank you to this amazing company and operator.

In an accident. These guys were quick to arrive even though they were busy. Staff were very helpful with getting personal effects and other belongings. They were also patient-centered the insurance company. Iwould recommend them for any service needs.

We were sunk and in desperate need of a tow that could problem solve. After 3 different companies said no (one of which recommended these guys) We called these guys and they came out in the middle of a rain storm and salvaged a horrible situation. Could not recommend them enough great service and a super fair price.

Our rental car had a flat on top the mountain in Brian Head. We called AAA to have someone change the tire for us. AAA Utah let me know that Always Towing got the call. l called to confirm and Matt was already on his way. He arrived, was friendly, had a great attitude, and made me feel welcomed in Utah his home. Middle of the night I ran out of gas. Called All Ways Towing and a HERO named Ray came out and got me promptly on my way. Nice guy, friendly and a welcome site, especially when you are stranded and afraid you might have to start drinking your own urine to survive.

Wow! My car broke down today in a very remote place. I called triple a and they sent out Always Towing and Ray was the driver. What a good service. He came out even though it was going to make him late for family outing. He was very friendly and we had some great conversation about some common interests. Ray also gave me some good recommendations for repair shops and made sure I was set up with a hotel for the night! Kudos to this company. In our family giving someone double thumbs up is the best show of respect we can give. Ray, you get a huge ??.

I had one of the greatest experiences with all the time that I’ve ever had. One of their employees Ray took such good care of my vehicle and put such good effort into making sure that no more extra damage was done well being towed to a shop. I could really tell that they cared about what they did, and I would definitely recommend.

I used Logan through AAA, and he came right when he said he would, and took my RV in to the best place to get it repaired. Hopefully I never need a tow again, but if I did, I would use him in a heartbeat!

Our car battery died while vacationing at a VRBO in the middle of nowhere. After a quick call to AAA, the truck driver Ray came quickly and had us running in no time. Great service!!

My car got a flat tire today on the 15 headed towards Cedar. Auto Club quoted an hour but Ray from All Ways Towing got to us in about 20 min. He was friendly and kind, and got my flat tire removed and the spare on really fast! My spare tire was really hard to get off the underside of the car from where it was stored but Ray was able to figure out the problem and didn't get frustrated. He worked the problem and stayed professional. He showed me where the tire had been punctured, but also showed me where the tire might be being damaged in another place from improper inflation or needing an alignment. Ray absolutely saved us today and I would highly recommend using All Ways Towing if you ever need a flat changed out!! Thank you Ray for helping my family get back on the road, you're a lifesaver!! My car was left in Utah because it had broken down. The business that I left my car at, rightfully had it towed buy these guys. All Ways Towing are extremely professional, responsive and trustworthy. Definitely can't say the same about many tow companies in Iron County. They were called through the police when our vehicle was hit and were very clear in options, costs, and estimations for time and distance. We had an issue the day after a tow in working with the insurance company for reimbursement where we needed details that All Ways Towing were more than happy to provide. No one ever anticipates needing a tow and the experience is overwhelming, but All Ways Towing went (literally) the extra mile. Definitely recommend keeping them in mind if you need the help.

We broke down 5 miles outside of Cedar City and Logan answered from All Ways Towing. After explaining our problem, he lets us know it could take up to 40 minutes to get to us and would cost $85. He was very upfront and professional. We called at 5:30 pm on a Saturday night. He hauled all of my family (6 in total!) to the only open mechanic shop and waited to make sure that the mechanic could fix our car before he left. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional

We had a frightening experience on our first rv trip. The engine froze in our rv, on the side of a very busy highway, on a very hot day. Nerves were frazzled and prearranged auto towing coverage was not being helpful. After calls to many for help - Rigby showed up to our rescue! Not only was he professional and excellent at his abilities to maneuver a rv on a busy highway, but he brought with him a maturity, compassion and “can do” spirit that we needed at that moment. We had to tow 57 miles,so got to talking with him and we equally impressed with his work ethic and genuine kindness. His brother Logan, runs the business and it was a true blessing to deal with them both. Thank you for helping us.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with All Ways Towing today. Having just pulled out of a gas station in Palawan, UT my RV completely shut down when I pulled away.. After a call to AAA (Special note here to purchase the RV protection with your membership), All Ways Towing showed up and saved the day. Not only did the young male driver (sorry I should have gotten your name) tow the RV 20 miles down I-15 to Cedar City, he provided a reference for repairs and allowed both my wife, dog & I to ride in the tow truck with him. I am a 71 year old female that was traveling about 50 miles into a remote area near iron spring road Outside of Cedar City. I was traveling for my job. I got stuck trying to turn around and ended up with my rear tires in a deep ditch. I was scared and extremely upset. Two young men from All Ways Towing contacted me by phone within 5 minutes. They calmed me down and walked me through connecting my phone with theirs so they could find me. While in route to my destination they called several time to reassure me help was on the way. When they arrived It took less than 5 minutes to pull me out. They were very professional. I am so thankful that AAA called them. I highly recommend All Ways Towing. Mary D

We were traveling on I-15 and just north of Cedar City and got a flat tire. We called AAA and next thing we know. Steven, with "All Ways Towing", from Cedar City, UT pulled up behind us. These guys are the best! Got a flat tire just south of Cedar City at about 11 at night driving down to Las Vegas. Steven was there ahead of the projected time, worked fast, and was very friendly. He was professional and got us down to Las Vegas the next morning so we could get the tire taken care of. If you ever need a tow and you're near their operating area, these are the guys you MUST use.
