On January 23rd, my group of friends and I got stuck in the snow in Duck Creek after sliding on ice. Not knowing what to do we called Ladd’s towing and when they came out, they went above and beyond! We had a vehicle stuck in the snow and another vehicle that would’ve slid if anyone else but the gentleman from Ladds towing was driving. He told us an area we could park at without having to worry about getting towed and even verified before leaving. If it wasn’t for them, our entire trip would be ruined and I am beyond thankful for all of their hard work and going above and beyond. Thank you again!

Ladds towing was great to work with. Very fast, professional, and Laramy knew what he was doing. I was working in the snow in Brian head and they winched me out. Laramy even helped me hook back up to my trailer and guided me getting out of the snow and back on the road. Then followed up with me 2 hours later, making sure I made it off the mountain and back to St George. Really appreciated their service!

These guys are life savers! They towed me out of some snow really late at night and had excellent customer service all the way through the experience, they even negotiated a lower price with me to make sure it works out for all of us. If you ever are in a sticky situation these are the guys you need!

Stranded in the cold, window rolled down, needed a jump at almost 1 am outside of town. Laramy made his way over quick and took care of everything for us, even helped us figure out why it happened, really cool guy. Honestly the price was way less than I thought it'd be too, especially considering how late it was. Family recommended them, did not disappoint, would use again.

These people are so generous and handy! We were stranded on the edge of an icy ledge and they came driving up out of nowhere. They had seen our headlights and drove up the mountain to find us! They also did a very good job and it didn’t take long, and charged us nothing! These guys are your peak towing company.

I was picking up a CNC lathe. The forklift on site wasn’t capable of lifting the machine. I called Ladds Towing 20 minutes later they showed up at the place with a loader. Load the machine up to my trailer and get me back to the road. I drove from Reno to Cedar city Utah and stayed there over the weekend was not an option. This guys really make my day!! I’m very thankful keep the great service!!

I got myself into a tight spot when I buried my truck in the snow. While trying to dig it out Laramy & Mark showed up from Ladd’s towing and pulled me right out. Two great guys! I would recommend them for any type of towing or recovery work. Can’t say enough good things about this company - only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Was in a gnarly pinch with my spare tire being flat. Austin came quickly and re-inflated the tire for free! I sent him with a $20 tip and got to the tire shop safely. I recommend Ladd’s for your emergency needs, literally the best and nicest around.

Ladd’s Towing was recommended by competitor that didn’t seem to want the job of towing a 29’ RV from Parowan Gap. ? Laramy showed up ahead of schedule, with a heavy duty truck and said “if you got it up there, I can get it down “. Laramy is the guy you can trust with your family. He made the job look easy. Laramy is just a genuinely good person. Pricing was fair considering the size of the RV and location. These folks are now in my contacts under “Towing”.

What a job well done! I was in need of assistance moving my 5th wheel in Mountains. Ladd Towing is stand up company! Austin and Brett showed early the morning after we had trouble the day before, with not a ton of land to miniver a spotter was a must. These 2 pros made it look easy! Pops would be proud!

Amazing company, they came and got my Kia out of a sand pit in Beryl that no one else was willing to even try to come out to! Got us out in record time and followed us out to the main road a few miles away to make sure we were good to go. No damage to my vehicle from the hook. Very fair pricing too, I cannot recommend them enough!!

We were on our way back to Colorado when our van broke down on the side of the freeway. Calling Ladds towing was the best thing we could have done and led to the smoothest breakdown you could ever hope for. Picked us up within 30 minutes and dropped us off at a hotel and dropped our van off at an exceptional shop that got us running again unbelievably fast! Exceptional customer service and service all around. I hope we never break down again but if we do I can’t imagine we could have a smoother experience than the one we just had thanks to Ladds!

We were traveling through the area with our Chevy Duramax and our 43 foot 5th wheel trailer when it overheated climbing out of St George headed north on the I-15. We had GoodSam RV towing, and they contacted Ladd's on our behalf. The owner came out to mile marker 36 within about 30 minutes to assess the situation. Shortly after that Austin showed up in a large pick up and helped me unhook the trailer from my truck. A few minutes later another guy showed up in a flatbed tow truck ( I didn't catch his name). They loaded my truck on the flatbed and then hitched my trailer to their truck, and we were off in no time. The flatbed driver delivered my truck to Colbys Diesel and Automotive repair (a great company) and Austin took our trailer to Hidden Springs RV Resort in Ivins (an amazing RV resort). He put it right where I wanted in the spot and made sure we were all set up before taking off. These guys made a really bad day into a memorable experience. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. If you ever need anything towed, I'd definitely recommend Ladds!

I cannot recommend this place enough. They have now gotten me out of two crappy situations, and I cannot be more grateful. They have the best rates out there and are very quick with their servicing. If you’re going to need a tow anywhere in town or even out to another city, they are very well priced. Definitely use this place if you need a tow.

These guys are the best. When my turbo went out on Christmas Eve, they got me scooped up and delivered to town for repairs in under an hour. Then they went above and beyond when they offered to store my horse trailer at their yard while my truck is repaired. These are good people all around.

Ladds is great they got me out of a real jam. I was stuck in some mud and snow at Brianhead and he popped me out no problem. He was fast and polite and knows what's he doing. I'll recommend him to everyone

Ladd’s is truly INCREDIBLE!!!! We had a very scary accident coming up a snowy mountain and they helped not only myself but also the 2 other cars my family members were driving! The roads were icy but they had the proper equipment to get us and our cars safely to where we needed to go. It was a scary experience for all of us but they made us feel very comfortable and secure. They also helped transport all of our personal belongings out of our cars. They were so personable with all of us and our children. They went above AND beyond to take care of us. I can not thank Laramy, Mark and Ladd’s Towing enough! We are very grateful! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give to them. Call Ladd’s today and use them!! They are a family business and treated us like family!

Ladd’s Towing is the best! We unfortunately broke down on I-15 in heavy traffic but Ladd’s came to our rescue. They were timely, professional, courteous, and very helpful. They even stayed with us at the dealership to help explain our situation. I hope to never need a tow again but if I do, I am calling Ladd’s!

These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Laramy's towing & driving skills are truly something else! I got my 4WD sports car stuck in snow. I don't carry chains nor I know how to install them. I was in Brian Head twice before in this same car, it holds pretty good. This was my first time getting stuck to a point I couldn't help myself. I never needed chains either, even in the snow. This happened late Monday evening up in Brian Head Ski Resort. Called Ladds Towing. They arrived within an hour (based in Cedar City). I carry a tow hook (front mounted), but Laramy figured it's better to pull my car by a rear wheel, which worked like a charm. Then he was somehow able to drive my car up the snow-covered icy driveway and park it! The car was sliding still, but Laramy's feel for the throttle in relevance to the surface is par none! I tagged this job under "special vehicle towing" because the actual towing was just about 5 meters/16 feet, but that distance was critical :) It was Laramy's driving which finished the job. The best thing: HIS ATTITUDE! It's none of the 'know-it-all' kinda thing. Altho I've felt like an idiot for getting my car stuck (California license plates, and I am a girl), he never gave me that "local macho" attitude. He was professional, friendly and to the point. Haven't promise he can actually get my car to the parking lot uphill either, just said it's possible and gave it a good try. This guy really KNOWS HOW TO DRIVE IN SNOW. I don't need help often, but when I do... Laramy is it!

Laramie pulled us out of a mudhole when we were stuck axle-deep in the middle of nowhere at 6 pm with a storm coming. He was fast to arrive, efficient, and very friendly and helpful. He did not make us feel like the idiots we were to have gotten ourselves in a bad spot. Highly recommend!
