I can’t say enough good things about AutoSavvy -from their sales team to their service team. I truly appreciate everything Dallen and Sam have done for my wife and me during the purchase of our Infiniti QX80. First and foremost, Dallen provided unparalleled customer service. Car buying can sometimes feel nerve-wracking, especially when you encounter pushy salespeople or feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Dallen was the exact opposite. He took the time to build a real connection with us and focused on helping us get exactly what we wanted. He was completely transparent with the numbers - no hidden fees, no upselling. And I have to say, he may be one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. Just an absolutely genuine, kind person. Sam was equally great on the service side. When we brought the car in, he was incredibly thorough and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Nothing was hidden, and he even offered us a loaner while the service work was being completed. His communication and professionalism made the experience smooth and stress-free. Both of these guys communicate well and truly made the car-buying and service experience enjoyable. They’ve absolutely earned my business for future cars. I would highly recommend Dallen and Sam to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Purchasing the 2023 Mazda CX-30 from Woods Cross was nothing short of exceptional. Micky was HONEST and i think thats a rare trait to find in car sales. He told me the price would be a little over 21000. Vuk the finance manager brought me a cost breakdown of almost 23500. BIG difference. I understood hes doing his job and hes great at it. But being lied to that certain costs are required when they actually weren’t i didn't appreciate. As a first time car buyer, i was hoping for transparency. Which I got with Micky. I understand the business side of it though. But thanks to Vuk for hearing me out n working with me. Big s/o to Micky for being honest and being patient with the many questions we had for him. Want to add Tanner ( i think thts his name) amazing guy, smart, and straight to the point. Overall loved every interaction. Thank you all for ur time, would definitely recommend to others.

Micky was so helpful in getting us into our dream car! He was easy to work with, didn’t feel pressured at all! He was super helpful, and great company! We are so happy with our purchase! After purchasing we had to work with the customer service to get a part fixed on the car. Sam was so helpful in staying through the whole process and making sure our car was fixed. Very happy with the end result.

AutoSavvy is a great place to buy a car. Dallen was a good salesman to work with and he did well working through all the paprework. The finance guy, the one that has the most experience, was also curteous and knowledgable. I wanted to espcially focus this very positive review on the service team of Sam, Melanie, and Daisy. My van needed a lot of repairs and so they worked hard to take care of each one. As I discovered new things, they were good to fix them. Thanks to the mechanics as well! While my van was in the shop, they were good to get me a loaner car. I recommend this place to get a new car!

Normally when working with other dealerships it can be really slow, and difficult. Thankfully Sam was so easy to work with. He was always quick to respond, which I really appreciate when people are mindful of my time. Max and Brayden were very professional and approachable immediately! They made us feel like family during our entire interaction, and never pressured us. When comparing these folks to other competitors, these guys won us by million miles! We were looking at another vehicle at another Dealership, same car, same year, similar mileage, and similar warranties, and auto savvy was able to not only beat there numbers, but also stayed within our price range! Thanks Max and Brayden for your professionalism and hospitality. We’ll surely be back Update: After submitting my comment above (as they ask you to do immediately after purchase), I’ve ran into a few hiccups. A day later as I was driving at night my front headlights were completely uneven and the brights on the right did not work at all. Come to find out, the right headlight socket is broken (causing the uneven lights) and so is the bright light fixture (left bright light works fine) even after changing all light bulbs. Additionally, the windshield had a large chip in it, which the dealer never sent us a kit so we could “fix it yourselves”. We just ended up buying a repair chip kit from autozone. Lastly, I took it in to get its regular scheduled maintenance, long and behold, there’s no air cabin filter when they went to exchange it. Long story short, I don’t know what “full inspection” they do prior to placing in the lot. But would give them a 2 out of 5 starts for their lack of thoroughness and false advertisement/reassurance for full inspection.

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve had in my 15 years as a car owner. Was looking online for a bigger vehicle for our family of 7. Got a call from Dallen after poking around on the site. He invited me in to talk shop and test drive a Pacifica. I liked it, but had to get the wife’s opinion before we made a decision. After she drove it down the block, we were sold! Dallen passed us to Jarel to get us going on paperwork. He was SUPER fast! While that was happening, Ross the manager did some kind of magic and cut our monthly payment dang near in half AND found us a 5yr, 100k mile warranty for almost nothing extra. It was ridiculous, but I’m not about to say anything to mess it up. Tanner in finance bundled it up all nice and neat for us. We were in and out in 2 and a half hours. WAY faster than some of my other experiences. The guys are super friendly and made us feel like they had our best interest at heart. We’ll be back for at least five 16th birthdays haha

Our sales guy was good. Overall great car . Paint started peeling on our car on the part of the vehicle that was rebuilt. Only a couple months after we had it. Tried reaching out to get fixed but still haven’t heard back. Hoping they will make it right.

I usually don’t leave reviews however Jarel was incredibly helpful and professional. I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2019 Ford F-150 here in Woods Cross. Nico, the salesperson, was exceptional in understanding what I was looking for and made sure everything was set up for a smooth transaction without being pushy whatsoever only helpful. The dealership has a friendly vibe, making you feel like you're not just buying a car but also building a relationship. Nico's professionalism and attentiveness made me confident in my choice. I highly recommend visiting these guys if you're looking for a genuine car buying experience. Update to review: I ran into some hiccups with my new to me truck from Auto Savvy. I brought it back and met Daisy. This woman is absolutely incredible. I explained what was going on and she was very empathetic to my concerns and advocated for me through the entire process. Not only did she fix my initial concerns but she went above and beyond and made sure I was getting a solid truck with some other fixes that were not expected but were root issues. I did get a warranty but they didn’t charge me a dime and all was done in good faith from Auto Savvy that they stand by their vehicles. I will most definitely be shopping with them in the future. To be clear they specialize in branded titles but mine was a clean title and they didn’t hesitate to make it right. Most places would claim as is and walk away.

PLEASE READ, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I took down this review because Autosavvy said they were going to cover everything. Well… they lied and they did not. They covered $1,950 out of over $14,000 in repairs and counting. I bought a 2022 Jeep Compass Limited with 15k miles. At time of purchase I would’ve went 5 stars because the guys were cool, and the car seemed great. So much so that I figured I would be a returning customer. But they sold me a lemon. And even with the extended warranty I bought I am screwed. Let me break it down for you. 1. Car worked great for the first 4500 miles other than one repair that they fixed (with their warranty they provide). Shortly after that is when the real issues started arise. Here are the issues: leaking break fluid, leaking axle fluid, rodent chewed wires that they fixed with electrical tape (that failed and started throwing up every code in the book), terrible paint job (orange peel is apparent everywhere, see pictures), cracked rotors, and probably more to come 2. I bought the extended warranty they sell (100,000 miles or 10 years). But they aren’t going to cover the chewed wires or the paint job that is now deteriorating with each wash. The extended warranty has also fighted fixing any of the other issues and paid only $400 out of all the repairs. SO, all of my electrical systems were failing, it wasn’t even safe to be driving the car, and I had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. Eventually the car is going to look terrible because of the paint which I will also have to spend plenty of money on. 3. The car had so many hidden blemishes that would have been hard for me to spot when I test drove and ultimately purchased it. Pictures of my front driver side wheel well will be attached. And they claimed the cars are up to “Factory Standards”. I think jeep would’ve scrapped this one if it actually came through them 😅. In summary, DO NOT believe that they thoroughly inspect their vehicles, and completely fix them at all. They must do terrible patch work that lasts a short amount of time, and will also disqualify you from being able to use any extended warranties that you purchase. Maybe I was one of the unlucky ones, but It would be great if Autosavvy made this right. They said they were going to and then lied and did little to nothing. They wanted me to push as much through my insurance as I could, which I shouldn’t have had to do at all. They sold me a crap car and they should have to fix everything they hid. Their sales people are genuinely great, but the corporate side/company itself is not trustworthy. Run away if you come by one of their cars. It’s not worth it…

Brayden was engaged with my interests and constraints through the process- was receptive to feedback I had as a prospective buyer and helped identify the right car for my needs and preferences. Ross was also very helpful in explaining AutoSavvy’s business model and the company’s philosophy for auto sales. Tanner assisted with financing setup and was also very transparent and collaborative. I’m comfortable with my purchase and excited about the car I found- and AutoSavvy’s policies and coverage reassure that if all isn’t as it seems at time of purchase with my vehicle, they’ll stand behind it and make it right. I don’t believe rebuilt is the right way to go for every buyer and I believe the guys I worked with would agree, but they’ll help you get a sense of the advantages and drawbacks- and if your experience is like mine, they’ll put you first and help you find the right car. I truly got the sense that their philosophy prioritizes integrity and customer satisfaction above making an immediate sale. Will update this review as/if needed, but am very satisfied with the buying experience and AutoSavvy’s service through the sales process. Thanks guys!
