We came to pick up our car that had been unfortunately repossessed so it wasn’t the best situation but the woman there accommodated us even though we didn’t have an appointment and even brought her dog out for my kids to pet! If your car ever gets repo’d, these guys were super helpful and softened the blow!
Patriot towing and recovery, we're fantastic. I called them. They gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to tone my vehicle, and they were here. Extremely fast. I got it to my garage fast and I got my vehicle back fast because of them. I can't thank them enough for the job that they did. And helping me out. God bless you all
I was involved in an accident on 6/26. My truck was towed to Patriot yard. I needed to get my personal belongings out of the truck before the insurance company did their evaluation. I also had a yard of mulch in the bed at the time of the accident. A Patriot employee met me on 6/28 and moved my truck so that I could transfer mulch from my truck to my neighbors that I borrowed. It was 85 degrees and humid. He helped me transfer the mulch from truck to truck. He was a Godsend. His name is Brandon. Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate it more than you could imagine.
I would use them even though I live far away. I had a business vehicle repoed and they were great to work with. I never thought I would leave a good review for a tow company lol but they’re great!
I have a full paid off car paid in cash. They tried towing my car for no reason. Screw these guys look at the vin first then tow not the other way around.
Most tow companies suck! These guys were awesome. Nothing missing. Cash literally sitting in the front console. They had my car for a week. There was some minor damage from the pick up but the office took care of it no charge and communicated clearly. Great experience 5 stars!!
They stole all of the jewelry out of my vehicle as well as my AirPod Pros. I located my AirPods at one of their personal homes, which they then returned to me after I showed them the location. Although. They kept at least $1,000 worth of expensive jewelry. Beyond pathetic. I have my lawyer making a case for this matter.

I am really disappointed on very first day. I have arrived here in the Monday morning but bryan who said he is the owner of this place was keep yelling at me no reason. He said i have to call and get appointment for nothing. He was the most stupid guy i have ever met. I really want to say if you are doing business try to communicate with people kind. So unprofessional. If possible i want to give negative rating. Dont ever go there or work with them.
We recently moved to this area and this morning was the 3rd time I've had to maneuver around a tow truck pulling out of this place when they shouldn't have. I understand the struggle of pulling out onto Redwood Road but these people need to develop some patience and be more careful. Just wait a minute for a clear road. I shouldn't have to slam on my breaks to avoid you entering Redwood Rd. The turning lane is not meant to drive in continuously. If you're forced to drive in the turn lane for a couple hundred yards after entering the road then you shouldn't have entered the road at that time. That's not the proper use of the turn lane.
The man who towed our car was awesome, he even helped me get my belongings out of my vehicle before leaving.
Can’t say the same about the women in the office. They are extremely disorganized, mix cars up, but happy to take your money.
Oh and they’re quick to suggest calling police when i was wrong about the time the car was put up on the tow, however when they discover they don’t actually have your car there at the correct lot like they told you and they’re in the wrong, that tone changes real fast, and your $50 for 12 hours at their lot gets refunded.
The man who brought my car from the other lot was also awesome. He was extremely apologetic when none of it was even his fault.

They towed my car and when I went to get my belongings, they had moved my car elsewhere and said that they cleaned out my car. I asked to grab what they cleaned out and they only had my portable battery jumper. When I got to my vehicle, my entire car including the trunk had been rummaged through by the company/driver. They stole a brand new pair of headphones, a full bottle of cologne, my phone charger and a special black light flashlight that's used for work/pest control.
I'd advise everybody to never use their services if at all possible. Other reviews have also mentioned theft!
They showed up to my house. The man Refused to tell me his name. Just kept asking about someone who doesn’t live here. I told him multiple times that person doesn’t live here and he called me a liar. And then started asking how long I had lived here and other personal questions. I told him to leave and he got beligerante. He started yelling and threatening me and my mother. Kept saying “call the police, they aren’t going to do anything to me”. I have this all on security cameras Along with him trespassing and opening my locked gate to look at the cars I have parked by my garage in the back. After disturbing the peace, and my neighbors coming out of their houses, he finally got in his truck while yelling more threats and drove off. I have made a police report.
The owner of this business was very rude. I didn't have a car for repo but this man threatened me and ended a conversation with blah blah blah. Very unprofessional Brian.

The restrooms were in disgusting conditions; toilet and sink were heavily stained. For washing hands, they only had a bar of soap. Water was barely running, I felt my hands were cleaner than washing inside their restroom.
The workers, they were kind and respectful. One of them gave me a hand with putting the bags inside the vehicle I was riding in. The front desk lady, was kind and very informative, answered every question.
I had a flat across the street from this company. Ran across redwood road to ask if someone would help me with a flat. The kind gentleman had me pull my car around to their driveway and went to work changing my flat. There was another driver heading out of the yard and jumped out of his truck and offered to help. For not happening to use their services, these gentlemen went way out of their way to help this old lady. Thank you gentlemen!
Well they repo'd my car went to recover my stuff my doors where locked when dey towed it but they had the nerves to get It open and dig thru my car. It was pretty obvious my papers that where in glove box and console where all over my seat. Jus my stuff where scattered all over i had a back pack in my back seat I take to work dug threw that leaving it wide open. NO shame in there business and mentality smh
Patriot Towing came to tow my car away, but took the time to ask me about my car seats. They took excellent car of my vehicle, and were very friendly to work with. My fault on getting towed.
This company should not be in business! Came and tried to repo a car in my driveway that is not mine at all whatsoever the person doesn’t even live at my house. Left BIG gouge marks and scratches on my brand new driveway. The driver who was friendly apologized and took pictures on his phone. I have pictures also and the whole thing on video. My husband called the company and the owner basically told him to piss off and take me to court. Which we will. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Even if your a car lot trying to hirer a recover company, just stay far away from them. I will be contacting my lawyer and news stations about them. I’m sure they don’t care obviously from there 1.9 review base.
The owner is abusive. He tried to forcibly remove me while I was talking to an associate that was helping me until he came out and started saying I was being rude. (Due to a phone call with an employee who also was rude to me) I was literally explaining to the associate what happened and he interfered. Learn to deal with angry people! I should have gotten my car on friday and not have had to pay more because of mistakes made by this company and their client! Worst experience I've dealt with by really any company. This owner should be held accountable because he literally has no people to people skills and only knows how to upset his clients! Check city was the other culprit in this fiasco.
Today I was blessed with Patriot towing and their overly aggressive and dangerous drivers. Chasing me through multiple residential zones and I still don't know why. Blocking my vehicle at numerous intersections and endangering uncountable lives with their recklessness. Driver and passenger both exceptionally hostile. Called their office and was basically told their drivers don't do that and to kick rocks.
There is NO reason for them to be engaging with me PERIOD.
I have filed a FORMAL UDOT report as well as a FMCSA and police report on this company for these actions. I would not have them tow a car to the scrap yard for me.
Plenty of other choices who are FAR better.
Seems like from the reviews some other residence might have seen this transpiring. tsk tsk tsk. Shame on you Patriot.
Seriously the most disrespectful towing company I've ever delt with. They pulled my front wheel drive vehicle out of my drive way lifting from the rear tires. Left skid marks all down my drive way. They also assaulted me while I was trying to get my items including my medication out my car. When I called them the next day to arrange a time to get my stuff the person threatened me saying he was ALOT bigger then his dad. They claim they have video of it but won't show it to the police. Now they threatened to keep my items which is illegal insanely unprofessional! Karma is a b@#$#
This is the best recovery company in the Salt Lake City area. We have worked with them for years and will not use anyone else. They get the job done when customers don't pay as they should. The team members are great and very respectful of others. Thank you Brian for your services.
