My van battery died in the middle if helping someone move a stove. I headed to AutoZone to get the battery tested (for Free!). Blake Tested the battery right away and showed me multiple replacement options. I was going to take it home and install it myself, but Blake offered to install it. He had it installed and I was on my way in less time than it would have taken me to find all my tools. AutoZone and Blake for the win!

We really needed windshield wipers replaced on our Acura MDX. Normally I would just handle that simple task myself but due to recent surgery I was unable to tackle it. So my wife stopped into the Autozone in Kaysville. The staff were all AMAZING! Not only did they assist her in picking the correct wipers, they offered to install them for her. When she came home and told me she raved that every member of their staff offered to assist with any other needs including replacing things such as lights, batteries etc. They do customer service the right way. Highly recommend 👏👏👏

I came in today to get a new battery...normally I would just bring my battery in, but my bracket was stuck, and I couldn't get the battery out so I drove it to the store to see if they could help. Kayla helped me get it free and sold me a Duralast battery. I felt bad that she assisted me with manicured nails, but she was great! Very helpful and professional and she sent me on my way a happy customer! Thank you Kayla! Steve

I had an issue with a faulty headlight bulb I had previously purchased. They made things right, so I will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Kaysville AutoZone, especially for replacement parts.

Bought some windshield wipers from an Autozone miles from home. The employees are the ones that selected the model number and ensured they'd fit my car. They asked for my number and pulled up my account but didn't hand me a printed receipt. I get home; they don't fit. Drove to the nearest Autozone (this one) and they will not return or exchange the blades because I don't have a printed receipt. They asked me to drive miles back to the other store in a torrential downpour with wipers that don't work because "they can pull it up". Do I need to point out it was Autozone that screwed up three times here; 1) wrong part, 2) didn't give a receipt, 3) What is the phone number for if pur hases aren't tied to it and why can one store "look it up" but you can't. I've never landed so firmly on the side of Karen's everywhere and I'll never purchase from any Autozone again.

If I could leave a 0 I would.. this is the worst autozone I’ve ever had to deal with.. I just brought oil to dispose of here and they said they couldn’t take it because it was more than 5 gallons. The oil was being held in a 16 quart container.. which is 4 gallons. It was a young man with long hair that I was dealing with. The ignorance and rudeness of this kid was unbearable. He turned me away just because he couldn’t do basic math…

The Definition of Teamwork and Service Excellence From the moment I walked into the store, I was met with exceptional service. Sam greeted me right away, stepping out from behind the counter to ask what I was working on. I explained I was likely in need of a battery, and he immediately offered a free battery test. Without hesitation, he grabbed the tester and came outside to check my vehicle. As expected, the battery needed to be replaced. Back inside, Sam informed PSM Laura, who promptly gathered my Rewards information and verified my details. She then walked me through several battery options, clearly explaining the features and benefits of each. I ultimately chose the Duralast Platinum Elite with the 5-year warranty. While Laura retrieved the battery, PSM Chris came over, introduced himself, and offered to assist with the installation - which I gladly accepted. Laura returned and offered to include installation with felt washers and dielectric grease, I opted for the grease, and she completed the transaction smoothly and efficiently. By the time I made it back to the car, Chris had already removed the old battery and installed the new one in under two minutes. He confirmed the car started up perfectly and thanked me for stopping in. This was the definition of teamwork - Sam, Laura, and Chris each played a role in delivering fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I highly recommend this team and will absolutely return to this location in the future.

Not open till 10:00 real frustrating when you're working on a friend's car so they can get to work tomorrow and you need to stop by AutoZone but you get there at 9:45 and the sign states 10:00 but all the lights are out.

Awful Customer Service and fake warranty. Went to return battery that died completely after 9 months. Battery had left us stranded and we had to get it towed to a dealership to see what was wrong. Turned out the battery was completely dead and couldn’t hold a charge, so the dealership replaced the battery. Went to Autozone to return the battery. Before I could even explain what happened they started arguing with me that I couldn’t return it because it had been longer than 90 days, even though I had a 3 year warranty. They said warranty only applied to replacing the battery but nothing else. I tried to explain I didn’t have an option to get them to replace the battery because we had to get a tow, and they didn’t even acknowledge that that was an issue. They didn’t try to make anything about the situation right, they just sat there and argued with me for 10 minutes without even caring what was going on. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

I went to get my battery and alternator checked. Sean the Asst Manager helped me, and was supervhelful and replaced my battery. Everytime I've gone to this autozone everyone is always very helpful.

My sister and I came into the Autozone in Kaysville on Thursday night Dec. 12 to get a battery check. Matt was the employee that helped us check it and he went out with us in the cold and changed the battery. He was very informative, professional, and quick. Awesome service!

AutoZone in Kaysville did an amazing job this past week. I had a battery issue, and Lauren C., helped me diagnose and install the parts that I needed. Lauren was helpful and courteous and for that reason I will be traveling to Kaysville for my auto needs from now on. Thank you for having competent and friendly associates.

I had an awesome experience and interaction with Chris. My battery died, and after figuring out towing, jump starting, etc, Chris was beyond helpful. I was close to tears over the situation, and Chris saved the day. Really, truly grateful- he was kind, and patient going above and beyond installing my battery.

Lee helped me out with my battery swap which is normally a 5 minute job at most. However, my battery clamp bolt had stripped and would not release the battery. Lee took the time to help me troubleshoot and find a solution. He stuck it out for 30 minutes until we were finally able to get the clamp to release. He made a frustrating situation a little bit easier. He provided above and beyond service and I will be returning to this Autozone for all my future car needs. Thanks Lee!

Talk about a lazy night manager, go in to get a check engine light read, he instantly says nope. Our reader is broke. I worked at autozone before, I know damn well you have more then one reader. And take a class on customer service! So we’re at O’reilly’s 🤙

Went to test my battery and the employee couldn’t even find my battery and asked me to look it up on google? Then proceeded to say she couldn’t charge my battery cause i had people with me(a child) when my battery was in the trunk? She could have easily helped me but didn’t care too. Not helpful at all. Not even one star worthy

Great customer service. The Gentleman who helped was knowledgeable and patient. He explained what is wrong with my car. I went into this AutoZone last night. It was so cold outside. They didn’t even hesitate to help me. They tested my car and my battery. Replaced the battery out in that cold weather. I didn’t get the young men’s names , but they were awesome! Thanks Mike and young men!!! You are the best!! I won’t go anywhere else!!!

I went in on a night Dave R and Dalton P were working and I'm glad I did. These two went above and beyond their duty to help me. They are definitely an asset to your store. I drove from east Layton and past a few auto stores on my way, including other auto zones. I was tempted to stop but I remembered that I have been helped before at your store in ways other places don't help me. Your store doesn't just sell me a part and wish me luck, you usually install pieces for me, which is incredibly helpful, since I know nothing automotive. Dave and Dalton installed parts for me too, and even improvised to make a part fit that shouldn't have fit. They didn't just tell me they didn't have the correct part and send me on my way. They are an asset to your store and I'm grateful they were working when I needed help.

Sara the one helped me she was exceptionally very helpful and knowledgeable and took the extra mile to help me she really did more than what she have to do to find the part I was looking for !! Otherwise My truck would be without an ac dealing with that Crazy heat for days! Went to 2 other stores they weren’t helpful but she pulled it off !! If she was the manager of that store then I am pretty sure she have earned it!!! it wasn’t even in their system and she still find it in another store for me ! She even search in her personal cell phone to find out the exact part number I was looking for !! Thank you Sara , also Christopher the one answered the phone before I decided to drive to this store and was very friendly and helpful as well

They had the parts I was looking for which was appreciated. However I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between employees when I was ready to checkout. I had several semi large items. A bag was needed but was not offered. I almost left saying "I can handle it" but then thought I'm the freaking customer. I went back, interrupted their conversation again and asked for a bag. Yes the employee responded quickly, but why did I need to ask?
