I came to this store to make a purchase. I walked in and could see that the Guy at the counter was busy helping a Customer, I waited, couple minutes went by and this Guy and I made Eye contact and he said that he'd get to me. I acknowledged and said NO PROBLEM. He called for the Guy in back to help, when that individual came out instead of helping me-- first in line he went and helped someone else. Need I say anym

I'm giving this store 5 stars for one reason - Warren! This guy took care of me! Had to get a new battery. He tested and promptly diagnosed the bad battery. He then tried to help remove the old battery but it wouldn't budge, bless his heart. He tried several tools to help, but ultimately couldn't remove the negative terminal, so I had to take the new battery home and swap it out myself using tools and some ingenuity. I brought back the old battery the next day and for my trouble Warren did not charge me a core fee. Dude. Warren's the man! You've got a loyal customer now. See you around.

Nathan and his coworker (I forgot his name) changed my car battery for me in less than 10 minutes! I got a battery for a great price too! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend this location.

Shout out to Warren for helping with my headlights. I went to another O’Reilly location and they sold me the wrong headlights. He took the time to make sure I got the correct one and explained it all well to me. Great customer experience doing more than just the bare minimum

Talk about being annoying. I came in looking for oil, oil filter, and break pads. Pretty simple until I have to hear about every detail when this heavy set guy working around 2:30 pm today. Would not stop telling me how my oil cap was wrong and acted like he could tell the future with his computer. Every time I come in to one of these stores you guys act like you’re mechanics. I got the receipt in email and exchanged the oil at another O’reilly cause what are you guys even talking about half the time 😂

They are helpful and service was great asked a few times if I needed help or if they could find something. They also helped another customer while I was there they ordered parts for him and were kind and helpful to others in the store! Will continue to go back to this location.

Came in here to have a battery tested, I was pretty sure I needed a replacement. Sean and Ethan came out to test my battery, and, sure enough I needed a new battery. However, Sean noted that the battery was from 2023 and was a model from Autozone, so he suggested I call Autozone to see if it was still under warranty (it was!). I appreciate that Sean was looking out for me rather than trying to make a sale. I will definitely be back for my other car needs. Thanks, Sean and Ethan!

I needed hydraulic closures for an aged truck shell lift gate. Although they did not have a match in their current stock, the desk clerk ordered 3 different sets overnight from their warehouse to make sure he would have something that would work next day! Very impressive and very appreciated. This store is now my go-to for auto parts!!

Had the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto part store. Needed a new battery for my car and Sean went above and beyond my expectations by actually installing it for me so I didn’t have to return later with the core battery. He was nice and knowledgeable about installing batteries. The battery terminal was loose in the ground and it couldn’t tighten anymore so he fixed it by inserting a screw in between the clamp jaws to make it tight. He didn’t want me to leave with a loose terminal that I would have to deal with later. I manage a business with employees that provide customer service and if all of them were as friendly and helpful as Sean, I’d be a happy camper.

Everyone says how helpful O'Reilly is. I purchased a bulb from them for my car and returned when I realized I didn't have tools with me. Was informed that they cannot assist in helping with anything. This is funny because several other O'Reilly stores are more than helpful. This is the third bad experience with this store and the last time I waste my time or money there.

Andrew did an awesome job with my battery swap! He even took the time to teach me a little about the battery install for my specific vehicle. Tested the battery, showed me my options, replaced it, and had me back on the road in no time!

I have always have found them to be Competent, Helpful, Knowledgeable and just plain Pleasant to deal with. They quickly identify and locate the part you need and give you the range of options price and performance wise. I highly recommend this store. I don't know about the others.

The first time I went in the 2 employees were helpful and knowledgeable the next day I went in and the person that helped me seemed like he didn't know anything about cars/trucks. The store is clean and well organized.

Tristen was super super helpful when my oil light came on and I freaked out! Just pulled off of the freeway and stopped here and he checked my oil level for me and helped me fill back up. Super knowledgeable and kind.

Incredible customer service! Sean went above and beyond to get me my credit card back after leaving it on the counter by accident. In addition to that, Sean was also super helpful in getting my warranty on some parts processed through. He made it painless and easy! Got my business from here on out!

Easy to work with. There were a few things they didn't have in stock (for my 20+ year old Honda) but they transferred for pickup within a few hours. I've had trouble getting correct things from Amazon lately. The descriptions were just plain wrong. At O'Reilly, you can touch it before you buy it.

O'Reilly is pretty good in general, but this location has great, knowledgeable staff that are helpful and patient. This is my second go-to location (only because of distance) but I never hesitate to make a visit if I need something. The staff is also sympathetic and helpful when I'm dealing with a fairly frustrating or difficult job. Keep up the good work!

Incredible customer service! A little over a week ago, my car started really acting up while driving down the highway, so I pulled over and into a gas station. After filling up on gas and pulling into a parking space, my car wouldn't start. Thankfully, this O'Reilly Auto Parts was just two buildings away, so my friend and I headed over there. Andrew, the employee who helped us, was fantastic. He consistently went above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, I ended up needing to get a new battery, and Andrew (/O'Reilly Auto Parts) was exceptional through the whole process, from diagnosing the problem to installing the new battery. I almost wish that I lived near Kaysville so that I could go to this store whenever my car has troubles. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend.

We had car issues on our way home from a 11-hour trip. They were so amazing to take care of us so quickly, you're having an issue with the alternator. They let us borrow a few tools and we were back on the road within an hour. So grateful for these guys and their kindness and efficiency

I had to replace my thermostat in my car recently and Trevor was super helpful and kind. He helped me get the right part and gave me some tips. I returned the next day after replacing my thermostat for some coolant and he remembered me and went out of his way to show me how to clear my check engine light now that the part is fixed. Trevor also helped my mom, even past the end of his shift, with her car battery last year when Autozone wouldn’t help her. Great customer service! I highly recommend them!

I was in the middle of a wild goose chase that Auto Zone sent me on (going from store to store for an item they “had in stock”) when I passed this O’Reilly. I decided to give them a shot and they had exactly what I needed. Chris was so helpful and even installed the part for me right there in the parking lot. I’m so grateful there are still places with great customer service!

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!! I ordered a part over the phone and came the next day to pick it up. I then was told that an employee took my reserved part and put it on their OWN company truck, and they didn't have any parts for me.... If the employees are like this, I can't imagine what the management and ownership is like.

Great knowledgeable staff. They'll explain things about cars and repairs if you need it like me. Kept clean, lines if any short and quick. Jayson on Sunday mornings is my go to guy, he really knows his stuff. What he doesn't know, he knows where to find the answers.
