DO NOT USE. Refuse service and call your own. They are twice as expensive as others and their service is horrific. This tow company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. And I've restored multiple antique vehicles and use tow trucks all the time. They will schedule a time for you to pick up your vehicle then stand you up and make you pay for another day of storage even though it's because they stood you up. The Denton staff are horrific. They kept lying to me saying the driver was 5 minutes away and almost there then later admitting he was working an accident and they didn't know when he'd be there. Then tried to lie and say he was there and I wasn't at a time I was sitting there waiting for him along with my own tow truck. Lindsay, who says she's a manager after trying to pretend she was the owner, refused to give me the owners name so I could speak to her/him later. Lindsay just kept repeating he's not available, which I already knew. I was just asking for his name. They know how unprofessional they're being or they wouldn't work so hard to not give me the owner's name. She repeatedly spoke over me, never letting me finish a sentence. When I asked her to not interrupt she acted like a child, saying things like "am I allowed to talk now?", "oh is this how adults talk?". Same the day before from Kayla. When I asked them to not interrupt and be more mature so we could resolve the issue they repeatedly hung up on me. It's like untrained children are in charge. Just incredibly unprofessional and impossible to even schedule picking up my vehicle. The reviews are so bad the business doesn’t even claim the Denton location. I'll be challenging the charge with the police department who called them and recommending they use a different company in the future. Don't agree to this company towing your vehicle! You have a choice.

TRUCKERS you will be robbed, look for someone else. These guys charged us over $1300 for less than 5 miles!! They were dispatched by the denton sheriff department clearly, a scheme to get the most out you.

So my roommate needed a tow an we called an could not have had better service mr.zack was our service agent an was quick an respectful an knowledgeable job was doen in no time an goen great job an doen politely.

I locked my keys in my car when it was running. Thank you all very much for your quick response. I will be keeping this company in my address book incase I need them again

The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with.. The drivers are very careful with your vehicle and treat it like their own.. Highly recommend this business..

* Good: I had a 10' x 20' shed transported a 15 mile distance for a grand total of $230 after tax. Compared to what I expected to pay for the job, it was very cheap. ** Bad: The driver showed up approximately 30 minutes late due to being dispatched for a police call. I wasn't contacted, and had to call them to confirm I was still on the books. I get that the police take priority, but if you're going to make obligations as a business, ensure you have adequate resources to meet ALL of them. *** Ugly: The driver seemed like he would rather be anywhere else, doing anything else. I've never had a shed transported before, and had no idea what I could expect so I tried to be as forgiving as possible. I asked for the shed be dropped on pre-leveled blocks I had prepared in advance with the caveat that if it simply wasn't possible then he could drop it immediately next to it. After getting on-site and a couple of failed attempts to line up with the blocks he said it would just be better to drop it next to the blocks. It wasn't until after he left that I spoke with a neighbour who also purchased a 'used' shed and had it delivered in a similar manner (by a different company using the same equipment) that I discovered that dropping it directly the blocks is a normal and reasonable expectation for this kind of transport job. While I do not think I was 'cheated' in ANY sense of the word, I will definitely never be using this company again. There was ample opportunity to demonstrate initiative and pride in the work being done, without even the slightest evidence of either.

Had a flat with no way to fix it and no stores open late on Saturday night. The company sent Mike right away and he was there in 15 minutes as promised. He was methodical and careful, took good care of our car, and got us all back home safely. Price was reasonable as well. Will use them again.

Locked my keys in my truck at the gas station after a long day at work, which didn't help my mood. I called them and gave them my info , within minutes the driver Mike called me with his eta and showed up fast. He was in my truck, with manual locks, in no time! Thank yall so much for your quick action so I didn't have to bake in the Texas heat! No damage done, very fast and friendly service! Mike and his team are definitely the ones to call, they do their best to make the customer's bad situation as pleasant as possible.

Great service. Helped save our RV. He knows what he is doing. We were stuck in a weird angle and he got us out in a short time. Highly Recommend.

Called and got a quote. Then when I finally was free around 8 they suggested doing it tomorrow then said "we don't have any trucks" pfft what a great solution. After seeing these other reviews though I'm glad I didn't go through with them.

I had to make a 4th call and talked with the office and both her and Mike tried to resolve my issue .. just wished it was there in the beginning... He still is in the wrong business .. Very much has to be Right than Happy 🙏😪🙏

Mike Phillips and Kaitlynn were awesome to deal with!! I had been getting the run around from the insurance company in getting my vehicle released to the body shop and Mike made it happen! Excellent customer service and professionalism! Would highly recommend!

Great service! Eddie was a very fantastic driver and very personable. Made getting a tow truck very easy and gave good feedback on car issue. Grateful to have found this Company in a small town and for being very responsive. Highly recommend!

Worst people I ever had to deal with. They are an perfect example of selfish people. They will try to get as much money from you as possible and they no compassion for others whatsoever. I was limping from an accident and all they cared about was getting paid, and they would not let me near the vehicle to get any of my stuff until it is paid. They are charge much higher than the others which is twice or more. Then we already paid them to release the vehicle they had us wait all day!!!

When they towed my AWDJeep they towed it backwards without putting the vehicle in neutral. Now my transmission is gone and Mike said that the vehicle was damaged when they towed it. I have a mechanic statement stating that the car was is good working order. Mike offered me 300 for my car that I just purchased for 3000. Horrible tow company

I really cant say if All American Towing is good or bad at towing & recovery, because every time I've called for service they didn't show up. Last year I was having a silo delivered & needed a large recovery wrecker to unload & set it. I set day & time a week in advance. Day of silo delivery I called All American an hour before to make sure we were still on & was informed "With the rain that day they were too busy to get to it". Thankfully Chico Auto Parts was available to handle the job. Yesterday while trying to get out of my Ranch in Sunset, I stuck my Ram 3500 in a pasture next to my drive. I called All American Towing & Recovery at 1:30 to see if they could get to it. I was told "Driver on a accident call I would be next". At 3:00 I called to get a ETA & was told 30 minutes away. At 4:40 All American Towing & Recovery texted me to say "It looks like the driver is still 45 minutes away from being able to get to me. At that point I canceled the call. I would have appreciated knowing they cant get to me hours earlier, rather than leaving me hanging for hours on end. I hope Chico Auto can get to it.

My 17 month old Granddaughter locked herself in the car with the Key fob . I tried to get into the car to get her out, but couldn’t get any door to open. I tried for quite awhile to get her out. Finally I decided to call someone for help. I called All American Towing, and before I even got done talking to the dispatcher, they had someone on their way to our place. The gentleman arrived and within a minute or two had the vehicle unlocked. She hugged me and the driver hugged me because I was crying and so thankful that he got her out so quickly. Michael James did his job quickly and expertly and I can’t thank him enough for getting the doors open.

This company really took care of us !! I can’t say enough about the reasonable pricing and wonderful customer service! John Garvin was the very best dude I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with so be sure and ask for him personally :) hard worker and extremely respectful he just went above and beyond I’ll say :)

My sister and I were stranded in a parking lot and we called All American Towing they had a quick response the rates were good and the driver was very professional. Thank you for getting us to our safe location in a very timely manner. I recommend this company to anybody that is in need of a tow.

600 dollars for a 15 mile tow and 3 days storage twice as much as any of the towing companies I talked to. Then when I went to get my stuff out the guy said I couldnt take anything that was wired or bolted to the car but someone had stole everything that wasnt already. These people have a good racket with the rhome police department the officers wouldnt let me use another tow company because they didnt want to wait the officer said. I contacted the da's office and the media. If u work hard for your money I wouldnt let these thieves touch your car. Im guessing that the good reviews came from employees because when I was there they kept saying how professional they are and in they say the same in the reviews

I use this company for all of my tows in and outside of TX. Amazing company. They are honest, reliable and always professional! My colleagues and I end up calling them sometimes 3-4 times a day and they take every call with patience and provide EXCELLENT customer service. If you need a tow done - call these guys and they will take good care of you.

I was waiting 3 hours for Lewisville auto rescue to do a fuel delivery and they took so long my car battery died and then when they finally got there they tried to jump start and it would not turn on bc it was on theft mode and also bc he didn’t not charge it right, after like 5 mins they left and told me I had to get a tow company so I called and they gave me a 90 min ETA and got there in less than an hr, the gentleman asked me what happened and he managed to start my car! Did not need to get my car towed to the shop for no reason , these are the kind of professionals we need for roadside not incompetent individuals that have no idea what they’re doing if they would been sent to me from the get go I woulda been home at 6 instead of 10:00 pm from 5:30pm waiting

While this company was towing a blue Lexus to discount tire because of three flat tires. Their driver side swiped my car. Discount tire documented that he had hit the car and that the driver was literally jogging around to get unhooked and left the scene without informing anyone. He knew what he had done and tried to get away, unfortunately someone saw. The discount employee witnessed what had happened and went in and documented the incident also with his corporate claims department although not having the towing company information. This is Discounts corporate procedure. Everyone’s story is the same, plus we have a third party witness, but of course the towing company is saying they had nothing to do with it. So now two different insurance companies are about to go after this sorry outfit. They should OWN what they’re responsible for. I think the BBB is going to hear about this as well.

I use tow companies for my job several times a day, all over the US. Hands down, All American is the best towing and transportation company out there. Their drivers and customer service team are always professional and quick to answer. They do what they say they are going to and make my job easier. I will not use anybody else in the DFW area if I need something towed or equipment moved.

All American saw me on the side of the road and stopped to see if I needed a tow. They have fixed rates. Which is super nice. Granted I know being towed sucks... But if you have to get towed I highly recommend these guys. Thanks mike for everything.
