Getting them to match and sell paint is about like getting the McDonalds Ice Cream machine to work. You may have a 50/50 chance to get it. Only one employee knows what she is doing everyone else is horrible.
This place has a hard time finding parts that have multiple part numbers on them and the staff isn’t given any resources to help identify parts. For example you could bring a thermostat housing in and say “I need this thermostat housing for (this) car” have all the information and they will not be able to find a single component related to the thermostat hosing whether it be a hose or screw or the actual component itself. Vin, year make model, location of the part, what it does, where it’s located. None of that information will help them find certain parts. I’m talking serviceable car parts from modern cars here.
Had custom matched touch up paint for my car, was the exact color at a great price! My also had great conversation with the employees, great group of people working there!
This is my favorite store to go drop by and ask questions, browse for stuff, and check out the paint supplies.
Every one of the staff has always been very helpful and very patient in answering my questions or helping track down a particular sized NPT tap.
I'll stop by even if I can't think of anything I need. I'll just wander and check the merchandise and yeah, I always spot something I can put to good use.
