On a Sunday evening around 8 pm, Jim arrived to unlock our car. Jim was very friendly and assessed the situation promptly. With deliberate and knowledgeable skills, he had our car unlocked quickly. Most appreciative of the services rendered. Certainly know who to call the next time I need help!!
Mike's Towing Service is an absolute scam! We called them for a quote and they quoted us a ridiculous amount of $250, $450, and an hourly charge. But when they finally showed up, they trying to charge us a jaw-dropping $50,000 for a measly 100-gallon of diesel cleanup and a laughable $8,500 for the towing. Not only that, but they are holding our truck and trailer hostage until we pay their outrageous fees. This is highway robbery! Do not trust Mike's Towing Service, they are crooks looking to exploit innocent people in need of assistance. Stay far away from this company, unless you want to be scammed and taken advantage of. Terrible service, terrible prices, and terrible people. Avoid Mike's Towing Service at all costs!
I called Mike's to take my truck to the dealer. Tyler and Kevin arrived in a short time loaded my truck and delivered it. They were not only highly professional but they were friendly and personable. I highly recommend this company as they were very easy to work with and have reasonable rates.
