My Daughter was in a wreck on Friday.. So , Monday , I went up to mikes towing and Was met with some lady dark hair .. She was nice at first… Told me my insurance was expired so I emailed her the updated copy .. She let me stand at the counter for an unreasonable time .. To the fact I asked another lady for help got tired of waiting .. the lady I did ask ..looked in the office and the dark haired lady came out asking me if I had sent it ..( If you would have checked the email within a reasonable time .. you wouldn’t have to ask ) .. Then comes to the counter stating they have the key and if I read this thing right there? I said yeah I read it , And go wait in my car .. I went to my car waited 10 minutes before someone took me back to the vehicle he had the key fob and said I don’t know how to unlock it it’s messed up..I said I will go let her know he already calling her I go back to the front stating they have the only key … she proceeded to tell me I have to go look for it or ask my daughter .. I ended up calling the dealership and was told that if I put the fob up to the door it would unlock so I go back in and tell her I ALSO STATE that if the car is going to be unlocked I wanted to be there and not to unlock the car without me there so you know what this lady does AFTER I asked her to not unlock the door till I’m there she calls the guy and say to go ahead and unlock if it unlocks come and get her .. Once again very rude and unprofessional …I go wait in my car for almost 30 minutes before someone comes and gets me and the car is unlocked after I had asked her to tell the guy to wait .. I get everything and I leave .. To the dark haired Lady that’s not a crown your wearing princess .. might wanna clean that something about Mary crap you got going on in your hair .. might wanna wipe your lip and dust your knees and start acting like a professional…

Mike's Towing Service is an absolute scam! We called them for a quote and they quoted us a ridiculous amount of $250, $450, and an hourly charge. But when they finally showed up, they trying to charge us a jaw-dropping $50,000 for a measly 100-gallon of diesel cleanup and a laughable $8,500 for the towing. Not only that, but they are holding our truck and trailer hostage until we pay their outrageous fees. This is highway robbery! Do not trust Mike's Towing Service, they are crooks looking to exploit innocent people in need of assistance. Stay far away from this company, unless you want to be scammed and taken advantage of. Terrible service, terrible prices, and terrible people. Avoid Mike's Towing Service at all costs!

This review is long overdue! I really can't recommend these guys enough. They were highly recommended and they definitely came through for me. My car sits really low and Jimmy took the time to make sure he attached the cables to the right parts on my car. He was also generous enough to give me a ride to the shop and made sure to put the car at the right spot for the shop. These guys were easy to talk to, easy to set up the tow, and the rates are very affordable. If you need a tow, these are the guys to call.💯💯

Such amazing service! My friend and I broke down In Lawton and mikes towing got someone out to us immediately. God forbid you do break down, I hope they send jimmy out to get you. Driving from Dallas back home to Arizona and I broke down in Bowie, about 50 miles from Wichita Falls. Patterson Honda recommended Mike’s Towing and I’m glad I called! Our tow truck driver, Jimmy, was great! He was super friendly and chatted with us about some local history along the way to Wichita Falls. In a stressful situation like this was, everyone needs someone like Jimmy! Professional, friendly and knew exactly where we needed to go. His truck was clean and comfortable. We appreciate Mike’s Towing being open today and Jimmy’s willingness to work on a holiday (MLK Day). As far as cost, I don’t know what the going rate is for towing services as I’m not towed often, but this was worth every penny. Jimmy arrived exactly when I was told he would be there and when it’s 20 degrees outside, being prompt is important. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tow service! Jimmy even helped us stay clear of the “roach” motel!

Mike's towing was such a blessing to my daughter after she was rear-ended on the Lloyd Ruby overpass. The PD called out Mike's to get traffic flowing again and they were right on it (it was 5:00). Today we went to get the vehicle after the insurance company and their at-fault driver refused to cover anything. The ladies in the office were kind and sympathetic to the frustrating situation. Then we met Tom. He is definitely a hidden gem in the yard of Mike's. He took us back to the vehicle to assess the damages/drivability and was so patient and kind. Additionally he and another employee (sorry did catch his name) helped us troubleshoot getting the vehicle on the trailer. The Mike's Towing team as a whole helped take the sting out of a difficult "life isn't fair" situation.

Will tell you one price then charge you another. I had a breakdown & the driver towed my truck he told me that the total charge would be $95 when i went to pick up my truck the following morning not even 24 hours i was charged $370. Total snake in the grass outfit avoid at all cost if possible.

These guys are so nice! Thought we Needed a jump but ended up needing new batteries. Driver pulled us off the freeway and to a close exit so we could sit in a safer spot while we waited for family to bring us the parts we needed. And let me charge my phone. A day later seen the driver that helped us out and he was happy to see that we got back on the road! Amazing people!

On my way to visit family in Fort Worth, my car broke down. The tow truck driver took me and my car to Mike's. She told me that they were the best and would take very good care of me. She was right! The staff was very nice and even though they said it would take until the following Tuesday to fix my car, they actually got it done in an hour!
