Having recently retired and relocated from the Lewisville area to our ranch outside of Windthorst I was in the search for the closest Chevrolet dealer for servicing my Silverado HD2500. The fact that I bought my truck brand new in 2024 and knowing that no one had touched my truck but the selling dealership it was important to me that only an authorized Chevrolet dealership continued the service on my truck. My search results landed me on Herb Easley Chevrolet in Wichita Falls. Prior to making my phone call to inquire about service I must admit that I had my reservations knowing that I was in the search of establishing a new service relationship comparable to what I was used to fo the past several years. I made my call as the service department opened and Roy Downhour was the one that had taken my call and what a true professional. I shared with Roy that I simply needed an oil and filter change and had asked if he thought he could get me in and out on a waiter if I drove all the way to Wichita. Not only did he get me in and out but he was the one that walked out to the drive as I pulled to greet me and my wife along with one of his awesome service advisors. I have found a new Chevrolet dealership to service my truck and highly recommend that you go there to, you won't be disappointed. Kudos to Herb Easley service department!!!
Had a great experience shopping for cars. Although I did not buy my car here, they had a good selection just not quite what I was looking for. Isaac was very nice. He was a delight while test driving vehicles. I appreciate their time and effort!
Roy is quite an asset to your establishment. Roy along with Christy Manning, Cook, are the only reason that I will continue to use Herb Easley. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle from Herb Easley and had a very bad experience with the salesmen lying and not being honest with me. It was so bad that I took off the Herb Easley sticker on the back of my car as soon as I got home. I didn’t want anybody to know where I had purchased it. Roy has been an outstanding service advisor. He’s done a great job handling multiple issues with my 2025 Equinox and made what could have been a frustrating experience much easier. This was hands down the easiest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Questions were asked, I was given straightforward answers; I was presented what I was looking for without trying to be upsold or have a bunch of additions. Truck I purchased was priced reasonably, I was given a fair price for my trade in.
I live 2 hours away from dealership and almost all of this deal was done over the phone. When I drove up to complete the deal I was at Herb Easley for less than an hour to test drive, complete preliminary paperwork, go through finance and take delivery of my new truck. Simple, easy, would do business at Herb Easley time & again.
