My son is at college in Brenham, 5hrs from home. His car broke down and called B&B for a tow and repair. They had his car towed to their shop, issue diagnosed and parts ordered within an hour of calling. Repaired and back on the road the next day. The customer service, friendliness and communication was excellent. Thanks for a job well done!!
Recently we had to take our POS vehicle into an auto shop for resurrection and a friend mentioned BB Auto. Fortunately, we called, spoke to an employee, Rico, and eventually drove the car there. Rico was spot on for the estimate and time of repair. He went above n beyond to help us and explain the needed repairs. The mechanics did a great job too. Thanks Rico for the help, and for your combat, military service to our country. I recommend BB and would use them again.
The tow professionals, Christina and her brother, were not only great at their job, but they went over and beyond to help my daughter and I to find a Toyota repair facility and a hotel for the night. They made quality suggestions, were respectful, kind, always professional, and patient with us. I am aged and have had several towing situations in my experience. They were the absolute BEST. I wish to thank them again for their consideration and kindness.

I called in from out of town because our driver was stuck on the side of the road with a flat. I had a quote within minutes and the tire was changed in no time. Courteous, professional and fast! Great experience.
Nice lady who answers the phone. I broke down 9 miles from dealership in Brenham. Had a truck to me in about 20 minutes, $120 for the tow. Called many auto shops in Brenham and nobody would answer because apparently they're all very busy but b&b consistently answered.
The dealership in Brenham wanted a crazy amount of money for a relatively simple repair so I wanted to tow it to a mechanic I know in Houston and b&b quoted me 600 bucks for about an 80 mile tow. I called several places in Houston who were willing to drive out to Brenham and bring the truck back for $400 dollars. Same $400 price consistently from multiple quotes.
Excellent 5 star service from B&B and likely the best choice for towing needs around Brenham. For a longer distance tow you might be better off calling around for a wrecker at your destination location, unless you are in a rush and got the $ to burn for immediate help. Good folks and highly recommended.
Transmission went on my Nissan Sentra on the way back from Galveston to Austin on Memorial Day. This business was the only place to answer at 4pm. They were very upfront about the backlog of repairs, cost, and their lack of regularly changing Nissan transmissions. They offered to tow both me, my husband, and my 60 lb pit bull back home and only quoted us $600. It would have easily cost 2 to 3x that for the almost 80 miles with another service on a holiday evening like that. They were super helpful about telling us where we might be able to find a used transmission and the drive back was very safe. Would definitely recommend as they’re honest, hardworking people with decades of experience if you live in the area.
Great company and people! Called in an advance tow to move my antique to the body shop. I asked for a certain time and a specific truck, they delivered perfectly!
Called was sold a over sized tire while waiting at a circle k for them to show told them that tire was to tall Installed anyways was told the over size tire would take more of the weight with it did it took so much it began to come apart chuncks of it split from the tires tread won't ever buy another tire from them worst part is I was never asked what size My tire was was just sent a picture of it and asked if it would work and it ended up costing me 530 bucks plus another 2400 to replace the entire set on the axle because of it
Very great people! Towed my truck trailer and myself 40 miles, dropped me off at a motel then was going to pick me back up the next day to take me back to the dealership to get my truck! I highly recommend these people.
B&B rescued a friend and me on Sunday, May 21, after a 4.5 hour wait for AAA. In less than 30 minutes, we were on our way back into Brenham. The service was awesome. I've since cancelled my AAA membership and have B&B as my go to towing service now. Very grateful for them.
Absolutely recommend! I was stranded by my broken down vehicle on an off ramp , and waited 3+ hrs on the “assigned” towing company per my insurance , just to find out that they didn’t exist . B&B was assigned next and arrived promptly when notified about where and how long I had been waiting . They were professional and courteous. Love this company .
Requested their services through my insurance only for them to accept the job with more than hour wait time only for them to cancel on me and leave me stranded a for another 2 hours. Then they accepted the job again and then canceled again so now I'm just on the side of the road waiting on my insurance to get another wrecker out here. Don't request their services if you live past industry. It'll be nothing but a hassle.
We were stranded at a truck stop when Kevin saw us (four females) struggling with a flat tire. He quickly came to our rescue without us having to ask or call for services. He simply saw that we needed help and he didn’t hesitate. Thank you for showing up at the perfect time.

They came to my house in under 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. Aired up my tire in 5 minutes and even made an appointment for me to get it fixed for free! Very nice and quick service! Will use again and recommend!
2 tires popped and they were lifesavers. Came and towed us back to the shop and fixed us up. Such a nice and helpful family! Always sucks to be inconvenienced like this but they made it a much easier experience.
I've been towed by them twice this week. I'm a young woman who was stuck on the side of the road, and a father daughter duo came to pick me up, and I felt very safe and reassured! The other time was a man who was able to work with the very little space in my driveway, very clearly very experienced around a tow truck! If you need a tow in Belleville, I would suggest them! I wouldn't trust any other trucker in the area
Best service ever! I had to get towed from Paige to Houston. Called around and no one had a driver that would take that drive. B&B helped with that! Our driver Chris was great and friendly!

Had a blow out from Houston to Austin at 8pm. While unfortunately they didn't have a tire that was close, I appreciate his honesty by telling me he'd rather not sell me an expensive tire that I'd just have to replace again and could potentially mess up alignment or tracking. He aired up my donut and assured me of its safety.
Fantastic service! I was riding my motorcycle and had a flat tire. No one in the area had the ability to tow my vehicle. Pablo, the wrecker driver, showed up on time and took very good car of me and my machine. I highly recommend this towing service.
Kevin and Tammy drove out to i10 where our RV had a blowout. They didn't take long and fixed our inner rear tire (put on spare). He added air to the other tires as needed and gave us some advice on the tires. They took their time late at night to make sure this family of 7 was back on the road safely. Thank you! Used B&B through AAA when my (new/used) Jeep broke down. It was a late Sunday afternoon, and they were closest to me on Hwy 21, about 45 minutes away. Tim had a great attitude even though he had to drive a while to get me, then 80 miles to Austin. When dropping the car off at the mechanic, he gave me some tips on what was wrong with it, and an additional problem I hadn't noticed. Extremely helpful and courteous.
A few minutes later, when bringing by my wife to see the car, I noticed that Tim was at the gas station next door, helping a young woman change her tire (I assume he noticed while getting gas on his way home). Extremely nice guy, and I can't think him enough for his help during that stressful encounter!
I had to get my car towed on a Sunday evening and they were one of the few places open. Helped me out super quick with a very reasonable price. Our driver was really nice and polite. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
This is one of the best auto repair shops in the county. I've had work done in the past on vehicles and always had been treated with respect. Their prices are rarely reasonable today. I waited a week for them to complete the repair job because they had so many vehicles ahead mine and I didn't mind the wait because I knew it would be worth the wait. So many customers of theirs in Brenham are VERY pleased with what they do. I will always highly recommend B&B Auto Repair to anyone. ? ? ?
