I bought a car about 7 months ago.He worked with me for the price and helped me out , I serviced the car well and it was all going fine until about 6 months later when my car completely stopped on me with no warning no check engine light or anything .I had to tow it to the shop because it would not start and was making a weird noise when trying to start it. The shop I took it to they told me that there was zip ties in the engine and keep in mind when I bought this car I was ONLY told that it was in a little side swipe {just the door had some damage} and that he was fixing the O2 sensor.But the shop I took it to told me differently besides the zip ties they also told me that the engine had been worked on and there was further damage in the engine leaving me with no car and 9 thousand dollar repair and I’m still paying over 4 thousand dollars on it as well.When asked about it he lied and said that there wasn’t zipties that he put on it or the engine work done on it when my car never was out of my sight in a shop for a oil change or anything so it had to be him and he wouldn’t own up to it and is now making me pay for half the payments for a car I cannot even use .DO NOT BUY FROM HERE or even get your car looked at if he is just rigging them to get on the road and break down later when it isn’t his problem . I asked for my service records and never received them probably because of all the problems with it and not wanting to take accountability.
I was looking at a car that was parked in the far corner, so I know he didn't see me. I looked over the car and spotted a couple of new parts, but I still wanted to check on it inside. When I told the lady inside she called the boys in to talk to me. He said that he couldn't sell that car right now because he needed to fix some stuff. This struck me as an honorable thing to do. He could have just sold it to me with known problems. I look at this lot every time I drive past it.
After years of (many) different mechanics telling me that they didn't know exactly what the issue was on my 09 Dodge Charger SXT, and didn't know how to fix it without just starting from the top of the list, of what they thought the issue was, and working their way down the list, All Auto quickly figured out what the issue was and brought my car back to life and is (still) in great working condition. And a lot less expensive than I thought! I highly recommend this place! Professional, friendly, and honest! Thank you!
Sadly, even after all these years, with regard to All Auto, I've learned that this old adage is actually very true: the apple does not fall far from the tree.
I bought my 2008 Acadia from Lenny n I’ll gladly go buy another from him. His favorite line is, “As long as ur honest with me, I’ll work with u,” n he did just that
He supposedly put a new catilac converters on my vehicle 2 weeks later my truck was doing the same thing before I took it to him. I paid him $1600 to fix my truck and he didn’t care that it was messed up. I do not recommend using this place of business.
Lenny and Jason were both helpful and friendly in helping fix a coolant leak in my vehicle. They managed to make the necessary repairs within the same day I brought it in. Definitely recommend this place for any auto repair needs!
I took truck in for front end alignment and the truck had a bunch of noise like it was coming apart. I think some of the noise was there when I first got the truck but no one ever found it. I thought the price was high to fix it and after I saw the cost of the parts and the amount of time they took to fix it I was satisfied.
I have used them other times and I will use them again.
I drove several of their vehicles, but none of them were ready to be sold. The vehicles I drove were filthy and had issues. Selling a cheap vehicle is fine, but no point in buying a cheap vehicle if the cost of repairs is more than the vehicles value. A repair shop should repair THEIR VEHICLES FIRST before putting them on the lot to be sold. You ask questions and then the secretary lady look at you crazy because she knows their vehicles are subpar. The 2008 Mazda 6 was the worst vehicle I drove on their lot. I decided to look elsewhere because no point in wasting hard earned money.
Called in and asked if they did the work I needed done and had a fairly detailed conversation with them. Came in to drop my vehicle off and talked to them again. Filled out the paperwork, signed it and gave them the keys. Right before I walked out they said "it's $125 diagnostic fee are you okay with that". I asked if you do the work does it go towards the bill? I was told no. I then asked if I would be charged if I just requested a specific thing being done with no diagnostics? I was told no it's $125 on top of the repair.
Just wanted to give a heads up to anybody going there. It was a surprise to me and I was not told that until I had driven 40 minutes and handed them the keys. Even though I don't agree with this practice that's fine it's their prerogative to charge what they want. The two stars from me is for poor communication of not informing me of this until after paperwork was filled out and they had the keys. I just went somewhere else and had the work done with no diagnostics fee.
I was in need of quick repair to my trucks brakes and they were completely understanding. I would recommend All Auto to everyone. Excellent service! Staff was courteous and professional.
Manager and employee nick are not capable of doing their job correctly. Rude and unhelpful, trust me when I say steer far away from this establishment unless you want to feel like a nuisance for even being there
First I would like to say, if I had the option to rate this dealership with no stars I definitely would, but since I can't, I would like to explain how I felt verbally abused by one of the employees, which I believe was the manager at this establishment. I personally have never used any of their services, however I did come in contact with the manager, over the phone, when it came to attaining some photos and paperwork for a vehicle, for a mutual customer I was assisting that had come to our office, from their dealership in Brenham that is about 45 minutes away, in order to begin a new policy to get their vehicle insured. The customers were very understanding when I told them that unfortunately when speaking with this "dealership" they refused to send over the specific paperwork I had asked from them as well as photos of the vehicle because they would need the customer to drive back and purchase the vehicle. Once the customer returned with the paperwork they showed me that they had the photos of the vehicle on their phone, which was fine, however we were missing TWO crucial photos in order to insure the vehicle. I went ahead and called the dealership again and the manger answered, after letting him know that we just needed TWO photos, he went on saying how he doesn't see why he has to do my job for me and that he's never heard of any insurance company in the world, ask for these things. I did advise him that these are just the guidelines we have to follow. Quickly after I said that he went on saying how "sloppy" of an insurance we are and even asked if I was certified to sell insurance. After agreeing that he would send the TWO photos to our email he disruptively hung up the phone on me, without me even thanking him. I wish I was exaggerating but it did take about half an hour for him to send over the TWO photos that we needed and on top of that when we received the photos, he had wrote on the paper in the photo "DO NOT ASK AGAIN", which I think is exceedingly unprofessional and rude. Working at an insurance company, you would think that dealerships would be helpful since one needs insurance to drive a vehicle and it should be a type of teamwork in order to satisfy the mutual customer. However, I was quickly misguided on the fact that this specific dealership was extremely impertinent and disrespectful to not only me but the company I work for.
Horrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE! They are rude, dishonest, sneaky and will steal your money. They are disrespectful and nobody seems to know anything. I wish I never met these people.

This dealership is one of the rudest dealerships I've ever came into contact with. I work for an insurance company and we had a customer come in for insurance that purchased a vehicle from them. The only thing we needed was proof of ownership of the vehicle and photos of the vehicle. The boy my coworker spoke to was beyond rude, questioning if she was even capable of selling insurance and that they never heard of an insurance company that needs the things we needed. They told my coworker they were not going to send the photos or proof of ownership and the customer can drive up to them and get it. Keep in mind this dealership is 45 minutes away from our company. The customers leave and come back with the proof of ownership but not with the photos. We spoke to the salesman again and it was the same thing, he kept going on and on about our company and how sloppy we were instead of them prioritizing their customer. This company does not care about their customers, they'd rather go back and forth with the insurance company all day rather than help out their own customers. I feel bad for the customers because they were going back and forth all day from Bryan to Brenham trying to do what the dealership refused to do, while the dealership did nothing. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone if it was the last dealership on the planet. I've been working for an insurance company for 2 years now and have never experienced salesmen so unwilling to help us or the customer. Most dealerships are more than happy to bring the vehicle and if they aren't able to they will send what's needed for our mutual customer to get on the road without hesitation. How they treat others is how they will treat YOU! Make sure you find a dealership that will put you FIRST!
