As other people have stated Mr Casey goes beyond the call of duty of serving you in a distressful situation. On my return trip from Dallas, Tx he demonstrated superb professionalism and an affable attitude to me and my nephew. He ensured us that he would meet us at the location and was there on time. After getting me home safely continued going beyond the call of duty by taking his time to demonstrate professionalism /courtesy. Would most certainly use these guys again for any help they went above and beyond what was asked. when I had gotten my car stuck and lost the night before in the rain . So we had to drive around for 3 in half hours till we found it.

Car broke down and a very polite gentleman stopped and helped me troubleshoot the car and then very politely offered to tow me to the nearest Auto parts store and was upfront about the cost of the towing service. After he unloaded the car in the auto store parking lot, not only did he stay to help with the code reading, but he had stayed to make sure the car was fixed and that really shows how above and beyond this towing company went for me and I will always remember that. When my SUV left me on the side of the road with my children in it I gave salty towing a phone call they came right away and didn't hestaite very kind and most tow truck drivers get aggravated hauling children not these guys let's just say my kiddos had a new friend by the time we made it home .. we were home within a hour oh did I mention that being a single mom they were very affordable .. I just used salty towing to haul my truck home to alba tx from tyler tx they gave me a very reasonable price showed up within 30 minutes was very professional i would definitely use them again. By far the best towing company i have ever done business with.
