I had a really rough day with roadside services and Captain Jack Road Service honestly saved me.
Earlier that same day I got scammed by a fake roadside assistance company. They took my money and never showed up. I waited for hours thinking someone was coming and they just completely disappeared.
When I finally called Jack, they showed up in about 15 minutes. I explained what had just happened and that the scam company had taken all the money I had. I told them I couldn’t pay upfront because of it.
Jack didn’t even hesitate. He told me not to worry about it and that I could pay them later when I got my money back from the bank. They didn’t know me at all. I easily could have driven away and never paid them.
But when my dispute went through and I got my money back I paid them right away because that kind of honesty.
There are still good people out there and Captain Jack is one of them. I’m really grateful for how they treated me that day. He was more worried about getting me back on the road than about the money. AMAZING service.
We had a truck towed from Canton to West Tawakoni and they were extremely fast for all they had to do. The driver was professional and friendly. We would definitely use them again
2 hours down the road the value stem he "repaired" for 250 dollars, blew and tired went flat. Refused to refund. Called us homophobic slurs. Horrible human being.
This owner of this this company is the worst I ever dealt with. I called them out on a roadside service to fix my truck. He told me that his service was 150 a hour and 150 for service so agreed to pay him that to do the work. He sent a mechanic to take parts off and to go get the parts. The mechanic got the parts and left. So after two hours of waiting on the mechanic I called the owner to see what eta on when the mechanic will be back. The owner begin to curse me out for no reason and told me that his mechanic was going bring my parts back and to find someone else to do it. Then charge me $600 for coming out there to do what he did. The parts was at Oreilly in Canton Texas and he lied like he had to go to Dallas to pick the parts up. The part will never get my business again nor will they get the people that deal with in the area business
I broke down on I20 and these men went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. They are super friendly and highly skilled. A true lifesaver and a blessing! Thank you so much
HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! SERVICE FAST & AFFORDABLE !! My Tire Blew Out Wayy Over An Hour From Home , & This Company Booked Me In Asap ! It Took A Little Min Due To The Truck Helping Someone Else In The Opposite Direction , But ROB Still Before Estimated Time Arrival ! Once He Got To The Car He LITERALLY Got Straight To It !! My Spare Was Kind Of Flat Which He Aired For Me While Taking Off The Blown Off One . He Was Very Fast & Good With Multitasking Got Me Up & Back Moving Felt Like No Later Then 15 Mins At The MAX ! Even Gave Tips / Feedback On Further Care Til I Got To My Destination & Afterwards ! Terrible experience. I’m one of the most respectful people you can encounter. Workers are not the problem, but the manager is what is. After I had an issue I asked the employee if I can please talk to the manager and he got on the phone cursing and had a massive attitude. I was confused because I was very polite, but what can I say. Rude people will forever be rude. Guy came to finally fix my tire and when I told him about his manager, he said the manager is always like that because he has a lot of issues at home. I don’t see why that’s okay for him to call to customers in a rude manner, but okay.
Arrived on time. Wasted no time getting ready had tire with him did not have to go through any delays getting the right tire already knew what he needed in advance showed up went right to work changed the tire got my info and was out the door in less than 45 minutes how about that Don't see that too often do you. If you're in the area and you're looking on Google for a tire changing facility or doing the other work road service give them a call.!
I can’t say enough good things about this company! After trying multiple places on a Saturday and even being scammed by another company for a deposit, these guys were the only ones who actually answered their phone and got right to work. They were upfront about the cost, which was a bit high, but worth every penny for the peace of mind they provided. They arrived quickly and got our trailer tire replaced in no time. If you’re looking for a reliable company that actually follows through, this is the place. Highly recommend for any emergency needs—great service and well worth it!
Captain Jack's is amazing, my son was stranded in Canton at the walmart and they came out quick fast and in a hurry. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend if anyone needs assistance to call these guys. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.
Blew out a steer tire at 11:00 at night called them they were there really quick and the price for 2 steer tires and a service call was great. It’s hard to get a company to come take care of you that late but these guys were on point.
The gentleman that handled my call and tire service was very professional. I recommend these guys for fast and reliable service.
Extremely pleased with compassion shown during my tow experience. My husband was admitted to Urgent Care in Canton, and the car was on the First Monday Fairgrounds. The driver (Mike) went and located our vehicle, then proceeded to bring it back to Tyler. Highly recommend!!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Charged us an excessive $400.00 (in advance via the phone) because we had small empty trailer. We were also less than 2 miles from their location, so it wasn't like it was a long trip to find us. The guy on the phone was exceedingly rude. The tow would have not been a difficult job, as all we really needed was a light pull / or even a good push to get us off the wet grass and back on the road. We were just traveling through the area, which meant that we didn't have anyone to call to help us out, so we had no choice at the moment but to call a tow company. I called these guys because the reviews seemed good, and they were really close to us. We should have called someone else. These folks seem to be solely in the business to taking advantage of people. I recommend calling someone else. There are other companies in the area.
The dispatcher who worked with us was awful. He kept telling me they were nearby and would be here in 15 minutes --- it took over 4 hours for them to arrive. When they got here they were fast and extremely professional.
I had a blow out on hwy 175 in kemp Texas. I was stuck on the side of the road at 1 am with my 11 year old son. Captain Jack was more than helpful and professional getting me back on the road quickly. Fast forward to the next day. My car was having all kinds of alerts going with the tire monitoring system to the break system. Could it have been from the blowout yes but Captain Jack didn’t care. So I called my boy Captain Jack.He himself met me and checked out my car for no additional charge. He treated me like family and I am blessed for his help!
Absolutely amazing customer service by Tony and David. We had a tire blow out on our Cadillac CT5 near Sulphur Springs and it being a Saturday evening no one else could help us. This includes OnStar and Cadillac roadside (which are worthless by the way).Tony answered his phone right away and even though he was 35 miles away he went above and beyond to find a replacement tire- mind you it was a hard to find unique size. These guys are the best around. So personable and took care of us. My RV is up and running and they did such a great job of working with the insurance company to get everything back to the original. Love these guys. Now like family. Will continue to bring my RV to them for repairs. I highly recommend them for tow and repairs.
I was stuck on the side of the road - stranded miles from home - and my insurance company was not much help. I googled towing near me and they were the third number on my list - well they should have been first! The first 2 didn't have someone to come help on a Sunday Evening. These guys saved the day. It was a little spendy, but they can't work for free. The driver even drove by the local hotels to show us. Great Customer Service.
These Guys did an excellent job at trouble shoot my issue .. Capt Jack and Mike( jalapeno) came out looked at the dilemma and after a couple hours got me back on the road and made on time for my delivery in California...
I was on the side of the road with my car sitting on a rim. I reached out to my insurance for roadside assistance. They charged me $500 for a tow. They couldn’t find a tow truck after 30 minutes. I googled “tow truck service near me”. This company popped up and had the best Google reviews. Let me tell you they lived up to it. They didn’t have a tow truck available, BUT THEY HAD A TIRE! They were to me within 30 minutes and got me fixed and on the road! 10/10 recommend.
OMGOSH!!!!! This company is awesome!!!!! My driver was stuck on the hwy waiting for TA to come and change his tire (which was a 2 hour wait) and then came an Angel!!!! Tony and his crew came along after 15 mins of his blow out ( just seeing him stranded on the hwy). Got the tires tires and changed 3 of them within about 30 mins and got my driver back rolling just in time to make his delivery!!! They were heaven sent!!! Thank you so much Tony and crew!!! I highly recommend this company for all your repair issues and needs!!! Oh and the price is right too!!!
These guys literally saved my life. Stuck in a ditch due to a flat tire. These guys came so quick. Gave me a 20-30 min eta, yet they were there in about 10-15. Got me off the highway safely, put my new tire on, made sure i was MORE than ok. And the price was hands down the lowest in the area. No matter where you are, give them a call 1st to see if they can assist. My guys 4 life!!!!!!!
All I can say is Thank You. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! for saving the day. I needed a 10'x18' storage building moved, had another company in mind. At the last minute this other company backed out. So I called around but seemed like no one was going to be available on last minute notice. Until I found CAPTAIN JACKS ROAD SERVICE in Canton, Tx. Call once they answered the phone, (was POLITE), asked questions about storage building locations. They gave me a quote and said we can meet you in a hour. They showed up exactly when they said they would (PUNCTUAL), no issues loading,moving and setting the storage building at its new location. Diffently would use Captain Jack's Road Service again if needed. ( Highly recommend)
We needed someone to move our 10’x18’ storage building. We had to have it moved today and the local towing company we had called earlier in the week told us that they don’t do appointments just to call the day of. We called first thing this morning and they said that they couldn’t do it because they only have one guy and he has to be here on call for the city. The owner Tony and the dispatcher David are always professional, friendly, efficient and punctual. I can always rely on them to get my units up and rolling quickly. I would recommend their service to anyone. I use them almost on a daily basis and rely on them 24/7.
Captain Jack’s Road Service was great. They spotted many manufacturer errors on my trailer and notified of them. They fixed a current issue that I have been dealing with for MONTHS. Tony was a super nice guy who I trust beyond a shadow of a doubt. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good guaranteed job done. Glad I could finally find someone that I can trust. Wish I could rate more than five stars!
They did a amazing job coming out in this bad weather and getting me out if the mud from the median on I-20. I appreciate their help and the are great guys. Oh man Mike aka jalapeno came to my rescue tonight headed back to Dallas n had a blowout. The service was awesome he was very nice and friendly....plus he was easy on the eyes lol..
