Clean store and friendly staff. They really do go above and beyond here. My car would not start, I did not suspect the starter because it just happened one morning and the starter was only a few years old. Usually with the starter you notice it takes a while starting the car hinting at something, but not this time. Basically silent. Good battery, turn key and nothing. Just a click from the starter relay. Checked everything up to the starter that I could until finally caving and pulling out the starter. Took it to the store and had it tested, tested good but since it was under warranty they replaced it anyway. While there the manager basically went down the line of everything from the ignition to the starter, even printing out pictures of the parts so I knew what to look for. Put new starter in and it started right up... so the starter was the problem somehow even though only a few years old. So thankful they replaced it just to make sure for my peace of mind.

The late night crew went above and beyond helping with hand tools they loaned me spent the extra time on the computer to help me warranty a $100 LED headlight on my motorcycle, cold damp night just before closing time, Every tool I needed to purchase was in stock and filled my compact tool bag, The 150 mile ride home with lights blazing went very well.

Very helpful!! I've been in a few times now, working on my daughters vehicle, and each time I go in looking for something, there's always someone there to help answer any questions I might have. They helped me find the correct bulb for a tail light and a swivel socket for the spark plugs and so much more.

I recently ordered a cv axle from them using my vehicles vin #. I thought that by doing so I'd get the right part, but no apparently not. When I called to tell them it wasn't the right part , I was told it was that that's the only cv axle for my car and was told nothing they could do. So I called a Ford dealership to see if in fact there was no others made for my car Turns out there were 3 . I gave the dealership my vin# and they cross referenced their part number with Oriellys and was given the right part #. I called or8ellys back and gave them the right part # The person on the phone got very rude with me and finally looked it up. Well of course it wasn't in sto. ck. I had to wait 3 days for my part

Probably the only place I buy parts from. I did my first warranty trade the other day. My alternator went out in my Toyota Yaris and I called to get a price on a new one. The guy told me the alternator on my car was bought from there two years ago. He said just come trade it in since it was still under warranty. I brought it up there and they tested it and sure enough it was bad. He gave me a free replacement. I was so very thankful. The people there was and always so helpful. I gave it four stars because their batteries seems a little pricey. I can get my batteries elsewhere still with a good warranty. Other than that I love this place.

Lady that helped me was not knowledgeable, had no interest in trying to do a little research to get me what I needed, as well as got frustrated with the situation as well as with me. I went to Auto Zone in Jasper they were knowledgeable, helped do the research and got me what I needed with the same info I gave O'Reilly. Will NOT RETURN, I WILL STICK WITH AUTO ZONE

The store closed on me when I pulled up it was 5 minutes to 8 pm the door was locked up the employee was not even gonna look at me let alone help me. The rating I give is for the Woodville store. I don't know the employee's name she is fat or overweight white sandy brown hair . I've been shopping O'Reilly's for over 40 years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Hope your store can figure out who it was but I don't think l will be stopping by that store again this happened Wed 7/28/21 at 7:55 pm. This may be why this store closes at 8 instead of 9pm

Super nice, thorough staff. Very helpful if you know the part you need. Im not sure the accuracy of the O'Reilly database though. Im not gonna count that against them though because the actual employees are so helpful at figuring out the right info.

This store needs new management and better trained employees. I believe they only hire friends and family at this store. There are 2 guys who work here that are friendly and knowledgeable. I no am not sure of their names. I know this might sound politically incorrect, but the women that work at this store don’t have a clue what they are doing. If their computer doesn’t tell them step by step what to do or what part goes where you’re stuck with them telling you “I don’t know”. Also I have noticed that there is a large population of black people in Woodville, Tx. I have yet to see any black employee working in this store. I say avoid this store because unless you get one of the two knowledgeable guys working at the counter the overall service is bad. It’s worth a drive to Beaumont, Livingston or Jasper.

Very helpful! My son has a new to him car and the young lady was patient and helped him figure out where to place the computer plug to read his engine code. We ended up purchasing the part he needs for his vehicle. He will use them in the future for his next purchases I am certain.

Gave me a used alternator. Little young frail guy with medium length hat hair. Took it back to the mechanic and he instantly said “WHERES THE NEW ONE?” He thought it was the same alternator. No box, no tags, nothing. I returned it for a brand spanking new one In lumberton.

Really nice,helpful staff while I was in the store. However, they gave me the WRONG PART for the umpteenth million time. It was later in the day so my truck had to stay torn apart all night and I couldn't get the correct part til the morning. Very irritating since I had commitments the next day. Why did I get the wrong part? Because he forgot to read the ENTIRE description and ask if I had a towing package..... UGH
