Josh was amazing. I broke down over an hour from where I live..Before he put my poor car on the truck, He hooked it up to the code reader and looked up the code to help diagnose my cars problem ( he didn’t have to do all that) and then took it over an hour to drop it off and even backed it in the driveway for me. 10/10 would recommend.

I found myself with a tire blowout on the side of hwy 8 leaving Texas and heading toward Leesville... NO ONE would stop, not after 40 minutes, then finally, I see a Hatchs Towing Truck and the gentleman turns back and helped me change my tire in no time. His name was James and he was so friendly and I appreciate his kindness he showed me on such a stressful event. Thank you James. We hit something on the road on IH-10 in Vidor, TX. traveling from Houston to Louisiana and had to pull over at a gas station. The “check engine” light came on and could not drive the car at normal speed. We called AAA and they sent Hatch’s Towing & Recovery. Dustin called to say he was in route and kept us posted. We were only 30 minutes away from our destination when this happened. Dustin advised us that we could lock the car and leave it and he would handle the rest. Well he did just that. Even advising us about the damages and explaining what may have caused our car problems. He towed our car back to Houston to our home since the dealership was closed. He notified us once he made it to our home to say that he had arrived and dropped the car off. We called a Uber who took us to our destination. Dustin was very professional, friendly and courteous!!! I highly recommend Hatch’s Towing & Recovery Services.

got screwed. called them to have a tow done. talked to wrecker driver and was told I on my way. 20 mins later get call from wrecker driver saying he had to turn around and do another tow since he was close one to tow. by time he got done with theat job my time window had expired where I couldn't get there. guess my money WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Hatch's towing came through were others would not. Two tow truck drivers refused to enter my gate claiming the opening was to small for their truck to fit. Hatch's cane through with the same size truck with no problem and had me at the auto shop quickly Fast - friendly - honest service.

Set up boosting my car battery and it was after 8:30pm pouring down rain and lots of lightning. Kept car running to keep alternator storing energy to help start up car. Took it into Norton’s and no new battery warranted. It’s worked great all day. The Tow truck driver and I texted to confirm his efforts worked and I will keep TripleAAA as they help even on worst rainstorms and low land flooding occurring in Tyler County. 12.5 inches and Entergy thank you my power stayed on. WOW!

Where Is THE vehical since Janurary 30, 2018? General Motors. In a vehicle accident. PLEASE take your vehicle home or to a dealership? Contact your vehicle insurance or have someone else at the scene. You will never be able to find it. When it goes to their lots. No responses. Checked Auctions Companies. Etc. State Too. Don't be fooled by Farm Bureau in this town either they collaborate together. To this day no vehicle. No Reimbursement or acknowledgement. Full coverage I had. Not at fault. Hit at 75 mph. Medical insurance takes all vehicle insurance. Fact. Senate Bill. Rural areas. Check the laws. Appropriation Committee. Federal and States reimbursement laws. That's just the beginning. End up no transportation ever since the date above. Facts. The dealership wanted the car towed to them. It was paid off and all GM parts were on it. Be careful everyone.

They were able to move my vehicle quickly and safely even while breaking down on a county road. These men are very kind and respectful and work very efficiently and quickly. I had a pleasant experience over all and would use them again if I needed it

I got a flat and discovered my truck jack that came with my truck was inadequate. I had 2 towing companies out that showed up with jacks that were too small. However, i should’ve called Hatch first because they got there quick and made the job look easy.

My wife ended up with a broken lower ball joint and one of their drivers just happened to be passing by and saw her. This man, Jimmy, went above and beyond to help her get our vehicle out of the road and into a safe location. His day was pretty much booked but he made sure that our car was towed back to our home before the day's end. I cannot recommend any other towing service but Hatch's Towing from now on.

So...today sucked! I am a gig driver and this morning I was on my way to pick up a delivery. Coming off the freeway, I hit a huge pot hole that I didn't see until I was right on top of it. Next thing I know, my car makes a super weird noise and immediately stops. It threw me forward, it was so abrupt. I'm lucky that's all it did and I'm lucky I'm a seat belt wearer. I was panicking, in the middle of the road staring at my tire hanging off, separated from my car when an angel that goes by the name "Jimmy from Hatch towing" showed up. He was in the middle of a trip but stopped to help me because he didn't want me in danger and he didn't want my car to go into rotation which would make it harder for me to get back. He worked fast and with so much kindness to get it into a gas station parking lot until he could go back to tow it for me. Before he knew I'd be using him to tow it to my home, he helped without charge at least to get it out of the road. He is a fantastic, one of a kind guy and the big bosses at Hatch towing didn't seem to question his kindness once. Jimmy is an outstanding human and Hatch towing company is an outstanding service company. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Thank you Jimmy and Thank you Hatch Towing company. If I ever need a towing company again, you will get my call.

Highly recommend Hatches! During last night’s storm in Woodville, my car became stuck rim-deep in a neighbors muddy driveway. Because of mix ups with the auto club dispatching, Hatches stepped up to straighten out the problem; by coordinating between their own locations/drivers/dispatchers, my car was soon liberated from the muddy driveway! Our driver was remarkably patient, knowledgeable, professional, and handled my car with great care! Thank you Hatches!

Very kind individuals. I got in an accident with one of their drivers last week. Their driver was at fault. They have handled the situation so professionally and respectfully. The owner and his son, especially, have great customer service skills.

Superior service!! I highly recommend this company. I was stranded on the side of the road far from home. Tyler was dispatched to retrieve my vehicle and tow it to the nearest town at my request. He arrived promptly, was very professional and paid extra attention to details because he double checked all of the equipment to ensure that my vehicle was properly secured. He was very polite and tidy also.
