The absolute worst place to buy a car. It spent more time in the shop than in my possession because they rig the car to barely scrape by so you have to keep paying for repairs. I put in so much money fixing it I should of owned it already. I decided to look it up from its VIN number and found out the car was underwater during hurricane Harvey and they simply dried it out and did a little cleaning. Disgusting service, downright horrible vehicles. Your throwing your money away getting a vehicle from there.
I bought my car over a year ago and they are amazing people they work with you. They help you . I will always refer them to anyone that comes at me and asked me where I got my car from. I love these guys. They’re amazing.
They are doctoring vehicles just to sale them and screwing people over I put down 2500 on a 2011 chevy malibu 4 days later the car started having transmission problems check engine light come on and the ac stopped working!! And they wanted to say they would fix it but charge me for it and add all the parts and labor to the total amount I owed!!! They saling lemons!!!!
Charlatans at best, offered a car at one down payment then demanded another once inside, do shoddy mechanic work, and left a lien on my car after I paid it off. I won't be back.
My family and I have gotten a ton of vehicles from Woodville Auto Sales. If there was ever an issue we were able to bring the vehicle back and they will fix it. Great customer service and good quality vehicles. The thing I like the most about Woodville Auto Sales is that when you walk through the door the atmosphere is so calming and nice. I consider these guys as family!! If you have an issue with Woodville Auto Sales then maybe you need to take a look in the mirror because the issue maybe within yourself….

Bought a truck from these guys a couple years ago. Truck has done me good, but when the transfer casing on the 4 wheel drive went out twice, they took care of me. That is something I appreciate. Not a dime came out of my pocket.

This is the best place to do business if you want quick, easy, friendly service. I just purchased a very good truck at a very good price from Todd and his associate. I think the entire process, from start to finish, might have taken 30 minutes total. I like that there was no typical car salesman haggling going on, strictly business. I would recommend Woodville Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I myself will be a return customer when the time comes!
