It's a rude lack of respect. They messed up my car; the spark plugs were loose and my car malfunctioned. I had to go to another workshop to fix my problem.

I had the best experience at Lamb’s Tire. They fixed my tire and remounted on my truck. I didn’t have an appointment but Kevin worked it out. Noah was the gentleman who did the actual work. He was very professional. Not even one greasy hand print on my truck. 👍 I do so appreciate all the Guys down there. Add extra bonus, they have a good sense of humor. 😁
I got a flat tire on 2/2. I had tow truck take my car to the Lambs in Lakeway. The team there is the best! I had to fill out the after hours envelope and drop my key inside. I arrived the next morning and they had already replaced the tire and gotten my oil change done! They rock!!! I was able to go on with my work day uninterrupted thanks to these guys! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband and I were visiting from out of state and driving a rental truck when we noticed the tire pressure dropping very quickly. We stopped by Lamb's Tire & Automotive, and they got us in immediately. Not only was the entire team incredibly kind and welcoming, but they went completely above and beyond by checking both of our tires and fixing the issue right away.

Excellent service. Repairs were completed timely. I had major repairs done on front end suspension with alignment. Perfect. Good results. Kevin Manager was accurate with diagnosis and repair. Very accommodating attitude. Spot on. Fair price. Good operation. Good mechanic who worked on my car. Test drive was perfect. Definitely recommend this auto shop.
Tony was really knowledgeable and easy to work with getting my set up for an oil change, the technician Travis was fast and even let me know about additional things I needed to know about my car. I live 40 minutes out of town and I'd probably come here again versus most of the shops near me for the price.
5 stars for good customer service and technology to pull up old car facts and just over all professionalism and understanding of financial difficulties cause sometimes stuff happens.

Kevin and his team are the best! Kevin is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions I may have. He and his team work hard to fix any issues I’m having as quickly and efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality work. They are very much appreciated!
The team at Lamb’s Automotive in Lakeway has always taken amazing care of me, and I’ve been a customer there for nine years! They go above and beyond in their support, and always give me the best advice for my older car without trying to sell me services that may not be worth it, considering my car is 19 years old. I trust them, and will not be going anywhere else!
The guys at Lamb’s service all or vehicles in a cheerful, competent, and timely manner. The latest service was replacement of the radiator and related coolant system parts in my wife’s cherished 2014 Beetle convertible. Kevin and his team at Lamb’s came to our rescue on Dec. 23 and returned it to us all fixed up on Christmas Eve morning. We are very pleased. Merry Christmas, Lamb’s!
I brought my car in last year for a tire pressure sensor that no one could fix and the manager, Kevin, finally figured it out. I just took my car in for a problem starting it. Again, Kevin said I needed a new battery, rear brakes, and four new tires and he got it all done in less than a day and gave me a fabulous price! I won’t take my car anywhere else!
I needed a last-minute oil change and was able to book a 9 AM appointment online the same day—super convenient. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the place feel like a family-owned shop that cares about its customers. They had me in and out in just over an hour and did excellent work. Highly recommend!
SCAMMERSSSS!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. INSTALLED A FAULTY TIRE AND MESSED UP WITH MY ALIGNMENT ASWELL AND ASKING FOR MORE MONEY TO FIX SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP.
Worst Tire and automotive shop. I purchased new 4 sets of tires for $1800+ (without warranty) and alignment was free. After I left the shop, I called them immediately in about 5 minutes stating that alignment is off and pulling to the left. Mark who works there said we leave the alignment on the sports cars to the left a little bit to adjust with the road pull. I asked him to straighten it as I was not enjoying the drive, he agreed to it but after taking it there they said the car was hit by me and they will not do the alignment. They were blaming me that I hit the car as they see a blemish on the tire and the alignment now is totally off and asking me to pay for the alignment to correct it. I told them I did not hit the car and reminded them that I literally called them immediately after I left the shop complaining about alignment being wrong. When I questioned them how can I be sure that you guys did not hit the car, they had no answer for it and he started talking about how his computer was showing the alignment is off and it’s not their fault. They definitely hit the car and messed up the alignment first time itself after they completed the job and while pulling it out from the rack to park it. Mark and his colleague were very rude from the time I dropped off the car for alignment correction. They put the faulty tire and messed up with the alignment and blaming it on me. Worst automobile shop ever and never going back to these SCAMMERS.
The person attending us didn't tell us that they were having trouble getting the parts that were required to the oil change, he also didn't tell us that it would take 2hr to do an oil change . I would not recommend this place because I know other places that can get this done in less than 15min.
