Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and communicative throughout the process. Every time, our car looks great. I’m 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this place!!!

Man they saved my butt for real! Door realignment on my mother in laws car for a great price and in no time too! 10/10 service and really nice staff. Tava blessed us like new and I didn’t have to tell on myself for my bad driving.

I had a great experience with this repair shop. The staff were professional, attentive, and very responsive. The repair was completed in a reasonable time, and I didn’t have to wait long. My initial impression of the quality is very positive. They were very patient and flexible with my schedule, staying in touch and checking when it would be convenient for me to bring the car in. On the day of the appointment, I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know I might be late. The staff reassured me that someone would stay and wait for me if needed, which I really appreciated. Even though I arrived on time, it was comforting to know I wouldn’t have to come back another day.

My husband’s car had to be fixed and we chose Crash Champions based on previous reviews. Tava was amazing. She communicated with us every step of the way. She was kind, thoughtful and made me so glad we chose this place. The work was amazing and we are so happy. Thank you Tava for making everything better with your kindness and knowledge.

The Team kept me informed every step of the way and completed the work ahead of time to accommodate my travel schedule.

We sent our car here after filing an insurance claim, they kept the car for 4 weeks, gave it back and the gas tank wouldn't open. So we called them up and took an appointment. I sat waiting for 3 hours for them to tell me that they've ordered a part for my car and that they'd call as soon as they get it. It's been another month and I haven't gotten any call. Check your car in detail before leaving the shop to make sure they've properly fixed it.

Horrible people and extremely careless staff. I made it clear over the call before I went there over the call asked them so many times I want to do the car repair estimate independently and they said okay. I asked them so many times on the spot at the location too they said they’ll send the report. Especially *Shane* the receptionist . I towed my car all the way spending $160 dollars up and down. They accessed my car and told me they’ll give a repair estimate and will be on the portal and never updated it and told you have come through insurance. The receptionist says sorry I wasn’t aware of it before I can’t change the policy now. Sorry you lost your money etc. What sort of shameless people are these have no value for people’s time, money and energy.

The team at Crash Champions has been responsive, helpful, and efficient in working to make sure I get back on the road. They have been the easiest company I've worked with for auto body repair, and they have gone out of their way to ensure they can meet me where I'm at with scheduling.

I had an amazing experience with this shop! They were incredibly efficient, took care of everything for me, and even hand-washed my car after the repairs. The beeping issue is completely fixed, and my car looks perfect. Kyle was especially wonderful—so kind, detail-oriented, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!

Context: I used this shop for repairs when a DIFFERENT shop failed to fix my 2022 Toyota 4runner following a 50mph left t-bone collision. In my opinion, that made this work more complicated because these guys couldn’t necessarily see all the issues that needed repair (some work had been done poorly, some work had not been completed, missing parts, etc). Communication: Excellent. Up front on timelines, clear expectations, phone and email follow up, all good. Parts: Yeah, the whole world has parts delays. These guys are no different - but they were clear about what they could or couldn’t control. Execution: Top notch. Seriously. Unfortunately, I’ve been to quite a few body shops. You would never know my vehicle had been in a collision. Looks great. What else could you want from a repair center? I was completely satisfied with my experience.

I just picked up my Honda Pilot, 2 days ahead of schedule! I am very impressed with the quality of the work, the friendliness/communication of the team and how exceptionally clean my car was when I picked it up. While I hope I never have to see them again, I will certainly return here should a need arise. Highly recommend 🙌🏼

The team was awesome. Got me in and out a day earlier than expected. There were communicative with updates proactively and simplified what can often been an anxiety filled process. I hope to never need them again, but if we need body repair work done on any of our vehicles in the future, we will most definitely go to Crash Champions!

The whole team over there at crash champions are amazing. They helped me out big time with my 4runner and did so while making the whole process smooth and easy. Wanted to give a special shout out to Kyle who was amazing to work with. I hope I don’t have to but if needed I’ll be coming back for any future car needs.

These guys did a great job! Our car has matte paint and I was worried about the matching. Ryan and his team made our car look show room quality, all sensors in order, and detailed to the nines! I will recommend crash champions for everyone in the lake Travis area!

I truly cannot say enough great things about Crash Champions. From the second we showed up the entire staff was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. They explained the entire process and even took me out to my car to explain how the repairs would take place. Throughout the week my car was in the shop they texted me updates as well. When I arrived to pick up my car I was shocked, it looked better than it did when I bought it brand new at the lot! One of the managers even started my car and pulled it to the front so it could cool down so I did not have to get in a hot vehicle. I will only be using Crash Champions from here on out. They are so respectful & provide top notch service.

I am happy with my experience at Crash Champions, Lakeway. Kyle, the estimator, stayed on top of my project from beginning to end. He and the team did what he promised, and perhaps more. (Kyle noticed a little scratch from long ago on my trunk lid, and magically it is less noticeable now.) When I got my car back, it was pristine and spotless. It feels like I got my car detailed in the process of getting a needed repair. I got excellent work, supported by excellent communication.

I took my truck in because someone hit me. The repair was on the back left fender. They did the repair in a bit over a week but gave me the truck back without all the sensors working. They said they could not figure it out and just gave it back. I took it in they were working fine and now I have a new issue. The GM would not even talk to me and basically just tossed me the keys and said get off the property.

We had a great experience with Crash Champions in Lakeway, the customer service was excellent. The process was very easy and the team made everything to accommodate us, from dropping off the rental car for us to updating us on the progress of the work done. We highly recommend them. Excellent service once I made the initial phone contact to the Lakeway location and my insurance info was sent to them. Good communication from everyone, they coordinated with Enterprise also, in order to have my rental car available for me and for pick up. They explained how the hail damage was going to be assessed, and took care of the final cost to repair approval w/ my insurance co. So, far all the repairs are very well done and I haven’t found any unaddressed dents, nor issues with loose interior rear fixtures. I highly recommend using them. In my past experience w/ other bodywork co. It’s always a hassle and I usually had to take my vehicle back because of incomplete repairs, but this has not been the case with Service King, who I believe is now Crash Champions Collision Repair, but when I went end of April/March 2024, the sign still stated “ Service King”.

Ryan and his team at the Lakeway facility are top- notch. This is the second time we’ve used them in the last 4 months for 2 of our cars. They keep in touch during the process and focus on getting your work done. Rental car process was awesome too with Enterprise just down the road.

Scheduled an appointment with them and was surprised they were able to get me in so quickly as everybody else had at least a month waiting list. I arrived early and informed the receptionist that I needed a car rental and had reserved one through Enterprise. She became very rude and seemed to not appreciate that I needed this service and she had to call them. She called them and was told that my rental car would not be ready until two. I informed her that I could not wait that long and at this time she threw my keys at me and told me I could go somewhere else. I asked for her supervisor and was greeted by a man named Ryan. I informed him that I felt that she was being very rude and at this time he told me that since I complained about his employee that it was “ not going to end very well for me” and told me that he would not service my vehicle. He blatantly retaliated just because I didn’t feel the customer service was good. He then refused to give me his supervisor name or number. I now see why they had so many available spots and there was not many vehicles there. Avoid at all costs.

I am very pleased with their services. The staff was very friendly, professional, and customer satisfaction driven. I received an immediate repair estimate, regular text updates while my vehicle was in the shop, and a quick (check out & time in the shop), easy check out when I picked up my repaired and shiny clean SUV. All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with Service King of Lakeway.

Highly recommend! There was some lack of communication in the beginning concerning lead times on parts, however once I called Ryan, the GM, and expressed my concern, he looked into the problem and quickly resolved. I am pleased with Ryan’s urgency to get our vehicle in for repair and communication was greatly improved. I really appreciated the weekly updates. When we picked up the vehicle, it looked like new and Ryan was actually doing some finishing touches for an exceptionally satisfying pick up. We have had our vehicles at that location previously and will continue to do so. I recommend them to others in need of repair.

I felt like I was treated like the most important customer. Not only did I get my car back a week earlier. It looked and felt like my brand new car again. Thank you for keeping me updated daily on what you guys were doing on repairs. It made me feel happy with no stress. You guys are awesome!!

Had a wonderful experience with Service King after a cement truck sideswiped our car. Not only was it a quick turnaround for the overall process, but they made our new car look even more new after they were done with it! I’m impressed to say the least and they gave us the peace of mind that things can indeed be repaired back to their original factory condition. Great experience. Very professional and communicated with me very effectively and quickly. Kept me updated during the whole process and explained things that I didn’t understand. Really enjoyed the staff and received top notch service that I haven’t had before. Had to replace my bumper after being rear ended. I was worried the color/ paint job wouldn’t match my vehicle 100%. I was beyond surprised how AMAZING it looks. Matches perfectly and can’t even tell anything ever happened. Anxiety is gone because of the great work they put into my car. It was also surprisingly fast. Brought it in on Tuesday and got it back mid day on Friday. I was really excited about this! I would HIGHLY recommend this location/ company to fix your car. I will bring all my future issues back here because they know how to handle and fix my baby while providing the top notch customer service. I truly appreciate the work thank you Service King!
