Great experience here. Dylan pulled the codes for my car and quickly diagnosed the issue. He pointed me in the right direction with parts and after installation verified that the problem was fixed. Would absolutely recommend this location.

I’ve been there many times since they opened ,with a brand new building lots of nice parking. All the shelves are stocked full ,everything facing the same direction and they carry everything you need. The very best part about the Store is the guys are all knowledgeable and friendly ,if you don’t know the proper name of the part they don’t give you attitude they tell you the proper name so you’ll know the next time. Lovely Store ,has it all, super neat one of the best parts stores I’ve ever been to and I’m a car guy. I had a little trouble also with my car he let me borrow the OBD I plugged in to my car ,everything was downloaded , (they also have a battery tester and one of the gentlemen in the store his name is Sam was nice enough to show me how to use, it great people ) brought it back into the store and he printed all the information free of charge, why would you go to any other parts store. Bless them.

Drove 20 miles to get there. Called first and they said they had a hard to find part there. Waited 30 with no communication, while I guess they looked for it. They did not have it. The Worst. Them and Lakeway deserve each other.

I bought a battery and the staff members are supposed to help you install it but it didn't happened. I had bought batteries at other locations and they had helped me before.

The battery on my truck died on me. Sam quickly determined what battery I needed, explained the warranty to me, changed it out and had me quickly back on the road. Thanks, Sam!

I’m giving this two stars simply because of the service received. The store itself was great and clean. I went in to get a headlight and to have it installed. When I went in there was no other customers and from what I could tell at least two employees available. The attendant ( red headed guy) proceeded to tell me that he was the only desk man and that he couldn’t install my headlight until 12:30. It was 9:30/45. This wouldn’t matter much to me normally, however I live out in Spicewood pretty far and hanging around today was not an option for me. I asked if there was no possible way that he could just help me out and install the light really quick since there was in fact another employee in the store and no other customers. He was very annoyed but when he realized I wasn’t taking no for an answer he sighed and said let me find somebody really quick. He then let the other employee know he was changing my lightbulb and that he’d be right back. We went outside and it took him literally 2 minutes to change it and he was done. This is why I was put off by the whole situation. If it only took 2 minutes and it was a done deal, he spent more time trying to not do the job then just taking those two minutes to change it out. In that time there were no new customers that arrived and the other employee was able to man the floor perfectly fine. So why such a struggle. I understand that certain things can take time and sometimes there is not availability but this was neither of those things. It was pure laziness.

The store is absolutely terrible why the heck do you have a counter guy that whispers. Are company has a charge account but Alton could not find it nor help this store is a joke get better employees for crying out loud

They're not kind in this business. They're mean people. They sell you parts in poor condition and won't replace them. I've only had a bad experience at Lakeway. It's sad because it was my favorite shop.

Check engine light came on. A kind O'Reilly employee ran the code (for free) and gave me cost effective options to trouble shoot the issue before taking it in somewhere. His recommendations worked and my check engine light went off afterwards. Thank you for saving me a headache and my wallet!

The right part and pricing options are based on manufacture. I get my oil changed (all fluids) down the street and take care of the rest here. As i said, the right parts and a competitive price. Plus the store is clean! That's a big plus when I come in after work in my white-collar clothes. Thanks, OAP, keep it up!

I had the misfortune of a dead battery this afternoon in my Yukon just as my mother and I were to leave to go back to Southeast Texas. I called the O’Reilleys closest to my location and spoke with a young man who took my information and looked up my vehicle to see if they could change the battery for me. (These days, you have to have a complete tool kit to even change a battery!) Alton was so nice and helpful both on the phone and in person. We just can’t say enough about his personable demeanor and personality. Other customers that came up while he was changing our battery were also complimentary of him saying how helpful and pleasant he always is. He was very efficient despite injuring his finger while replacing the battery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store.

Ever been to an O’Reilly’s? If so, you’ll feel at home here. Very standard O’Reilly’s with a floor full of products, and a lot of the parts you need in the back. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Guy was kind at the front desk but seemed a little confused when I asked for a certain part. First he said they didn’t have it the he changed his mind. Finally found my part I was looking for. But sold me one too many so I have to come back and return the extra part.

Car would not start, so called a tow. The driver figured out it was a battery issue and suggested we try going to this O'Reilly where he said that if they had a battery, they would install it. So we called them, and Mark said they had the battery. The tow truck driver jump-started our car and then followed me to the O'Reilly shop to make sure I got there safely before driving on. At the store, I linked up with Mark who I paid and then he quickly pulled the battery onto a cart and took it to my car where he installed it. I was literally in and out of there in 10 mins with the problem solved. Fantastic service from the tow company and Mark at the O'Reilly store. Highly recommended.

I just had a really great experience with Alton there at Oreilly! He was extremely helpful in locating a part for an older Jag that was very difficult to isolate. No one else has been able to figure this out. This required a great deal of skill and knowledge and Im very thankful to know that he is there.

The staff at this store is courteous and extremely helpful. I needed to get a new battery and even though I had to wait due to a rush of other customers, they made sure I was comfortable. Even when a badly behaved customer complained about his wait (which was much shorter than mine), they continued to treat him kindly. This will be my go to auto parts store.

Had a dead battery issue, came in and got some jumper cables, came back in a little bit later and got a new battery and replacement. Super nice and super helpful people. Employee Chris was who I worked with. 5 out of 5 stars for this location.

My sister just moved to Austin and had an issue with her car. She asked the employee if he could check the codes and they replied “I don’t go outside to work on cars”. She said they’ve done it before and he replied “I don’t go outside, I don’t know why you’re continuing this conversation”.

Visited recently as this is a new location. Upon entering the store, I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help finding something. I did and a gentleman was happy to help me out. Employees were friendly and helpful! The store is very nice and clean as it's new. I'll be returning. Hopefully the customer service level stays the same! Keep it up!

This is a brand new location in my area. I've visited a few times within a week. On a couple of visits they did not have what I needed. But each time Ryan offered to order the items, which arrived the next day. Ryan is knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, and helpful. One thing I've noticed about new businesses; most start out doing a fantastic job. But then service levels taper off leaving only bad service or products. I've had a great experience so far. I'll see how things go over time. I hope they keep up the good work.
