He came over to me while I was crying and was incredibly kind and helpful. I was shaking and having a hard time with the keys and he offered to help me. He made me feel safe when I felt the complete opposite in that situation.
I could not thank him enough, truly. Thank you a million times for being there, and being calm with me, while I was a crying mess girl.

Had an incredible experience with this tow company! Manuel Arrived promptly was super friendly and helpful, Seemed to know the police officer that was present, And got my car up on the flatbed and record timing. I’ve never seen anything like it.
His professionalism, kindness and help was a huge relief after getting in a car accident.
I also called them and Jonathan picked up on the phone and was wonderful at getting me the information advice and help that I needed. If I ever need a tow in the future, these will be the first people that I call. Thank you!
Jackson delivered our new walk in cooler today and he was punctual, communicative and did an excellent job. When we were short of a strap to get the cooler in place with the forklift, he lent us his, and waited patiently for us. We really appreciated him.
Had a lot of good help from Rocha’s towing service. Needed to get my car out of an impound lot, and they were kind enough to meet exactly at the time we scheduled, and even stayed and waited when we had an issue so things took longer than expected. Thanks to David and the rest of the team at Rocha’s, will use again!

Efficient, effective service. Amy (on the phone) moved swiftly to get things moving. David (driver) went the extra mile to problem solve some unforseen issues with me on the phone while I was stuck at work. Also, I feel like the price was reasonable. I haven't paid for tows much, but I was expecting I higher number than what I paid, a pleasant surprise in a stressful situation.
FIVE stars for Jonathan (front desk) and an employee working in the back lot. I received so much compassion and offers of help while there collecting the personal effects from my son’s car, which had been totaled. My son will be ok but I was still a bit frazzled. These guys were so sweet and made this mom’s experience as pleasant as it could be, given the circumstances.
ONE star to the tow truck driver and the company manager. My son gave the driver the address of our body shop and asked that his car be taken there. This required payment up front, which my son agreed to. One of the officers on scene came over to talk to my son and, while they were talking, the car was towed off. It was taken directly to their impound lot, which we only discovered when our body shop called several hours later to let us know the car had not yet arrived. After three attempts to reach the company manager with no reply, our insurance took over the process for us.
I hope Rocha’s realizes how fortunate they are to have the two employees I mentioned above. These guys and their commitment to customer service are what keeps your business afloat.
Gerardo did an amazing job helping me out when in one of the most stressful events you can go through … an accident. He was able to help me with my tow and was super helpful with anything and everything I needed. Highly recommend him and this service!
Weather threw me a curveball and got my car in a rut. My emergency insurance service was nowhere to be found but Gilbert and Skippy came when I was giving up. Took great care of my car and had more than fair prices. 10/10 will recommend.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Rochas Towing. Upon retrieving the vehicle, we discovered that all personal items were stolen from inside. The vehicle was not adequately secured during the towing process and holding process, and it appears that there was a lapse in the company's security measures.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the company, there has been no satisfactory response or assistance provided. I hope this review serves as a warning to others about potential security concerns with this company. An apology would have made a world a difference instead they acted like it was none of their concern. Do better!!
On 6/18/24 my daughter Courtney was in a car accident off Slaughter Ln. and Brodie Ln. APD requested Rocha’s Towing Service to remove the car from the scene of the accident. We met Mr. Henry, the towing driver, he was very professional, he asked if Courtney was feeling fine, explained the paperwork, gave his business card, and said” everything is going to be alright!” His professionalism was outstanding!

Henry towed my car from an accident I was in. He was very polite, professional, and friendly! He helped me feel comfortable and safe. He could have just taken care of my car, but he gave me a ride to a safe place to wait for my ride home and explained what my next steps were with my car. Thanks Henry!

The delivery of my car was great! Gerardo B. was great. Very professional and explained what he was doing and delivered my car exactly where I needed it to work on later.
Me and my niece had to go to their daisy drive location in order to retrieve her car from their lot. We originally went to the Burleson and they directed us here, once we got here we rang the doorbell many many times, no answer. We called the other location and the number for this location and were just told a driver would be sent to us. We have been for more than 30 mins for someone to show and so far nothing. The Daisy Location is not managed, there is no one here and if there is they are obviously not prepared or wanting to do their job. I am writing this review on the floor of their porch as we wait to get our vehicle. We were not given an ETA just simply told a driver would get out here when they could. I am very upset with my experience with Rochas towing and will not recommend to anyone.
They also have no parking! Parked on the side or the road waiting in the hot sun
When we originally went to the Burleson location we were TOLD to come to the daisy location for our vehicle, very unprofessional to direct someone to a place where there is obviously no one working. Waste of time on our part having to sit here and wait because they were unprepared

We have used rochas for the past 14 years, before at our bmw shop and now for our ww2 themed mini golf course. They brought us out 1946 Willys Jeep and took special care of it in transport. Thanks again Rocha’s for the great customer service and timely transport?

I’ve used Rocha’s Towing on multiple occasions, both for an accident and a broken down car. The service from their drivers and office staff was great. Maggie was very helpful and understanding with me on the phone.
They Would Not Let Me Bring In My Truck To Get My Motorcycle, Which I Understand, But No One Offered To Help Me Roll It Out Of Yard (Which Is About 75 - 100ft). The Motorcycle Had A Bent Rim From An Accident. Some Workers Watched As I Dragged It Out And Never Offered To Help. I Was Able To Get It Half-way In The Truck When The Owner Of Mack's Towing Service Helped Me Get The Other Half in The Bed.
I was 2,000 miles from home and wrecked my bike in a strange city. When Manny from Rochas showed up he really helped me out and brainstormed options for me when I was in a rough place, giving me hope and even saving me money. I've dealt with many towing companys and never have I been towed by a more helpful and considerate person. If I'm ever in Austin again, I'd choose Rochas.
This past weekend our vehicle was vandalized in our apartment complex. They stole the "factory" rims and tires off of our Cadillac DTS. We called one towing company but no one was experienced. I gave Rocha's a ring and they sent DAVID SALAZAR out. He was absolutely great. This was a difficult tow due to the vehicle have no wheels. He managed to get the vehicle on the tow truck without damaging anything.It took lots of patience and not once did David get agitated with all the work that needed to be done to put the car on the tow truck. I would definitely recommend Rocha's Towing to everyone. Big Thanks to David S. for getting our vehicle to the Shop with no problem......
