Jackson delivered our new walk in cooler today and he was punctual, communicative and did an excellent job. When we were short of a strap to get the cooler in place with the forklift, he lent us his, and waited patiently for us. We really appreciated him.
Had a lot of good help from Rocha’s towing service. Needed to get my car out of an impound lot, and they were kind enough to meet exactly at the time we scheduled, and even stayed and waited when we had an issue so things took longer than expected. Efficient, effective service. Amy (on the phone) moved swiftly to get things moving. David (driver) went the extra mile to problem solve some unforseen issues with me on the phone while I was stuck at work. Also, I feel like the price was reasonable. I haven't paid for tows much, but I was expecting I higher number than what I paid, a pleasant surprise in a stressful situation.
Gerardo did an amazing job helping me out when in one of the most stressful events you can go through … an accident. He was able to help me with my tow and was super helpful with anything and everything I needed. Highly recommend him and this service!
Weather threw me a curveball and got my car in a rut. My emergency insurance service was nowhere to be found but Gilbert and Skippy came when I was giving up. Took great care of my car and had more than fair prices. 10/10 will recommend.
