This company was all about communication and they brought it home- I was told I would have a driver at my place in 28 minutes and sure, enough - they were there in 25. They called me after Daniel left to make sure I was happy. They hit all the marks.
Helpful, friendly and polite staff provide quick roadside assistance through AAA. -- ** VINCENT ** did just that, and also diagnosed the problem of my mother's car not starting right there in the parking lot! We avoided towing the car to the garage and drove back home! Thank you so much!!!

Took my friend here on a Sunday to get her belongings out of her car which was towed after an accident. The sign on the front of the building says they are open Sundays. We called the number as instructed on the sign. The guy who answered put my friend on hold for 30 minutes. Finally, she hung up and called back, and the guy cut her off as she was explaining she needed to get her things and just said “Tuesday 8-5” and hung up. She was able to get her things Tuesday, but don’t trust the hours on the sign, you are not actually able to access your car when it says.
Had a flat tire and one of their men, Moh was his name, came out and had my spare put on so quick! Very nice man and did well improvising when I didn’t have the tools to get my spare out from under my car

I had the best experience with Rene from Armada towing. He had to hook my car up in the rain and still had the greatest attitude. He was very communicative and showed up right when he said he would. He was seriously the nicest person. It’s rare to meet someone so professional, patient, and kind all at once. I truly appreciate his help and would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of a tow.
John at Armada Towing totally saved us tonight. My son had hit a pothole and had a total blowout. It was after 8pm on a Saturday night and we needed to get the spare tire onto the car so that we could move it off the road and then get an early start on a road trip in the morning. I called Armada and began texting with them. John said he would be to us in 21 minutes and arrived exactly on time. We had tried to get the tire off so it was falling off and the car was almost touching the ground. He had to problem solve the situation in near darkness and on a slight incline. He was able to quickly figure out a solution and get the tire off. Then he made sure to check the air pressure in our spare tire before putting it on the car. He had us on our way in minutes! What an unexpectedly pleasant and easy experience! Thank you, Armada!
I had a flat tire and used AAA to call a tow to get my car to the dealership. Bilal with Armada Towing showed up and he was so helpful! I was in a tough position with my car (as the tire had completely come off my wheel). He helped advise on how to get my car onto the tow truck without hurting the wheel. Everything worked out perfectly and it was a smooth trip to the dealership. Highly recommend!
I had run over a curb pretty badly, and Joseph showed up to help me. He was very helpful, and walked me through how to get the car unstuck with his assistance. He's a cool person, and was a big help.

I sent a request through AAA and immediately Armada responded. They texted me with a nice greeting and gave me a ETA . That ETA came quicker then expected and Karam was very professional friendly and went the extra mile to give me fyi on parking my Truck on a slanted driveway. Armada towing did an excellent job. Larry arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job transporting my vehicle to Lambs to get it looked at after my battery died at the UPS distribution facility.
I would highly recommend Armada Towing Services. We were traveling from Galveston back home, about 7 hours away, and our car broke down right as we got to Austin. The roadside assistance that we had through our insurance took multiple hours to respond to our call and get someone to come help up, and then we had to have them call a tow truck because we couldn’t get the car to start again. Their dispatcher told us the tow truck would be there in 40-90 minutes, and then twenty minutes later they gave us an update pushing back the time to 90-120 minutes. We decided to call Armada, and they had a driver and truck out to us within about 20 minutes. They towed our car to their lot and kept it overnight, and we showed up in the morning. The worker at the window was more helpful and polite than other towing services we’ve talked to, and we waited again for the insurance towing company to show up to grab our car from Armada’s lot (50-90 minutes was the timeframe this time). Michael, the owner, spoke with us and was extremely helpful. He knew that we were waiting for a truck to come get our car, and went out of his way to recommend a mechanic and help tow our car to the shop to get it diagnosed. I couldn’t have asked for better service and again we are extremely grateful for Armada’s and especially Michael’s help.
My car wouldn’t turn on and the battery seemed like it was dead, but the technician John Contreras came out and found the real problem, my battery terminals had snapped due to corrosion. He took the extra time to make sure it was taken care of and I was on my way. Never before have I had a roadside guy take out that much time and energy into making sure I was able to get my car working. Most would have told me I’m gonna need to go to a shop, not this guy; he is truly an asset to that company. New found respect for Armada Towing for this one!
I’ve been using AAA often lately for key lockout services and I love how Quick Armada is. They’re here in 15 minutes & all of the staff is always very friendly! If you need quick and efficient service, then look no further.
I had Sanchez tow my car and he was incredible. He was headed my way in a timely matter. I waited 25 minutes top. It’s rare that you find a company that listens to your wants.!!! Thank you and I will be using y’all again!!
We had a check engine light on our car - we have AAA and decided to get the car towed to play it safe. TL;DR -- Armada was dispatched, crashed our car into a cement median and refused to provide insurance information. Our car had over $20,000 in damage, and was totaled. No apology or explanation, and no help from them.
The tow driver showed up and took some time to get the car hooked up. About 10 minutes after leaving our house, he simply called my wife and said "I crashed your car". Apparently he took a corner too fast, the car wasn't fully secured to the tow truck, came off and smashed into a cement median.
They used a flat bed tow truck to return the car to our home. It took them over 40 minutes to get it off the truck, because the front left tire was smashed in and the wheels didn't even roll. The car was completely un-drivable.
We called the office, and they refused to provide their insurance info. They said we had to file with AAA. We called AAA, and they said that they don't provide their insurance, Armada is a contractor, and we needed to sort it directly or take them to court. We went back and forth for many calls. Armada said we needed to get 2 quotes. Keep in mind - this isn't a scratch on the bumper, the car is inoperable. We had AAA tow it to a reputable shop -- They asked who would be paying, and needed that info before begging to work on the car. You can't just provide a quote for this level of damage. The car needed to be pulled apart, each piece cataloged, a suspension expert needed to review it, and then a quote can be provided. Shops don't do this for free, and someone needed to take financial responsibility. Armada refused to do this (and their insurance company certainly doesn't review all tapes as they mentioned in a response to another review). We had to file a claim with our own insurance.
Overall, the Armada team was unhelpful, never apologized and refused to provide insurance info. They literally totaled our car, that was completely operational and in great shape other than a simple check engine light. It also seems like they have a process for these issues, as I see they claim other customers are rude in their responses. They said the same of us to AAA. Despite them completely destroying our car with no apology or empathy, we were quite nice to them. They were unwilling to help, and apparently told AAA that they'd repair the car themselves at their "sister shop" which has no web presence or reviews, and no known certifications or validation of their work. Given the extensive structural damage, suspension damage, and the car no longer being operable, we needed to ensure we had a well reviewed certified body shop do the work. However, given the repairs were over $20,000, we had to total the car. We had gotten the car completely detailed and paint correction done a couple months prior to this. The body was in great shape when we handed the car over to Armada. We don't know what they did to it, but there were scratches all over every side of the car when we got it back.
Unfortunately, given their inability to drive a tow truck, their rude and unhelpful staff, and their combative nature when one of their employees made a huge mistake, we cannot recommend this business.
I recently worked with Armada Towing Service through AAA and had a great experience each time. The driver's, Fashim & Joseph, were extremely professional and helpful during the process and made everything easier during this time I was having car issues. The service was quick and the team was very communicative with updates. Recommend using Armada if needed.

On 5/18 my husband was stranded on 140 toll road south of 45 toll road Pflugerville. We have 200 mile coverageEven with AAA they wanted to charge $1200 then down to $500 and charge AAA difference. AAA said we owed 0. But Armada Towing wouldn't budge. We got someone else from Dallas, TX to come down and saved the $1200. Don't trust Armada Towing. My husband is a AAA member and AAA uses the membership NOT the vehicle. Finally, FRIENDSHIP is golden. For what its worth it.
Polite and very professional. If I ever opened up a place, the setup would be just like this. My friend had a horrible accident, and he had no issues accessing his belongings. Can't be mad at a place for doing their job.
I was rear ended by one of the Armada Towing trucks. When I got out of the car to discuss with the driver the driver made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was adamant that I not tell the company because he was worried about his job. He said that he would pay for it himself and refused to give me their business insurance information. I was 5 months pregnant during this interaction and was getting increasingly uncomfortable with the interaction and did not want to stay with the employee being as irritated as he was. I should have called the cops in that moment but was not able to think it through in the moment. I got the drivers phone number, drivers license and the information on the car. I got a quote for the damage which was over $3K. The driver said he would not be able to pay that out of pocket so I went through the phone number online. They refused to provide their insurance information and when I kept calling trying to find someone new to talk to I was yelled at and told that the only way to get my car fixed was to bring it into their shop. I told him their driver already made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't trust that they would fix my car. He proceeded to yell at me until I just hung up. I ended up going through my own insurance and just asking that Armada pay the deductible. I proceeded to be yelled at time and time again when I called to follow up. Meanwhile the driver is still promising me that they will pay the deductible. I gave up since this was a tough interaction ever time I called and my insurance started following up. I never got them to pay the deductible. It was a horrible interaction that left me scared and out significant money when their driver was very clearly at fault. I would not recommend working with this group if this is how they handle the mistakes they make.
I am not able to reply to the companies reply but I can provide plenty of evidence that my insurance company reached out to them. Their statement in their response is false.
Wow... what a disappointment this whole adventure with Armada was. I specifically requested a flatbed for my tow. All texts and communication confirmed a flatbed would be dispatched to my location. Communication from their drivers was horrid. The first one I spoke to tried really hard not to come, insisting that I could put the donut on my car and it would be fine. When he did show up, he basically had a hissy fit when I told him he would not be taking my car as he did not have a flatbed for the tow. He had a wheel lift tow truck.... which was not what was specifically requested.
I called in to follow up and see if a flatbed would be dispatched. I was hung up on immediately. So I called back, which was my mistake. I should have cancelled from there. When I got through, I was assured the driver of a flatbed would be calling me soon. No call was ever received.
I ended up calling my car dealership and asking who they recommended. They recommended Harper Towing. Harper was to my car in 20 minutes. I will NEVER be using Armada towing again and suggest you don't either. Harper Towing was professional courteous, as well as extremely timely! And they came in $50 cheaper than Armada.
We are from out of state visiting our daughter and her car overheated so we called AAA and they contacted Armada for us. It only took about 20-30 minutes for Cedric to arrive and he was very helpful and kind, in fact he helped with some other automotive questions I had. Then two days later the car overheated again, after I thought I had it fixed, so Armada was called upon again! This time Carlos came and was really helpful and kind too. We are very appreciative of Armada and both of these gentlemen who put our minds at ease in two very stressful situations.
Vincent came to tow my truck very quickly on a Monday night around 10:30 p.m. and he even took a look at my engine and showed me what went wrong. He towed the truck to a mechanic and dropped the keys off for me, saving me valuable time! He sent a text with a photo once he dropped my truck off. Highly recommend! Vincent went above and beyond the call of duty.
Carlos helped me with my tow today after my serpentine belt broke. All I’ve got to say is simply amazing service! Very knowledgeable and very polite. Helped every step of the way. Incredibly grateful AAA set me up with Armada!

I had a situation arise and had to call AAA for a tow. The driver that arrived from Armada was super professional and very comforting. His truck was clean and his demeanor was perfect. Joseph M. was the epitome of customer service. He was communicative and kept me updated through the whole process. We even had a situation arise where he could not get into the repair facility where he was supposed to drop my Jeep. Together, we brainstormed solutions and we were able to solve the issue.
