Long overdue but if I could give 10 stars I would!! Angel was my driver and helped so much, as my car was in lockout and unable to move he was able to load it on the truck to bring to the auto shop. He called & sent me pictures through the whole process as I was unable to be there. Affordable for Austin towing and very quick as well I think the whole process only took about 2 hours from calling to order a lift to them dropping my car off at the location, couldn’t recommend any higher :)
Not a 24-hour service. Called at 10:30 on a weeknight. Nobody answered. Tried the number on their website. Nobody answered. I was stranded on the side of the road.
My driver Angel was great ! I didn’t have to wait long at all he was very quick to get to where I was at. He got me and my car home safely and at a great rate I highly recommend this tow company if you ever need a tow in Austin!
Had my car died on me on 183 cops gave me a ride to work didn't even let me get my car fixed. All it needed was a new battery they had it towed , right away which came out to $260 oh but the kicker is for them to move it from their yard to the front they charge you $100. So the ride and supposedly help from the Austin Police cost me $360 so word of advice don't get stranded in Austin and if you do move quickly so you don't get towed costs you a pretty good penny.
Marissa was outstanding! They didnt even have my car on their lot but went the extra mile to help me locate its whereabouts and even texted me the name, address and number of the towing company that had it. All of this was done after busi ess hiurs as they were closing for the day on a Saturday! What exceptional customer service during a very chaotic personal time within my family! Thank you so much EZ/Denver Towing!
My mother in law was involved in a motor accident in which EZ tow took care of the towing of my vehicle. I came to pick up her belongings and Marissa was so helpful in answering all of my questions. She was very professional.
I did not need a towing service. But I met one of their drivers in a parking lot.
If you every need something towed.... ask for Phil. He will do a kick ass job, with only one leg.

I recently was in need of their services and visited the 1830 Oak Hill Ln location to pick up my vehicle. As I assumed the line had many patrons also waiting. Surprisingly, Marissa the manager/attendant was extremely cordial, professional and expedited our requests at a pace I'd never expected. I've dealt w toe yards before and was always a multiple hour wait. Marissa made the experience easy and answered all questions w no hesitation.
EZ Tow helped us out at a time when we really needed it. After my daughter was in a four car accident on I-35, they came out and towed the undriveable car to their Oak Hill location. She was able to access the car to clear it and then it was released to a business who will repair or total the car. I had trouble getting through to our insurance carrier to find out if it had been picked up, but a quick call to EZ Tow gave me all the info I needed. They were very easy to reach and very responsive! Thanks to all who work here!
Everything about being in accident is nerve wrecking but Mike from ez tow was so calm and informative when he showed up to tow my not-drivable car. He instantly asked about me and my son’s well being before anything else.
When I called back for the info that my insurance was asking for, Emilio was so helpful and calm as well.
Joseph was there in less than an hour after I called and was incredibly helpful! EZ Tow was flexible with me and had fair prices given the area. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed!
This is a Great Company. My car was hit in the back by another vehicle on I35 S. Danny was the driver that came out to tow my vehicle. He was Awesome, he was very kind and patient and talked to me to help calm me.

Marissa was quick to answer my call which was welcome after my first call to another towing company answered with a recorded message asking me to leave a voicemail. She was efficient & professional.
Joseph was the driver who made contact with us, was quick to arrive & was a pro at getting our car lifted and on to the wrecker and also threading a tight entry into a bay at our mechanics place.

My daughter was in a collision and EZ towing was used by law enforcement. I initially called and spoke to Marisa. She was EXTREAMLY nice/friendly. She was knowledgeable and guided me.
I got to the facility and again dealt with Marisa, all I can say is she was just a VERY nice person. I was able to search the car for a phone, but could not locate it.
I want back the next day and Marisa was her nice cheery self. Mike was also there and nice and helpful. I finally located the phone in the car.

I just had the most AMAZING experience with Cody today! He was driving by and saw that I needed help and mentioned that his company works with Austin PD and how it would work if he helped me instead of waiting for an hour for my insurance to get me a tow. He was quick to get my immobile car off the road and one extremely important thing to note was that he made me feel extremely comfortable and safe which was a huge deal considering I’m a young girl stranded with my friend. Highly recommend this company and if you get the chance to get Cody, you’re in great hands!

Marissa was super sweet, helpful, and compassionate with all my questions and concerns over multiple days of having to go back and forth to my car. The customer support Marissa provided helped ease the shock of the accident and I'm grateful for her kindness and realness of the situation while I sorted things out.
Cody did an AMAZING job and was SUPER careful with my Mercedes S550 Coupe! This car is really low to the ground and he got it on and off the tow bed without a scratch! Ask for him if you ever call EZ Tow!
Had a great experience with this company when I had a collision on I35 in Austin. I forgot his name (Hispanic gentleman) but he was so helpful and sympathetic to our situation. He gave us advice and he was so polite. I think his boss should take him out to lunch! He deserves it for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Was in a bad accident, my car was beyond repair and I was in shock from the accident. The man who got towed my car was very calm and made me feel much better just by making light conversation. After putting my car on the tow truck to be hauled away he was kind enough to offer me a ride down the street to my apartments. He allowed me to get all the important things out of the car. I was treated with respect and compassion given my situation. Also I needed to retrieve my garage door opener from my car the next day and he drove down the the lot where my car was and he was extremely nice and let me get it out the car. Extremely professional and I felt like they actually cared. THANK YOU!!!
I had to get my car towed after i was rear ended, this company was unprofessional in how they handled my property. My car has white leather seats and i take very good care of my car. If you do not want mechanics grease wiped all over your car then steer away from this place. They have no regards for your property and will not take care of it. I wish i could give them 0 stars. I gave them a chance by calling and talking to Marissa if they payed for the cleaning fee or apologized i would have been okay with that but they just said that i should wash it myself and not expect it to not have grease all over just like any other towing place. Here are the pictures its ridiculous and not acceptable.
So grateful for this company. Angel arrived on the scene and was courteous and empathetic as well as patient and helpful. A very nice, hard working man! Truly appreciated talking to him! Great service from Andy who was literally there in minutes. He determined he would need a bigger truck I had a 23,000 lbs vehicle stuck in very soft sand. He said he didn’t know if his biggest truck would get us out. He got Angel and the bigger truck out, who was polite and very professional in about 45 minutes. Angel was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. It took about 30 minutes and stayed helping me get to a safe spot. I knew this would be expensive but well worth. The previous vehicle I had towed, which was 38 feet and burned completely to the frame cost $4000 to have the removed off the highway in Idaho. Other companies I called had told me it would be 24 hours. Andy and Angel got me out in about 90 minutes. Well done guys! I highly recommend them. I was impressed how professional looking they were, clean uniforms, which is a difficult to do, towing is a dirty job.
