PEDDLE IS AMAZING!! I highly recommend them. From start to finish this was the easiest and smoothest process I've ever experienced. I answered a few questions online about my vehicle, and received a quote that was considerably higher than the others within seconds. Once I accepted the quote, I was prompted to schedule the pickup, which was as soon as the very next day. I was contacted when the Driver was on his way which was right in the middle of the window I scheduled. The driver was extremely nice, as he checked that the condition was as I reported. Then he wrote out a check for the quoted amount (without any haggling or hesitation,) there on the spot and that was that! I never even had to speak to anyone besides him. The couple questions I had were easily located in their thorough, but direct Q&A. The whole time I was thinking this is to good to be true, what's the catch? But, there never was one!! They have an A+ in my book for sure!⭐⭐
Excellent and very fast. The same afternoon as a matter of fact. It is super important to ensure you have a copy of the title to transfer it. The tow that came to pick up the car had us sign it over and he handed us the check and told us where we could cash it right then. Nothing out of pocket. Super easy.
Scheduled pickup for 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and took off from work for the pickup window. I spoke with the pickup person at Film Auto Group at 10:30am who told me the tow truck would be there shortly. We clarified the details that the vehicle needs 3 new tires, 1 of which will not hold any air. The vehicle starts and runs without any transmission or engine problems. The vehicle can be driven slowly in a parking lot on the flat tire. I sent additional pictures he requested through text and he approved the Peddle price of $1,000.
At 3:30pm, I call Film Auto Group and he says he meant to call me because the tow truck driver said there was too much traffic and went home early. I wasted my entire day sitting in front of the TireShop waiting for them.
Rescheduled for the next day 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. I had to take off from work again to meet them. Tow truck came at 9:15 and texted me before hand. They looked at vehicle and reduced payment from $1,000 to $580 and stated the vehicle "does not start and drive". This vehicle was running and the tow truck driver commented at how perfect the engine idled with 73k miles, and how cold the AC was"
Then the tow truck driver drove the car in the parking lot then all the way up on the flat bed tow truck.
At this point, I had to accept the $580. I could not afford to take more time off of work to deal with this or leave the vehicle parked in front of the TireShop.
A blank Bill of Sale was texted to me to fill out myself on my smartphone. I had to download and buy Adobe PDF app and type it myself on smartphone. I was expecting one to be printed for me to simply sign a bill of sale and give them my signed title.
Very disappointed with the experience and communication. A price 40% lower than Peddle agreed to, and I agreed on with the independent 3rd party, after exchanging text message photos, and the amount of time spent coordinating tow truck pickup, I could have sold it to the local scrap yard with no headaches without missing work instead.
Even the tow truck driver said this was a ridiculously low offer from the vendor and recommended selling it on Facebook.
If Film Auto Group was clear that they were not interested in the vehicle as is unless they could test drive it on the highway or they would reduce the price, then I would have cancelled the Peddle offer without losing 2 days of work waiting on the tow truck or lost money on the sale.
If I wasn't so exhausted and frustrated at the time of the offer change without the pressure from the buyer to accept that lower offer and the pressure from the tow truck driver to start loading the vehicle, I would have, and should have told the tow truck to cancel the pickup and let me keep my vehicle.
I'd give Peddle 2 star reviews because they did pick up the vehicle and send payment through Zelle. However, I would never recommend this business to anyone due to the frustrations, poor communication and last minute price change.
After thoroughly reading the other low reviews, I believe this company behavior is common practice and will be investigated.
After contacting the company, I was only able to talk to a Chat Robot, clearly just an AI bot, not a person.
Complete scam. My niece received an offer from peddle and they set up a company to come and pick up the car. The towing company was a no-show after she waited 5 hours. Come to find out the company peddle contracted has dozens of one star reviews for doing the same thing. She contacted peddle again and now they are a offering half the first offer. What’s worse is they told her to have the title notarized with their name on the title. Complete scam to get the title in their name and to offer half the price. Clearly they are preying on desperate people.
Better than Copart/cashforcars.com. After a frustrating and unsuccessful experience with the previous company, I tried peddle.com. Their process was quick and painless, and I was able to set up a pickup window for between 3pm and 8pm the same day. I have no problem with the experience up until that point. However, the towing company has a huge impact on the experience, and I feel like they are not at all accountable to peddle.com, and peddle.com doesn't have enough control over who they contract with. There was zero communication from the towing company after their initial request for documentation. I had to initiate all communication, with little to no useful information, right up until they arrived, 50 minutes after their 5-hour pickup window had expired. That left me with a bad taste in my mouth for both companies. However, peddle.com came through in the end, and the offer was higher than the one I received from Copart.
The Peddle process couldn’t have been easier. I was originally going to sell to another company but that fell through since they didn’t do pickup. I saw Peddle on line and tried them out. The whole process only took a few minutes from providing information on the car — a 2003 Toyota Corolla that didn’t pass MA inspection due to excessive rust— to scheduling the pickup. The driver arrived early in the 5 hour time window which was nice and I received payment and the car was tow away within minutes. I highly recommend Peddle.
Scam company. Our car was wrecked in an accident and was towed . I went online and saw a company called Peddle that will buy cars in all kinds of conditions. I called them and they said they can give me a quote on the phone just answer the questions about the car. OK , so I answered all the questions honestly and even offered to send them pictures I took of the car at the accident scene. The Peddle rep. said that pictures would not be necessary and did not want them. I said that I wanted a solid quote and heard that offers are can be reduced at the time to pick up the car. I was assured by the Peddle rep. that if I they find the response to his questions were correct, then my quote for $1200 would be honored and I would receive a check for that amount. I was NEVER asked if the car would start and if asked I would of said I don’t know, because car was towed away. I answered ALL his questions honestly and I believe I even offered extra details like windshield was broken and air bags deployed. I decided to accept the offer because it seemed fair and reassured that Peddle would make this process quick and gave me instructions in text with my quote. When they came to get the car the offer was changed to $700. Exactly my fear that I expressed to the Peddle rep.. I was told the car must be able to start and run for the quote to be honored at $1200. There it was the typical lowball or as some call it a bait and switch tactic. Of course, I complained at time of the sale and tow driver texted them but offer remained. I felt trapped to accept offer. This is what they did to me and it is not honest if you quote high to just bait the customer and he stops shopping other competitors. I looked at the BBB and read other complaints, which were numerous, so I am not the only one who got a reduced quote. I did my part and trusted if I did exactly what they required for the quoting process. Do not use this company because they do not deserve your patronage. They are insulting me offering $50 after cheating me out of $500. They said I did not have to take the new offer of $700, so that was their response. I could start over with another company and have pay more money in daily lot fees from tow yard. They KNOW that they have the advantage. The pattern they do here is if you keep complaining the max offer is $150 refund which was my only option so they did send me that and said they wanted their customers to be happy. The Peddle rep. I complained to said now you got a total of $850 and that ain’t bad. To me it means I still lost $350 to them because they over quote and just make up a reason why to give you less. I told them that the fair and original $1200 was really the correct solution. I told them I would write a negative review and that did not seem to be important to them, so as I kept my promise, here it is and I hope if you read this you DO NOT choose Peddle to sell your car.
This company was so quick with a response and very professional with how you set up the tow and the tow company that they dealt with was very communicative. As soon as the driver got out of the truck he handed me my check barely 24 hours from accepting the offer to my car being picked up. Great experience
Great experience with peddle! Easy online offer and on the day of pickup, I was scheduled for 11am-3pm but wanted something earlier and nothing was available to book. Luckily the tow truck driver called me around 9am and said that he was in the area and could pick up the car now if I was available. I agreed, he was here within 10 minutes looked at my car took a few pictures and started it. He wrote my check out for the exact quote online, no hassles and such a quick process. I cashed the check that day and deposited into my account. I would definitely recommend! I’ve seen a few bad reviews online and that is unfortunate of their experience. I was 100% satisfied with my Peddle experience. My Prius was 15 years old, had 216,000 miles on it, wouldn’t drive , and the hybrid battery was dead. They had to tow it. Yet they happily took my car and paid a higher amount than I expected. The check cleared my bank after a 5-day hold (standard) and they helped me finalize the sale with DMV. I’m not a naturally trusting person, yet this experience was phenomenal! I would do it all over again.
All in all this was a very good experience for me - I consulted three or maybe 4 services and Peddle gave the highest price, AND was also one of the ones that would do an on-site pickup. The platform was intuitive and streamlined, and communication was great before the pickup. Now - a few things, what I hadn't realized, I think this is correct, Peddle is not buying your car, they are a sort of middle-man or matchmaker, as I understand it the local pickup company is the actual buyer. And from what I've heard they have a lot of discretion about honoring the Peddle offer, or not. I had a mixed experience here - the tow service was a bit sketchy I thought, with lousy communication, and late. But they did come on the appointed day, if late, and the driver was terrific I must say - asked a simple question or two , gave me the check, put car on flatbed and off he went - no inspecting and renegotiating the price or anything. So all in all I think a lot of the Peddle experience is dependent on your local 'tow service,' which again I think is the actual buyer. It can go great, bad or in between. I only knocked off a star because I thought they were a bit sketchy, but like I said the actual pickup dude was great. I'd use Peddle again certainly.

Got a sweet offer and prompt , efficient pickup - Omar (driver from a local tow company ) was awesome and very helpful. Within maybe 20 minutes I waved goodbye to my old ride with a fat check in hand. Peddle ROCKS!
I got quotes from 4 or 5 different places. Peddle had the best offer and the process was super simple. I accepted the offer. They picked up the car the next day and gave me a check that matched the online offer. I deposited the check over a week ago and all is good!

The Peddle offer was the highest I received, and the entire process went smoothly despite a brief moment of uncertainty where the driver of the tow truck grabbed the check back from my hand and told me "they don't want the vehicle anymore" and then a few second later told me "Yes, they want the vehicle now".

The process was incredibly easy. I answered some questions about the vehicle and got an offer. After accepting, the pick-up was scheduled without any problems. The driver was punctual, and the entire transaction took less than ten minutes. The car had been unused for a few years, and we didn't have the resources to repair it. I would highly recommend Peddle and would use them again.
I received an offer on my jeep through the site and had it scheduled for pickup two days later. The driver came on time and I was constantly informed of the ETA. Quick easy way to sell my car. I am in GA I highly recommend this company.
Peddle was recommended to us by a car salesman. We had a Ford Escape that had a check engine light and it was going to cost us more than the vehicle was worth to fix the issues. I went on Peddles website and put in all the vehicle and was quoted $950 which I think is a win win. We get something for the car, they pick up for free and they turn around and part it out for a nice profit.
Peddle contracts out to local tow companies. I put in for the 7am-11am. Ours came at around 10:45. They asked what was wrong with it and inspected it quickly and then drove it onto the flatbed. They issued me a check for the exact amount in the offer.
Do you get top dollar with Peddle? I can't say for sure. I thought the offer was fair and the process was extremely easy and they came and picked it up. I would recommend Peddle to anyone needing to scrap a car.
Just sold a 2011 Lincoln Navigator and the process was super easy. Got the quote over the phone and it was picked up the next business day. No hassle and they offered more money than the other companies. Would use again if I ever need to sell my car quickly.
I had a blown engine in my 2013 Subaru. My mechanic said I should not put any more money into my 258,000 mile car. I found Peddle on facebook and it had good reviews so I took a chance. I contacted them with my car information one day, they gave me an immediate quote and came to get it the next day. They paid $685 in a check when they picked up the car. It was seamless! I've told everyone I know to give them a call if their car is not worth spending serious money on. They walked me through every step of the way including how to transfer the title. I'm very happy with this outcome. I highly recommend!!
I am rating my experience with Peddle as one star. Unfortunately, I won't be using your services again. In hindsight, I believe I could have received a better offer if I had chosen to wait and work with a local provider.
Additionally, I noticed a change in your offer when the team arrived to pick up the truck. If images were required before making an official offer, that requirement should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Text messages and Emails stating my offer was $465 in which I had another offer who saw the vehicle offer $450 I went with the bigger offer. Only to receive $350 for a minor Crack on the windshield. Before making Initial offers please get photos before that way customers like myself don't lose out on $100 because the offer changed from a few pictures. After tow company does pickup. I was pretty clear when filling the form out online. If there was an option to add pics here I would share the texts and emails assuring my offer. P.S I see other people adding pictures I can't seem to figure it out.

I thought this was bs at first, then I did some research online at the Better Business Bureau and found it was a legit company.
The process was quick and easy, I told them what was wrong with my car (the transmission at that!), and they gave me an offer. They actually offered me more than anyone else, including casforcars. The offer was actually close to what carfax was telling me was my trade in offer (when the car had no problems).
HOWEVER, the only complaint I have is that it took them 2-3 days to come pick up my car because the drivers that they have working with them. My advice to anyone selling their car is to do it, BUT request IAA send someone to come pick up their car. They seem like the only real, legit tow truck company. The other people they partner with are just guys that have tow trucks, they were not reliable at all.
Easy and simple process. The amount on the check was the same as they offered. The tow driver came and left withing 15 minutes. Peddle was great. A big thank u to my 06 Toyota Corolla for giving us the best 19 years any car has given us. Im gonna miss ya
I didn't know what to expect. Being my first time doing a transactions like this. Everything went smooth and easy. From the quote, to pickup, to receiving payment. The tow driver was able to come earlier then scheduled. He was very pleasant and professional. Then I was able to go straight to DMV and turn the tags in. All this before 9am. Great experience , 5 star's and 2 thumbs up.
I had a good experience with them. The customer service was very nice and they did a great job working with me. I would recommend people to work with them if they are trying to get rid of an old car. Even tho I'm going to miss my car a lot.
I live in Michigan and researched to find a place to sell my daughter's car in Atlanta and it was Peddle. The amount was great compared to other places. They came a little later than what they said but was responsive when we called. Thank you I would use again..
This company was very professional and straightforward. They made me an offer I accepted it they came when someone was going to be there and picked the truck up. Very simple and very stress-free. I called several places and Peddle offered more than anyone else. I recommend Peddle if you have a vehicle you don't want any longer and you just want to get rid of it and put some money in your pocket.
My experience with peddle was really good. At first, I needed more documents for my title and they were super helpful explaining exactly what I needed and why. Once I got those documents, I was able to get a new offer, make sure the documents were approved, and schedule a pickup. There was two specific support agents that really helped, Micah and Erica. They helped me get my documents in for review and updated me on when everything was squared away for the sale. Then, the pickup process was great. The tow driver was quick, kind, and professional. They took the vehicle and handed my check over!
Also, my car would turn on but not run, so I felt at a dead end. Thankfully I found peddle and could secure some cash for it.

After a few delays( sorta expected due to the hurricane) our came your pickup driver. He was so exceedingly polite and left a great taste in my mouth for your company. He didn’t even want me to start the car when I offered.
