Quality Auto Parts was great to work with. I had been trying to find a speedometer cluster for my wife's Grandfather's 1960 Ford F-100 for several years. I had recently restored it and spent several years looking for a speedometer that worked. I came across Quality Auto Parts and reached out to them. Was very impressed that they were able to find and deliver an engine for my 1993 Geo Tracker, and it was not overly priced. The issues that I had with it was it would have added value to the service had they included a spec sheet with it- that had what vehicle model and year it came from, the mileage on it, and if it had been original vehicle engine or already been used as a replacement in another vehicle and if it had been degreased, but neither of these concerns are not a detractor from the fact that they got one and it did not require any major work before dropping it into my Tracker and driving it. I will definitely go to them if ever I need another engine.

I'm not one to write reviews on customer service but in this instance Quality Auto Parts deserves a mention. They have a first rate crew. They work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm impressed with their after purchase follow up. That signifies the company values quality control and customer satisfaction. A lot of online organizations will make the sale and move on to the next transaction and customer. I highly recommend Quality Auto Parts. I also would like to give a special shout out to Nash. Thanks for all of your help.

For over a month I was lied to by this company. The day I ordered my part they said they had it in stock and it would be shipped out in 3 to 5 business days. Over a month later I finally got my money back after being lied to several times. First they said they had the part but they didn’t. They said they shipped my part out but could not give me a tracking number due to their warehouses computers being down. I waited for a week looking for my driveshaft to come in. When I called back and asked where it was they stated that they were sorry but it did not ship out. When I got angry with them they change their story and said that the part did ship out but it was damaged in shipping and it was sent back to them. They then promised me on two separate occasions that they would have my parts shipped out the next day. Neither one of those lies or true. Then finally they told me that they guarantee my part would ship out in two days. Another lie. They kept trying to offer me $40 and then $50 and then finally $100 for my inconvenience. I told him I wanted $150 for my inconvenience and for the lies they had told. The Management told me that he would send me my $150 once they shipped the part to me. But then they came back and said nope we’re going to give you your money back but no money for the inconvenience because we didn’t actually sell your part. This company is nothing more than a broker house. They don’t have the parts or they might have a few parts. Once you order your part from them and give them your money they then go out and find the part by it and then ship it to you. I will never ever do business with this company again. Look at their Better Business Bureau rating and you will see this was not an isolated event. This is an every day occurrence. The ladies name was Linda that called me every day and told me how my part was coming the next day and they’re working hard on it to get it to me. You could tell she did not want to have to tell me a lie after lie. At the upper management probably forced her into saying it because they’re cowards and did not want to talk to me. Please stay away from this company for your oversight. I have kept all of the Texts and emails to prove what I’m saying is true. This company is pathetic and doesn’t know the truth if it hit him in the face. All they had to do was be truthful.

Firstly you need to go read their reviews from yelp and go to their BBB complaints. Not sure where these google reviews are coming from but they are the complete opposite of YELP. Google go figure...... From my vantage point this has all the hallmarks of an identity theft operation. They quoted me $350 for a used hood delivered to my door which was too good to be true, but I thought what the heck I will give it a try. The story goes downhill from here. Several caution flags along the way were ignored and I continued to play the game hoping I was just being overly-cautious and perhaps stereotyping a bit as well. They insisted that I call them when I received the payment link and I did not because I was suspect of giving them my card information over the phone. This angered the fellow but it was too late I had already paid which shut him down. After making payment I received an email asking me to please send "fodocopy" of my drivers license. This was a bridge too far and I said absolutely NO WAY. One hour later they cancelled my order without a refund. I have notified my cc company of this matter and will await outcome but this is not a legit business let me assure you. STAY AWAY.

I live in Toronto and I have an '09 Hyundai Genesis 4.6L, V8. The car has been a beast and I currently have over 330,000 km on it. Recently my power steering stopped working as the electric power steering pump died. My mechanic was unable to acquire a new one since Hyundai no longer manufactures parts for that year's model and he suggested that I search online. If I could not find this part, I'd have to purchase a new car and being a retiree, I was loathe to spend the money. I placed an order with another auto parts company through E-Bay but I'd have to wait 5-10 business days. 2 days before it was to arrive, I was told that the order had been cancelled by the vendor. Without a car my activities were severely limited. I then came across an ad from Quality Auto Parts. I called to ensure some of the details and placed my order. They shipped within 24 hours, took care of customs to Canada and gave me a UPS tracking number. Once it arrived in Canada, the UPS tracking said it could not complete the delivery due to an address glitch. Try as I might, navigating through UPS' phone system and website proved fruitless. I let QAP know and they intervened contacting UPS directly and straightening things out. My pump arrived shortly after and as of today, I have my independence back. LOL I want to thank QAP in general and Sarah, Carl and Zach in particular for their prompt and professional service. I give them 5 stars and my recommendation. SS
