I was very skeptical about ordering a Rear-end because of the negative reviews I read but need overweight my fear and I expressed them with the sells man. I finally decided to take a chance and I glad I did. The Rear-end arrived in great condition and I put it on my pickup truck and it works great so I must thank Quality Auto parts for being what they say they are and delivering me a Quality part I wish I could say it was cheap but I can't.

I was extremely satisfied with the part I purchased for my 2005 Buick LaCrosse. Before purchasing it, I provided my service center with the detailed information regarding the part, and they gave it a thumbs up. They said it was an easier installation than expected because of the quality of the part!

So i Recently purchased a transmission for my 2003 Ford Ranger 4.0 L SOHC V6 4WD from quality auto parts and i was very impressed. The delivery came in 6 business days when they told me it would be 7 to 10. They also wanted to have the transmission delivered to wherever the truck was being worked on, Which I ended up doing on my own. I can also send you that I got the transmission through quality auto parts cheaper than everyone else that was trying to sell me one by $130 to the next price. I put the transmission on in the truck is running wonderfully

I purchased a part for my 2014 Ford Edge. I think this company was the only place in the universe that had it. It arrived quickly but the packaging could have been better. All the same, the part was installed by my local Ford dealer and has been working flawlessly. I am very pleased with the service overall. I hope it continues to operate ok.

I ordered a door window from Quality Auto Parts and had a great experience. They were very responsive, the part was exactly what I needed, and it was packaged well and shipped properly. Everything arrived on time, and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was good. Excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent selection and very fair prices. When you speak with them on the phone, they are very helpful and provide excellent customer service. After the purchase they do a follow-up to make sure that you got the part and you're completely satisfied which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

I placed a ordered with online Quality Auto Part and everything was fantastic!ordering with the rep Richard was great and the part arrived as expected matter of fact a little earlier and it fit perfectly color and all. I would like in the future to order parts again for a different car with same rep that I had before. Google Fam he was such a nice and helpful person in looking for the best part and price/shipping that I would like to order with him again. Needed a transmission for a 2003 Montero Sport that failed after 175000 miles . Called Quality Auto Parts and received exceptional customer service from Richard on the phone to find a match . The transmission shipped out in just a couple of days and it showed up nicely wrapped and protected on a pallet. My mechanic was impressed with their service . The transmission runs great and Im thankful I found them. They kept me informed via text from start to finish . Excellent experience

I wish I had a better review to write on my experience with Quality Auto Parts but I don’t although I will say I’m satisfied at this point at least. I work with their customer service rep Frank who come across very professionally and really sold me on moving forward. I was in need of a right-hand headlamp assembly for my 2019 Volvo XC-90. Frank told me he had one and that it had a warranty. I was sent a quote and read the warranty policy which was good for 30 days satisfaction guaranteed. I proceeded with the purchase and a few days later Frank sent me pictures of the unit with a note explaining to me this electrical part does not qualified for the standard 30 day warranty. As a matter of fact there is no warranty as I see it, I was told upon receipt I had 48 hours to get the unit installed and confirm it worked. If not I can return for another one. Again, this is not a warranty. After 48 hours if it breaks I’m out of my money. There is no question this is part of their establish policy telling you have a 30 day warranty then pulling it back after they have your money. Upon being told this, I told them not to ship the unit and refund me my money back. I purchase this because I was told it was coming out of a running 2024 car and it had a warranty. I could’ve purchased one from another vendor for the exact same price with a 6 month warranty but it was coming out a 2019 car. Thinking the 2024 would be in better shape I decided to go with it despite a lesser warranty. Upon asking for a refund Frank came back and said he spoke with his manager who agreed to warranty the part for 30 days in which if it broke I could return by paying a 25% restocking fee which is not small fee at $600. I agreed as I needed to get my car back on the road. It shipped to me packaged well and I got it installed and yes it works. To wrap this up, the part was as described. I’m not sure if it came out of a 2024 but it was in very good condition as Frank stated and if not for what I consider deceitful practices I would say the price point was at fair value for the unit and that Frank was a pleasure to work and I’m supper happy that I came across this company but I’m not writing this review to sing their praises as this is a bait and switch practice as for as I’m concern. That said, if I was in need of a non-electrical part I would give consideration to purchasing from them again. In short I think they are doing more right than wrong and at the minimum they are deserving of a second chance.

I called Quality Auto. Asked them to send me a tail light. They sent me a picture from the picture I was able to determine what I needed. Placed the order I was able to track delivery. Quality called to make sure I received the part and called again to make sure all was working good. Very happy with this service

A part to my truck my mechanic couldn’t get I found her at Quality Auto Parts online. I felt it was a gamble. But I was thrilled that all was good. They even called me back to check on my satisfaction with the part. Wow! Who does that anymore? I would definitely go with them again.

Very dependable every time I’ve called they are the only one who could find my part. I have a Mercedes 2010. Also, I have a GMC 2000 and when I’m looking for a special Parts I can always go to QUALITY. Thank you very much and keep the job going professional we need you no matter how old your car is. I'm a decent wrench turner but not a real mechanic. Quality auto parts got the right parts for me because they showed a little patience. Cause I had to sent pictures and write everything down. Now even if I don't order something I still call them first. They never just sold me something. They made sure I was getting what I needed not what I said. This place is a SCAM!! I bought a head for a 2008 Jeep diesel. My mechanic couldn't work on the truck because of the holidays. When he tore in to it he discovered that Quality Auto Parts sent the wrong side head. They sent the right and was suppose to send the left. I called them at which time they refused to refund me because it was barely over 30 days. Mind you the part was never installed because they sent the wrong part. This place is 100% scammers.

I had been looking for a good deck lid for my 1991 Jeep Cherokee for months, since mine was damaged to the point I could not open it. I found this company and called really expecting the same results. They answered and took my info, checked, and had 1 listed. I was given a a quote and said they would contact me with pictures of the deck lid. I received the pics within days. Even though not the same color, it was the same lid. We talked again and finalized the purchase. I received the part within 10 days in very good shape. Exceptional customer service as they stayed in contact throughout the order process. I would definitely use them again for hard to find parts.

I am giving 5 stars because everyone I am in contact with at Quality Auto Parts went out of their way to help me find doors for my brothers truck. The cost was reasonable and included shipping so there was no hidden cost with having the doors shipped to us. It took us longer to get them put on then it to them to get the parts to us (our fault). They even took the time to check in with us to make sure everything worked out for us. Great company to work with and if I need auto parts in the future I will go directly to them...

Max, Dennys and Quality Auto Parts really performed wonderfully! I needed a transmission for a 2004 Honda Accord Sport package. Denny and Max jumped on the need quickly. They found one but it did not pass their quality tests and they moved forward... They found the Trans we needed and it passed their stringent tests. They arranged the shipping and it was delivered to my mechanic next day. My mechanic is the Owner of Universal Service Center, here in Georgia. He is a perfectionist and does incredibly excellent work! By the way, the transmission was sold at a really great price...Meaning...Affordable!
Page, did the labor and rechecked the replacement trans in detail... once installed the transmission performed wonderfully!!!
Max and Denny encountered a couple of challenges in the process but they managed everything perfectly. They kept me informed and followed up perfectly!!!
My son was able to drive the car and it is spot on...Great!!! He just finished Fireman's Traing and passed Federal certification tests as an EMT...

I am an elderly female who has to do just about everything for myself. When I was told I needed a major part for my car due to weathering I decided to check out dealers in another area of the country that wouldn't have the same climate as New England. I spoke to a few businesses but felt dismissed by many because I was a female, as if I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about. When I called quality auto, I was pleasantly surprised. Frank listened, understood the issue about the damage due to the climate where I live. Within a few days he called and said he had successfully located some parts that he needed to check out. His next call informed me he wasn't impressed with these parts and would continue looking. In another few days he told me he had found the part I needed and he shipped it. I will definitely use quality auto for any future needs I may have. I strongly urge anyone looking for parts, especially for an older car, mine is a 2009 Pontiac G3, call quality auto and speak with Frank. The customer care, respect and follow up they provide is almost unheard of today. Thank you quality auto for helping this senior citizen feel listened to.

I bought a hard to match driveshaft for my Toyota tundra. I had bought one from another company who took weeks to send it just to find out it didn’t fit. This company was exactly on point the very first time! The price was 1/4 of what I would have paid new. They even called me to ask if I was happy with the part. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a taillight lens assembly for my 2000 Pontiac. I had good communication with Quality Auto Parts. They sent me a picture of the part to verify that it was the correct one. Unfortunately the one I received was in bad shape. The lens had two cracks in it. It was obviously sent by mistake. I refused to pay to return it since it was not my mistake. Quality Auto was very apologetic. I received many calls from their representatives advising me of the progress in getting me another light assembly. They found one and sent me the picture. I approved it. I received it a short time later. I installed it and I am happy with the part and the service I received from Quality Auto. I will definitely order from them again.

I rate my experience a 10. The engine was clean and professionally packaged. All ports and openings were plugged and sealed. Took us only two weeks to replace. A ring adapter for different size transmission in center of flywheel had to be removed for proper fitting. Runs like new.

Quality Auto Parts has top of the line customer service and can absolutely be trusted. I needed a radio for my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Due to bad past experiences I was reluctant to order anything on line except through Amazon. However, I really wanted a replacement radio/CD player so I took a risk. I was more than impressed with Quality Auto Parts. There are several ways to contact them and they answer the phone! From start to finish I was treated like the most important customer they had. Sales representatives and customer service followed up with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. Refunds and returns are not a problem if necessary. Trust them. I did and can attest to their honesty and integrity.

I would recommend Quality Auto Parts to anyone looking for used classic car replacement parts. They were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to find a used 2002 Pontiac Firebird bumper and ship it in a reasonable amount of time.

I am super happy with my door! At first there was a typo with the model and failed testing with the part but once the team fixed the error, there was daily communication about my shipment timeline. When I received the door, I was shocked that it was an exact color match. I will most definitely recommend this business and source any needed parts for my truck from them

I appreciated the personal and professional interest I got from Quality Auto Parts sales rep Sean Travis. He contacted me personally, and sent me photos of the gauge cluster I ordered to make sure it was the correct one. I received it a few days later, carefully wrapped. I also appreciated the value of the purchase! It was reasonably priced! -all and all, I am well pleased with both the product,and the service, and warranty!I fully recommend Quality Auto Parts, especially for difficult to find auto parts!
