I e bought parts from these guys before for my hummer and received outstanding service and the drive shaft and other parts are still doing well. Great prices.

I ordered a wheel hub assembly for them to get a wheel bearing instead of buying tools to change the bearings out it was just easier to get the hole assembly and let me tell u for used parts it was great the part looked better that the one I took off the car oh and there is a sensor in the hub assembly that came with it so I actually saved money thanks again will definitely be ordering from there again

I have a 2001 Sebring Convertible which is difficult to find parts at times. I found Quality Auto online looking for a part I needed. Frank was very helpful and friendly to work with. The process to get the part ordered and sent was easy and it came in just a few days. The part is installed and working great. I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone that is trying to keep these old cars running.

I recently ordered a 2011 5.7 hemi 84,000 miles I received it later than expected really unsure when I should've gotten it I mean it said from 7 to 14 day I ordered the 9/26 received 10/16 I looked over the entire engine I seen 1 heat tab on the wood it was shipped on the other on the matting service from the block to the bell housing I mean come on your giving me less that a 16 of a inch of play room installing this before you knock it off or smash it matting the engine and bell housing together the intake was smashed in the back unfortunately can't use the one that came with the engine unfortunately I paid 3500.00 for this engine and its a shame you come up and have any extra parts that are functional for a spare I then noticed I had 3 bolts broken off in the head I called then they said sir unfortunately it's a bolt on use the head from your unit that you have I said I called a certified mechanic business owner with license and insurance to cone look at it and see if we can fix this as far as welding new heads to the studs broken off in the head the lady sid I will extend your deadline for the warranty to Nov 6th I said why can't you guys cover the cost of the repairs if it can be extracted for the call out she said we can start the return and send you another engine I just spent half a day cleaning this one up and pulling off everything that was cut by whoever that removed the engine it was covered in mud so either it's a flood engine or they dropped it out the bottom of a car right in the mud then drug it out with chains then decided to pick it up and put on a creat then shipped out that engine was abused by a careless worker and they got the high price of 3500.00 I did my part by searching and reading and then paying why don't they do there job correctly that they are getting paid to do that's remove parts after I get through this I'll never order another engine from these guys I doubt they even stand by there warranty they will find something to he your fault so please look elsewhere I'm not asking for nothing from these guys other than to stand by there warranty that's it if I can't get these broken bolts out I guess it'll get returned my time and money down the drain for cleaning and stripping everything that should've been taken time to take apart and disconnected properly take care thanks guys I really hope sone of you guys listen to me and use someone else picture will be posted

This appears to be a scam operation. I was looking for a rear tail light assembly for my sprinter van and filled out the particulars on their website and a fellow called me right away. The problem is, he told me price and took my credit card number on the phone call and it was over three times as expensive as what it was when I bought it through a Mercedes dealer online about 10 minutes later. Don't trust these people for a legitimate and reasonable price.

I am super happy with my door! At first there was a typo with the model and failed testing with the part but once the team fixed the error, there was daily communication about my shipment timeline. When I received the door, I was shocked that it was an exact color match. I will most definitely recommend this business and source any needed parts for my truck from them

Let me explain something to you folks before you buy something from these people. They have all sorts of warranty agreements that are in very fine prints that they don't discuss with you. Make sure you can actually use the part. If for some reason you can't for instance in my case it's an ABS assembly and they knew it when they sent it to me that you CAN NOT use a used ABS assembly on a 2012 Ford edge because it has to be programmed into your vehicle not programmed to another vehicle but they still sold me the part and when I realized that no mechanics wanted any part of this. I realized I was still within the 30 days of returning it. The guy told me on the phone (Nathan) that there will be a $25 restocking fee and I said that's fine and later he sent me a email stating that because I am returning the part for personal reasons it will be a 25% restocking fee. 25% of $785. You do the math. I've stocked shelves before but I wasn't making that kind of money. People do your homework before you deal with these scummy bears.

I have never had such a frustrating experience with a company. After providing my VIN number up front to ensure accuracy, I was sent three different transmissions, and each one was wrong: 1. The first transmission was for the wrong model altogether. 2. The second one had over 190,000 miles, despite being promised “around 100k.” On top of that, I was forced to pay return shipping to send back something I never should’ve received in the first place. 3. The third transmission they sent was for a 4x4 vehicle, when mine is clearly a 2WD. Anyone in the industry knows a 4x4 transmission is not interchangeable with a 4x2 – driveshaft length, tailshaft, electronics, and mounting points are completely different. Even after I explained this multiple times and backed it up with the VIN, I was told to “just switch the tail end” to make it work. That is not an acceptable solution – it is a fundamental incompatibility. This entire process wasted weeks of my time, left me with unusable parts, and cost me additional money for shipping. Their mistakes were consistent, and the customer service response was dismissive rather than truly taking responsibility. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding Quality Auto Parts. They failed to deliver the correct part after three attempts . Currently, I’m still waiting on an answer if I’m going to even receive a refund at this point.

Had a problem with what I received , Nick from QAP got involved and worked it out with me to where I was completely satisfied and felt it was very fair. Quality Auto parts wants there customers to be happy with whatever you buy from them. I will use them again when the need arises.

Whoever the Manager named Alan is, is very rude. I’ve been getting the run around regarding an engine I purchased and the error code it has on it once it was installed. I was given Alan’s number and extension to speak about my concerns. I left 2 voicemails, called over 20x within 2 weeks and finally got him to answer the phone. He spoke very fast, quickly transferred me over to another department when that wasn’t what I needed. I called back and he threatened “if I keep calling his number he would block me.” I’ve been very nice and patient with this company. But this is beyond me. Im sure a manager is suppose to listen to the customers concerns which is the lack of communication and run around about something I purchased for over $3500 with a warranty, that is giving an error code. I don’t appreciate this at all. And would never recommend this company to anyone, with this kind of behavior from a “manager.”

Quality auto parts is an unreliable source for parts . They stated they had a wheel I was looking for but they displayed a wheel that was the wrong year . I was willing to supply the OEM serial number but they said they don’t work with serial numbers , should have stopped there . When I told them they had the wrong part they said they would get the correct year and send a photo to verify the part . Quality sent the wrong year that I didn’t want with out sending a photo first . When I got the wrong wheel the said we’ll get the right one . I said forget it , I waited a few days and finally I sent the part back paying for the shipping my self . They credited me for the part but I ate the return shipping. I didn’t have time to waste with these incompetent bozos . AVOID Quality Auto Parts . eBay motors is where I found my part without any problems !

The best service in the industry at the best price. They really showed me they cared about the quality of service. Everytime i called after the sale i got the same rep. My truck had the new transmission swapped at the mechanic shop. There was something still wrong. The mechanic ordered a TCM and was sent the wrong one. He had to order another one. Its taking forever to arrive. Quality Auto parts believed in the product so much, that they worked with me past the deadline to ensure i would get my truck working right. Ive never heard of any company doing that before. They have a highly knowledgeable and experienced staff that actually cares about the customer. They have all of my business from now on. I tell all of my family, friends and even strangers about them. Great products at an unbeatable price with professional quality. I appreciated the personal and professional interest I got from Quality Auto Parts sales rep Sean Travis. He contacted me personally, and sent me photos of the gauge cluster I ordered to make sure it was the correct one. I received it a few days later, carefully wrapped. I also appreciated the value of the purchase! I own a 2005 Suzuki Verona. It started to idle roughly and then suddenly cut off. The repair shop stated the Throttle Body needed replacing and they could not find one. I got the part number and located Quality Auto Parts on line. The part was ordered on a Tuesday and I received it 3 days later. I took it to the repair shop Monday morning and was riding again in a couple of hours. Great service. I’m recommending them to all my family and friends.

Ordered an engine for an 89 Chevy k1500. The engine that was delivered was not it good shape. I informed them and they promptly had the engine picked up and got another engine of much better quality on the way quickly. It's an 89 so I understand it's old and getting hard to find a used one in good condition. Overall I'm pleased with how they handled the issue and will continue to buy my parts form them.

3 months ago I ran into one of the most difficult to find, very expensive parts I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought a used 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, with fairly low mileage, & a great motor… the truck sat for a couple yrs because had other cars… about 4months after owning the truck, taking care of all visible maintenance issues, I was driving down the hwy, & literally my drive shaft breaks, as well as the darn rear axel…. I had no issue finding the drive shaft, but the axel was damn near a nightmare…. I purchased one from another company’s name I won’t mention. I waited 3.5 weeks, & paid $1,550 only for them to send the wrong part… I had to send it back (another 3 weeks) & then wait on my refund. Fortunately I came across Quality Auto through review searches. I spoke with a man name Travis Murphy, who in my opinion provided me with some of the best customer experience I’ve had. He just go through the motions, or asking basic questions. He was very adamant about getting me the “right” part, as fast as he could… about 10days after talking with him, my part was sent directly to the mechanic, & I’ve been back on the road, able to get to & from work. I will def be doing all my future part shopping through Quality Auto!!

Fast service and the right part. I ordered a 2012 driver side electric mirror for my wife’s GMC Acadia and needed it in silver. They were the only parts company that I found that had the right part in the color I needed. I ordered it after speaking to the very helpful agent and received the part in a few days. I am very pleased with Quality Auto Parts as they kept me going when I was in a tight place. I'm a disabled veteran from the USMC. My truck is my lifeline for getting to the Dr, getting back and forth for everything I rely on my old Chevy truck. My front end layed down on me and I was shocked at how expensive replacements parts was. I needed a front spindle . I could not locate the part anywhere. I was told to scrap the truck and buy a new one. Easier said than done. I had just about gave up and called Quality Auto Parts. I was treated with dignity and respect. I was told they would look and see what they could do. They had listened to me and understood how important the truck was to me and before I knew it I was given a discount that made a expensive part fit into my budget. I have a Vw cabriolet. The steering rack was leaking. I tried to get it refurbished but it didn’t work. Frank at Quality Auto Parts got me taken care of. With Quality customer service. He found a used steering rack, OEM. It was received in a timely manner; well packaged. I just got it installed and it seems to be great! Quality Auto Parts was great to work with. I had been trying to find a speedometer cluster for my wife's Grandfather's 1960 Ford F-100 for several years.
